This is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment, sleeping 4 to 5 people, set in an excellent position within mature gardens and with views to the golf course. It overlooks the communal swimming pool which is just a few steps away from the large patio. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, two double wardrobes, en-suite bathroom, a 19 inch TV, hairdryer and doors which open up onto the patio. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a double wardrobe with a separate bathroom (with shower) and a 19 inch TV.. The kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher while the large living area has a table and chairs and comfortable armchairs; the settee opens out to form a double bed. There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock and the doors lead out onto the patio where there is a large oval table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. The apartment has air-conditioning for the summer and central heating for the cooler weeks. Cots, highchairs, bikes and golf clubs can be supplied from our apartment managers
Additional information about rental rates: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is required with the booking form. The balance of rent is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date (unless agreed previously).
A security/breakages deposit of £130 is required with the final balance.
There is a compulsory cleaning fee of £65 payable with final balance.
A welcome pack can be supplied on request.
Additional information about the facilities: Mini Market (next to the clubhouse): The Mini Market is often open 7 days a week, usually from 9am to 3pm, and can be found on the way to the clubhouse. It stocks all your basic needs, magazines, fresh bread daily, facilitates book lending and goods can be ordered on-line and delivered to your apartment.
Golf Course: The 18 hole, par 72, golf course has been designed by Dave Thomas, one of Europe's most sought after course architects. There are also putting green facilities and a driving range.
General information: Pool and beach towels are not supplied, please bring your own.

Our second stay at this apartment and it was fantastic. Beautifully appointed with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms air conditioning and an excellent location on the ground floor right by the pool. The complex is safe and quiet with the excellent bars and restaurants of Los alcazarres a short drive away. Already looking at coming back next year. Thank you Loretta for the superb service
The apartment was fantastic and provided everything we needed.
The pool was spotless and the clubhouse provided excellent food in a fabulous setting.
Los Alcazarres is a short 10 minute drive away with plenty of restauarants/bars to chose from.

I stayed at the apartment for a week with my husband, sister, her partner and my 3yr old nephew, and we all loved it.
The apartment is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. It really is a home from home. The kitchen is better equipped than my own! Even items such as dishwasher tablets are provided.
There are books, dvd's and games in the living room for use while you are there, as well as maps and information regarding the surrounding areas.
The swimming pool does not have a particularly shallow end for young children but there are two sets of big steps going into the pool at either end which my nephew enjoyed playing on, and with arm bands was able to swim around the whole of the pool. It never got busy and the people that we did see were all really friendly.
There are small play grounds dotted all around the resort with two very close to the apartment.
The food at the Club House was good and the portions big. The view of the golf course is lovely.
You do really need a car to get around. There are supermarkets, restaurants, shops and of course beaches all within a few minutes drive.
If you fly into Alicante, make sure you don't do what we did and get the A7 and the AP7 mixed up! We spent ages looking for our turn off only to realise that we were on the wrong road! (You start on the A7 but then need to turn off on to the AP7). A phone call to Darryl the facilities manager of the apartment soon put us back on track though. He was great and gave us directions all the way to the resort.
We all had a really relaxing holiday and when my nephew was asked today if he wanted to go back to the holiday home next year he said "No....I want to go back now!", which I think summed it up for us all.
We would definitely recommend.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, the location by the pool was ideal, the apartment itself was immaculate in décor and cleanliness, with all the appliances one is used to; i.e. dishwasher, washing machine and a docking station for the teenagers.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is spacious, neat and beautifully decorated. It is in a quiet location and I very much enjoyed cycling to the beach. The pool is very close to the patio, which made it easy to go for a quick dip. The kitchen is well equipped and there are multimedia features throughout the property. I would highly recommend staying here.
I would definitely recommend this property. I stayed there earlier this year and had a fabulous week there. The apartment is as shown, modern, stylish, comfortable, with beautiful furnishings, and everything you might need provided whilst you’re there. Home from home!
I loved being able to step from the patio area outside into the pool and the undercover section on the patio was certainly appreciated in the warmer weather. It was so nice to wander in to make a cup of tea (or pour a glass of wine!) and wander out again to continue sunbathing! The kitchen was well stocked and catered for all needs, with the dishwasher an added bonus! The local Club House was a short walk away with the bar area offering a range of very tasty dishes at all times of the day, the local wine only €2 per glass – very drinkable! There was also a top class restaurant in the Club House. Whilst I was there the complex was regularly maintained and kept to a very high standard and although personally not a golfer, the facilities and grounds looked superb and everyone spoke very highly of them. Would I return to Rhoda and this apartment again? Definitely!
Roda Golf and Beach Resort is close to a good road network, the airport and lies just a few kilometres away from the Costa Calida and its glorious beaches. These beaches, with their promenade, lie along the edge of the Mar Menor, the largest lagoon in Europe, which, because of its relatively high salt levels, aids flotation. This makes the waters safe for bathing and the sporting infrastructures make this one of the most popular places in Europe for all kinds of water sports. There is a private beach club which is situated on the La Manga strip. Access to this, from June until September, can be by car or a ferry trip from Santiago de la Ribera. To the north of the Mar Menor lie the salt-flats which include a wetland of international importance. This area is conserved as a natural park. Close to this is Lo Pagan which is famous for its healing mud baths which are visited by people from all over the world.
