This ideal two bedroom, two bath unit is Breckenridge at its Best! Wood floors, newly tiled bathrooms including granite counters, vessel sinks,beautiful steam shower and FREE wireless internet connection. Grand exterior renovation with all new exterior siding, open private balconies, new entrances and new big dining room windows.

Our unit is in Building A which has the best unobstructed views of town and Baldy Mountain. Our building does not overlook hot tubs, other units or other buildings. We also furnish a free parking permit pass (covered or uncovered)for your stay at our complex.

Located at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue, just one block from Main Street with all the shops and restaurants of historic Breckenridge. There are great views of town and Baldy Mountain from your private deck. Enjoy lunch or dinner sitting in the separate dining room which seats six looking at the views or enjoy a meal on the balcony with new table and chairs. There is also a seated bar area for three.

Walk, purchase lift tickets and ski from the Snowflake Ski Lift just 800 feet away and at the end of the day, ski all the way down Four O'Clock Run, cross the street and your at your building. Relax after a hard day on the slopes in one of the two on-site hot tubs, the unit's own steam shower or access to the Upper Village Pool (bubbled in the winter). Enjoy the shops and nightlife on Main Street only one block away.

The smoke-free complex is on the Free Shuttle/Town Trolley stop which can take you to the ski lifts or to the community Recreation Center which has a rock climbing wall, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts,skateboard park, gym and swimming pool with water slide. Serveral Ski Rental Shops are directly across the street.

This beautifully decorated and comfortable unit has Wireless Internet Connection, vaulted ceilings, a stonewall fireplace, two spacious bedroom suites, a steam shower, large private balcony and dining room. The unit was renovated with new leather furniture, carpet, wood floors and newly tiled bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new Jenn-Air oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher so you can ski down for lunch or enjoy a relaxing dinner in.

We chose our condo at Park Place because of the location and view. It's perfect. It's a walkout/ski in location right across the street from Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. Our specific condo overlooks town and Baldy Mountain. We were very insistent that we didn't want to look at anyone else's condo or other buildings. You are walking distance to Snowflake Lift with no crowds. You can also purchase tickets and season passes at the Snowflake Lift. I had planned a trip to Jackson Hole with my son and another dad and his son. It was a father/son ski trip. The day before we were to leave, Jackson Hole lost all power due to a wind storm. So, with 24 hours notice, we attempted to re-route our trip to Breckenridge. We found this unit and contacted the owner, Abby, through the website. Within 12 hours, Abby was on the phone with me and we worked out all the details and arrived on 2-11-17. The unit is wonderful. Great views of the town and mountains. The location is awesome. A 2 minute walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the snowflake lift. This place was perfect in more ways than I can express. Thanks to Abby for saving the day and for making the trip my son and I will never forget!!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Thank you so much for letting us use your wonderful condo. It was so convenient with just a short walk to the ski rental store and snowflake lift. After a long day skiing the hot tubs were a welcome sight! The kitchen was well stock for preparing a good breakfast before hitting the slopes. The beds were very comfortable and the mountain decor inviting. My favorite thing about your condo is the view of Breck from the balcony. The International ice sculpture competition was going on and they were in full view from the balcony. I will be sure to book with you again. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Abby is quick to respond to your questions and makes sure everything is perfect for your stay.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Such a wonderful visit and will definitely be back. We were close to everything: skiing, shopping, entertainment and dining. Not to mention the breathtaking views from the balcony! Great on the inside as well, the décor was warm and inviting. And we could definitely tell that it is very well maintained; really appreciate how clean it was! I'm so glad we booked with you! We had such a fantastic vacation at your condo in Breck! We loved that we could just walk across the street and be in the beautiful town of Breck; the view from the balcony is stunning (loved drinking coffee out there!); the furnishings are comfortable and we loved the "mountain-y" décor!

There's so much to do in and around Breck.... horseback rides, hiking, hot springs, shopping and literally just sitting and taking in the breath-taking views!

Thank you for being so easy to work with! We WILL be back!

The perfect spot for traveling couples!

We are travel fanatics and I couldn't have been happier that we stumbled upon this great place!!! We traveled with another couple and the set up was perfect. It had plenty of space for 4 adults and then some! We were able to comfortably watch movies at night in the living room and store all of our snowboards! Full kitchen made the perfect set up for breakfast.

Abby was quick to respond to all questions! We ran into some weather delays and lost our luggage and Abby was kind enough to call us in the morning to make sure we made it in safely and give us some great tips!!! Great price, great location and great communication with the owners!!!

Super close to the slopes and within walking distance to any and everything you would need! Phenomenal views and like I said earlier, we couldn't have been happier

Beautiful condo, even more beautiful view!!

This condo has the best view I have seen thus far from a condo in the mountains!! You can see the snowy tops perfectly- even in the middle of June! It is absolutely breathtaking. Also, the location is perfect. It is walking distance from downtown Breckenridge, which is filled with entertainment and beauty, and you need only get in a car and drive a few miles if you wish to see any of the multiple mountain locations this place has to offer. I stayed in the condo with 6 people and it was plenty spacious. Also, the inside is absolutely beautiful! I loved the decor- made you feel right at home in the Rockies. I would definitely stay here again!
