Why Jim maze chose Kona Coast

We bought 2 units in Kona Alii because of the location. You can not get a better location in town than this one. You dont need a rental car unless you want one. You can literal walk to everything and if you want take the trolley to most everything else.

What makes this condo unique

The security of this building is very good. You have to have a key to access the building. It not only has a pool, but outdoor BBQ area, and a sun deck on the 7th floor. It has it's own private parking lot and assigned stalls.

Great location and fabulous views. Older decor and a few improvements could be made re updating and refreshing interior. Elevator a boon on hot days and super restaurants close by especially "Outback". Would recommend to all especially elderly clients.

Perfect location

The exterior of the building is a bit worn, but the condo is exactly as pictured! Clean, functional and recently updated. It has everything you need. The lack of air condition was not an issue - we just opened the balcony door and left the ceiling fan on. On site staff was very responsive when WIFI went down. Location is perfect with beautiful view and easy walking distance to everything in Kona.

Great Location

The condo was clean & well equipped. We appreciated the beach gear that was there for our use. Nice furniture and great to have a washer and dryer to use. The pool at the site was clean and refreshing.

We were quite warm sleeping and the traffic noise was loud. We couldn't close the sliding doors to mute the noise as we'd have been hotter!

However, it was a good stay and we enjoyed being close to restaurants, shopping and activities.

Perfect location

We have stayed in Jim's condo a couple of times. We absolutely recommend it! Location is perfect. Located right on the Main Street in downtown Kona and you overlook the ocean. We enjoy sitting on the lanai people watching or whale watching. Walking distance to shopping or dining. Also, love the washer and dryer in unit. We will be staying in this condo again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Kona. This property is all that is advertised. The location is near everything we enjoy about Hawaii. The village is friendly with plenty of wonderful places to eat, drink coffee or have an adult beverage. The condo is furnished with plenty of the basics you need in the kitchen. We appreciated that we had a basic supply of pantry and paper products along with soaps and some toiletries.

The owner is easy to work with and we will definitely return.

Imagine relaxing on you private Lani hearing the ocean and seeing it break on the shore. Watching the locals in there conoes,fishing tournaments leaving the bay,and all the activity in the bay. Then getting up and leasurely walking to the local bars and restuants only minutes away. In the morning going to the local farmers market to get fresh fruits and vegetables less than 100 yards away. This property is located on alii drive in the middle of all the activities you might want. It is located on the famous race course for the world championship Iron Man Race.
