Luxury Villa, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4)
Imagine calling home during your vacation in Belize, a luxury villa within the newly opened Naïa Resort and Spa.
Beach Villa 3 takes the vacation rental experience to a new level. Located right on the beach just a few steps from the Naïa Spa, the 2-bedroom Beach Villa provides you a truly unique locale to call home while in Belize. A twelve foot wide folding glass door offers unparalleled views of the beach and nearby cayes, and opens onto a very large deck that surrounds the pool. The spacious living room is the perfect place to spend an evening having drinks around the granite topped bar while deciding whether to eat dinner inside or out on the deck. The layout is perfect for two couples or a family. Two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, are connected in the middle with an open and modern living room, dining space and kitchen. The master bathroom features both a large tub/shower as well as a separate outside style shower.
Toes in the Sand and not a Care in the World
The Beach Villa is located on a mile of secluded Caribbean beach. The only thing between you and the sea are a few seagrape and palm trees and a little over 100 feet of sandy beach. Even though all beaches in Belize are accessible to the general public, you may see 6-7 people walk by in the course of a day. So break out a kayak, go for a swim, or just relax with something cold in your hand.
Naïa Resort and Spa Amenities
Your stay at the Beach Villa includes all the amenities offered by Naïa, as guests at the Beach Villa have the exact same status as resort guests - daily maid service, use of the first-class fitness center and main pool as well as free access to bikes and watersports equipment such as kayaks, paddle boards and snorkel gear. For a minimal charge, you may also book classes at the Yoga and Movement Studio. Don't feel like cooking? Indulge in one of Naïa’s three restaurants - the Beach Bar and Grill for a casual beachfront experience, Reflections Spa Café for a relaxing healthy bite, or the upscale full service 1981 Restaurant. And don't worry. Naïa and the whole 224-acre community employs its own 24-hour security staff for your peace of mind. The combination of luxury rental home and proximity to unparalleled resort amenities is nothing short of amazing.
Please contact us if the dates you are interested in are already shown as booked on the calendar. There are three 2-bedroom villas on site.
Location, location, location
Naïa is located within the upscale community of Cocoplum, a ten minute drive from the Placencia airstrip, and is conveniently positioned between the laid back bustle of the village and the more upscale eateries of the northern peninsula. We provide free transfers to and from the airstrip and are more than happy to arrange a car or cart rental or taxi for your forays into the village or one of the nearby fine dining establishments.
Land and sea adventures abound on the peninsula and it is our pleasure to connect our guests with the best the country has to offer. This includes world class SCUBA diving, snorkelling and fishing, invigorating hiking and tubing at nearby national parks as well as the exploration of thousand year old cities of the ancient Maya.
We know that when it comes to rental homes there is a wide selection. What makes this home special is that the level of personalized service surpasses that of a typical vacation rental. Your hosts are hospitality professionals who take great pride in making your stay a memorable one, and will not think twice about going the extra mile for you.

Fabulous Private Oceanfront Villa at Naia Resort
Fabulous large villa directly on the ocean! Hang out in your private pool while you watch the ocean.....what could be better! My husband and I enjoyed this large villa as a couple, but it would be perfect for two couples or a family. The villa is part of Naia Resort and Spa so all of the resort amenities are available also.....great restaurants, bars and a large pool should someone want to socialize with other guests.....we loved the complete privacy of our own piece of paradise. Walk to restaurants at the resort or cook in the fully equipped beautiful kitchen. The high ceilings, wonderful artwork and lovely furnishings made us never want to leave.
There are also many great local restaurants a short drive away....we rented a golf cart while in Placencia which was perfect for getting around the peninsula. Naia also has a complimentary shuttle that goes into the village twice a day.
This villa is very well maintained, as is the beach.....immaculately clean....and totally serene and peaceful. Can’t wait to return!
Tranquil and Oh So Nice
I agree with all the reviews below. The host, Aaron, is a great guy who wants you to really enjoy yourselves. His recommendations for activities and restaurants were right on.
The house is fantastic, with your backyard being a pool and a beautiful beach. The kayaks are great for a little exercise or to paddle out to the island, which is about 1.2 miles out according to my GPS watch. The beach is wonderful for walking along in either direction. Swim and kayak entry is through a path in the low rock barrier which protects the beach. Everything in the house is top-notch and everything is in excellent working order.
This Placencia peninsula is more remote than the touristy areas like Ambergris Key. The drive from the airport is an adventure in itself, about 3-4 hours. You definitely need a car unless you are really set on not leaving the house at all. The bikes are good for strapping on a backpack and pedaling 15 minutes or so to the closest grocery store, but the ride in to most of the action in the Village requires a car or a lot of bicycling time.
