Charmingly remodeled with beach decor, this 2 bedroom plus a den that closes off as a third bedroom for privacy. The main level has over 1,500 sqf of living area so one does not feel cramped as in most smaller units. A bunk bed, a favorite for children, in the second bedroom has two twin beds and one full bed.A large Linea with wonderful gulf views. Unit is handicap equipped and assessable. A spiral staircase leads down to your own private cabana which provides easy access to the pool and beach. Newly remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, stainless appliances and fully equipped with nearly everything you need to prepare gourmet meals at home. The newly renovated bathrooms have granite countertops and tiled floors. Equipped with drapes and plantation shutters throughout for privacy. New flat screen TVs in every room. New tile floors in the living are and kitchen plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Large Master bedroom with a picturesque view of the courtyard pond and gardens. This unit also has a Pak'n'play for the infant you may bring and a table top high chair. Unlimited long distance calling to continental USA and Canada!
Please note: From December 20 to April 20, Rentals are from Saturday until Saturday. From January 10 to February 1, a guest can stay less than seven days and four or more but needs to be between Saturday to Saturday

I was looking for a place to spend away from the Minnesota winters. I am not comfortable with high rise developments and this building has only four levels with apartments on three of them and parking on the first level. I also wanted a place with an elevator, below building parking and easy access to the beach and pool area.
A spiral staircase inside my Linea leads to the first level and to my private screened in cabana which provides easy access to the pool and beach.
What a fantastic condo on the beautiful white sands beach of Sanibel! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, to be together or to have privacy. TVs abound, kitchen fully stocked, sunrises on cue from the large screened in deck. Best location on the east side of the island - close to most all restaurants, shops and rentals. Try the segways from Billy's Rentals - great 90 minute tour. Walk on the beach to the Sundial tiki bar or restaurant while shelling!
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here with adult children. It is a beautiful and very comfortable condo. The pool and beach are easy walks. We enjoyed our time very much and hope to return again.
Wonderful condo on Sanibel Island. We were a family of 4, and had ample space in this clean, well-equipped condo. Easy walk over to the beach or the pool. Enjoyed many meals sitting out on the balcony in the screened in area. Would definitely recommend!
This condo has plenty of room for large families. The kitchen and living spaces were nicely decorated and had everything you would need. The condo also had several items you could use for the beach that we took advantage of. Steps to the beach made this condo the perfect getaway for my group. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!
Wow! Another wonderful year at Sanibel! This is our third year staying at this condo. We wish we would have found it sooner! This condo is beautiful. It is very clean & well stocked. We have 3 children ages 9-13. They love the cabana that gives them more room & quicker access to the pool & beach! The owner is very thorough & accommodating. We can't wait to come back here next year! I would highly recommend this condo!
We just got back from a long weekend with our 4 kids ages 6 - 11. The condo was nicely laid out and equipped with everything you could need, only have to bring beach towels which Peter lets you know about ahead of time. The beds in the condo are heavenly to sleep on and are much much better than typical beds in rentals. There was plenty of room for the six of us and the condo was large enough for us to have space away from each other when needed. It is a quick walk to the pool and the beach from the condo, which is great for young kids. The condo is easily accessed by elevator from the parking spot or by stairs on the pool side. Peter, the owner, was very easy to deal with and we would definitely stay in this condo again when in Sanibel.
Enjoy long walks and looking for seashell on the best white sand beaches Florida has to offer. Miles and miles of bike paths to take you anywhere on the island.
