The entrance foyer welcomes you to your vacation home. Down the hallway is a coat closet on the left, next a half bath. On the right is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Out the laundry room door is the garage, with a garage door opener. On the left you will see a fully furnished kitchen, with all appliances. Out of the kitchen to the left is the living room, and the dining area to the left seats 6. There is also a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the dining area.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan, private bath, and large closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and two closets. The twin bedroom has a closet, TV, and ceiling fan. The townhouse is air conditioned, with 1700 sq. ft. of space. It is located near Hwy. 912, but in quiet surroundings for family gathering after a busy day of activities.
From St. Cloud, and grew up in Central Florida.
This property is a great place to vacation because it is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood close to many interesting activities, such as shopping, dining, theme parks, outdoor activities, and visiting the Atlantic Ocean.
The benefit of vacationing here is the central location of the townhouse to all the activities that are available in central Florida.
This property was perfect, close to the theme parks but nestled in a neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and the three bedroom made it great for each of us in our party to have their own room. The kitchen was welcoming with two coffee pots which was great, and everything we needed for cooking meals. The condo was cozy and comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone.
Overall, I definitely recommend this property. Our family stayed for 6 nights and had all the comforts of home in this rental property. The home was very clean and comfortable. Also, there are grocery stores and food options within a mile, making it conveniently located. The drive to Disney was only around 15 minutes which is fantastic! The only reason it isn't a 5 star is because the pool was dirty and not very inviting. Otherwise, great property, especially for the price!
A group of us stayed at the house for a five day golf vacation. The house was wonderful and central to several great courses. Communication with the owners was timely and appropriate. It is very conveniently located to Wal-Mart and several places to eat. The pool is just across the street. The unit is well maintained and clean. Would stay there again in the future.

yet! Very nicely decorated 2 level home that was in a quite neighborhood. It is extremely convenient to shopping. Easy in and out with a traffic light at the main intersection. Will stay at again in my future travels!
When we arrived, we found that the kitchen light was broken (not just burnt out). We couldn't cook the first night as planned without the light. The cable was all unhooked from the t.v when we arrived and no one in our group was able to get it working so we couldn't watch it until someone came to fix it the next day.
The middle of every room had been cleaned. However,
the perimeter of the carpet was black with dust, dirt and dead bugs. There was a visible layer of dust on the headboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and decorative items in the home.
The bedding in the master bedroom had bleach stains and holes in it. The mattresses in two of the rooms were so hard, we took turns sleeping on the couch.
I brought the complaints to the property manager who had the light and cable fixed, but she told me that vacuuming the edges of the rooms and dusting was only done during a "deep clean" which Virginia had not requested. At the end of our stay I asked Virginia to refund me the cleaning fee due to the condition of the property, but she didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my request.
The property is large, cheap, and close to attractions, but in need of some attention.
Paradise Cove is located near theme parks, water parks, activities on International Dr., shopping, restaurants, and movies.