I especially appreciated not being nickle-and-dimed on this trip. Every appliance, dish, knife, paper product, towel, etc that we needed was provided. Aaron really opens the place up for you to enjoy. That is far more relaxing than anything we've encountered elsewhere. We certainly liked being on the honor system.
Great House, Great Host, Great Location, & Great Town
We stayed at this house for 8 days in July 2015. The house was perfect (just like the photos). You are steps from the ocean and the private pool is wonderful as well. I have no complaints with where we stayed at all.
Aaron was a great host and was readily available when needed. He would check in from time to time as well to make sure we were doing well. He always had suggestions when we were looking for activities to do. The suggestions were always spot on. We toured the chocolate factory and mayan ruins with Lyra. You could probably drive to those locations on your own, but she was an excellent guide. We also had a great snorkeling adventure one day as well.
The village of Placencia was great. Very quaint with outstanding restaurants. The meals were great and while we ran some bills up, I never felt the prices were high. We had some outstanding lobster meals for under $20 US. We ended most evenings with a visit to Tutti Fruitti for some fantastic gelato. The people of Placencia were very friendly. We enjoyed the community and culture.
We rented a car and drove from the airport. It took us about 3 hours but was very scenic and interesting. There are massive speed bumps all around Belize so you have to be on alert for them. Anyhow, I like having a car and didn't mind the drive from Belize City, but it may not be for everyone. Aaron has great directions to the house from Belize City airport. Many people take a quick flight from Belize City to Placencia so that is an option if you don't feel up for driving.
Thanks again Aaron. We hope to come back soon.
Magical Beach House!
Truly amazing private location with luxuries one would expect in a high end resort without the crowd. The entire property was exquisitely and meticulously maintained and the beach front villa provided an extraordinary view of the ocean. It was a nice balance of private and yet close enough to world class restaurants that were biking distance from the villa and many more in the nearby town of Placencia. The home is uniquely located in upscale area that provides for a very private beach setting. We've had the privilege of traveling the world and were not disappointed with our accommodations or the truly wonderful diversity of world class restaurant options.
The location provided a good balance of privacy and remoteness with conveniences such as groceries and restaurants close at hand. The upscale, open living area is beautiful and a great gathering space. The views are spectacular from every room! The pool and covered patio are a casual space to enjoy the warm Caribbean weather and view of the clear blue water and we loved the unique indoor/outdoor shower in the master bath. There is such tremendous appeal and charm to the laid back vibe of the area, warm and friendly locals, and charming and accommodating owners. We cannot wait to come back again and again! Thank you Aaron for making our family getaway truly magical!
A special thank you to Aaron for going above and beyond in so many area's as an extraordinary host. After a very long overnight flight from California he personally met us at the airport, transported us to our incredible beach villa, brought us breakfast as we unpacked and continued to exceed every expectation by anticipating and exceeding every need. They treated us as family and catered to every need.
All the amenities you could want
Property well maintained and very clean
Gorgeous and very private beach and your own pool right outside your door
Will return for sure
Great location although you need a car golf cart or scooter
Placencia is a small, but wonderful village with great restaurants, some shops and local art that is absolutely beautifully handcrafted.
Beach House Magic
My wife and and I were looking for a place to stay and be able to completely emerce ourself in the local culture. The beach villa at Cocoplume was a perfect answer for that. We were made to feel like family with Aaron,Stewart ,and Adam, the owners of Cocoplume Villas. Anything we needed they were right there to help. We stayed for 3 months and could not have enjoyed our stay more.
You are a little way from the village so a car is very helpful however the villa comes with bicycles so if you are in for some exercise there you go. I would however not advise riding at night on the main road it is very dark and the cars tend to go very fast. We have traveled the world and could not get over how great the restaurants were in the village and Maya Beach. Do not miss going to Maya Beach Bistro. One of the best restaurants you will ever eat in. A real treat is on Monday Aaron, your host at Cocoplume, plays classical guitar at the bistro.
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway on the beach look no further it is worth every penny.
Cocoplum is a lushly landscaped, secure and tranquil neighborhood nestled between the fine dining of Maya Beach and the laid back bustle of the villages of Seine Bight and Placencia. The Placencia peninsula itself straddles two worlds: to the east lies the world's second largest barrier reef and all of the wonder it possesses both above and below the waves. Head west and you will find the Maya Mountains and surrounding rainforest, beckoning travelers to lose themselves in the mystery of a time forgotten. The peninsula is an attraction in itself, boasting some of the best meals the country has to offer, a genuinely friendly and laid back populace, and beaches that are not overcrowded.
