Relax and enjoy the evening tide on the world's most beautiful sugar white beaches at great rates! Bluewater 206 is immaculate! Professionally decorated yet filled with the owner's personal taste. This is a condo you will insist on returning to year after year.

It is perfectly situated on the West End of the 2nd Floor overlooking the pool. This unit offers endless upgrades and luxury touches, including a contemporary beach-inspired décor, an open and spacious floor plan, custom artwork, amazing Sunrise & Sunset Views and a huge wrap around beachfront balcony! The living area is spacious with plenty of seating, including a plush sofa, comfortable recliner and additional side chairs.

You will sleep like a baby on the upgraded mattresses (2 king, 1 queen). Each Bedroom has doors leading to the balcony, luxury bedding, custom drapes and several special novelty pieces.

The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled and luxurious with custom tile, cabinets, granite and upgraded fixtures and appliances. The cook in the bunch will thrive in the custom kitchen which is nicely equipped to provide all of the necessities to whip up that perfect vacation cuisine!

Some of the amenities of Bluewater include indoor heated pool, gated kiddie pool area, outdoor pool, sauna, whirlpool and exercise room.

Restaurants serving fresh gulf seafood and steaks as well as shops with unique wares are located nearby.

First Time in Orange Beach!

Our first trip to Orange Beach was for Spring Break '15. Absolutely loved the condo! I had watched and searched for 3 weeks different condos trying to find the best place for our family and close proximity to where our friends were staying. The condo was beautiful, loved the kitchen, and loved the location overlooking the pool and ocean view. Hoping to make this an annual spring break trip and hope to always get THIS condo!!

First of all, this unit is beautifully decorated. It has more of a homey feel than most rentals.

We may have had an unusual experience, but I feel the need to give my opinion anyway...

This will reflect on the owner as well as the management company.

When we checked in the property was very poorly cleaned. There was dust and grime everywhere.

The master shower was filthy with black stains or mold and leaked badly.

The ceramic trash can in the guest/main bathroom was broken and left in the unit for us to deal with with.

The overhead lights in the kitchen didn't work at all. We cook in house a lot so this was a problem for us especially. We had to call 3 times before anyone came. When they did, the problem couldn't be fixed right away. The repairman from from the management company said the owner didn't want to replace the fixture. The part that was put in caused the lights to flicker. By this time we had 2 days left and decided to chalk it up to bad luck.

The drawers in the master bedroom furniture didn't slide properly and/or were broken in general.

The light on the balcony was out and tools were needed to get to the bulb to change it.

All in all poor maintenance.

The kitchen had no hot pads to to put pans on. No dishrags either!

No hand towels for the bathrooms.

These are all just the things that caused US issues, not everything,

We love Orange Beach and have been going for years!! This was by far the worst equipped as far as things IN the unit. The NICEST as far as feel and decor. All in all, I would go for the well equipped, convenient, and normal decor over the experience we had.

Owner's Response: First, I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the inconveniences that my management company has caused you. My unit has been booked back to back for the last two months; therefore, I have not been able to personally see it. I have had issues in the past with Meyers (my management company) with cleaning and maintenance within these last two months. I have put full efforts in trying to resolve all of the issues with no success. We were told the lights would be fixed before your arrival but obviously to no avail. Management is also in charge of dish and hand towels so again I am beyond sorry. At this time, due to the above issues, I have decided to find new management. Meyers said they would be contacting you, and I have requested that they return your cleaning fee. My intentions on renting this condo out was to give everyone the feeling of a home away from home so I am very saddened that your experience was not pleasurable and hope you give this unit another chance in the future. Laid Back on the Gulf Letting the World Go By

What a wonderful two weeks! The weather started out hot, changed to mild, and when we left there was a slight chill in the air. This condo unit is wonderful and the photos do not do it justice. During the past 25 years we have stayed in numerous units up and down the beach and this was in the top three and probably the best. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if it was on a higher floor but for October it was great as there were not many swimming in the outdoor pool which is just below the unit. The unit's cleanliness, quality of the furnishings and decorating were much above what you normally find on the beach. The window treatments were a real plus and did not allow the early morning light to filter in. The kitchen was fabulous! We especially enjoyed the large balcony with the comfortable tables and chairs. We watched the dolphins play several evenings. I highly recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to return soon as the owner was very accomodating to work with. Its location is great for our dining at King Neptunes in Gulf Shores and Doc's Seafood in Orange Beach.

Memories to Last a Lifetime

The pictures are very accurate- but they still don't do justice to the property itself! It is absolutely gorgeous! There are so many special touches throughout the unit - you can tell the owner invested a lot of herself and taste within the remodel. A lot of care was taken, the unit was in immaculate shape and best described as elegant with a touch of whimsy. The corner unit is beautiful! The soothing aqua color surrounds you in instant tranquility. The furnishings are very high end - the kitchen was amazing with custom cabinetry and stocked so well with accessories it made you want to stay in and cook! Even the dishes were high end and coordinated with the decor. The master bath is a must see - all tile walk in shower and custom sink! My sister and I care for our elderly parents ( 90 and 91 years young) whom we brought with us to the beach for a change in scenary. Mom felt as if she was "queen for a week" and said she had never stayed in such a place. She marveled each day at the luxury of it all. We very much enjoyed breakfast and drinks on the wrap around porch as a family each day. Mom and Dad especially loved sitting out on the porch on the glider. We rented chairs for the week and enjoyed the sunshine and breeze. We had some additional excitement as Hurricane Kate was approaching the later part of the week of our stay. Waves were high but plenty of sun and breeze and the waves were amazing- actually crashing along the shoreline. My sister and I went out to the beach early and stayed until sunset each day and read our books! Our parents could return back to the unit in the afternoon after hours of sun themselves to enjoy the large TV and a nap - it was a pretty easy walk back to the unit from the beach. We enjoyed eating at the Shrimp Basket and Cottons ( best steaks on the beach and the Orange Blossom frozen drink is to die for!) while there. Definitely a place we will return to rent soon! I so appreciate your allowing our family to make your home "our home" for a few days. The memories we made with our parents are forever precious to us and we hope to add more with a trip back to this unit in the Spring.

My stay at this condo was absolutely the best vacation. The description and pictures do not do this condo justice. You can tell the owner put their heart and soul in the place. Seriously gorgeous and very well kept! The views are unbelievable, the kitchen is to die for, the beds are super comfortable. The pool area is great too. I will definitely return this unit many many times! AWESOME!!!
