Beautiful modern apartments. The complex is gated, both outside gate and lobby. With sea and pool views and an 8 minute walk to the beautiful crescent shaped sandy beach, shops, bars & restaurants. The apartments are situated on a gentle hill so not recommended for anyone with walking difficulties. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven hob, some have, air con/heating (metered). Comfortable lounge with English TV/DVD and WIFI. There is an en-suite shower, plus a bathroom. The balcony has furniture for 'alfresco' dining. The bus stop is a short walk with stops every 20 minutes, which will take you into the heart of Benidorm which is renowned for it's beautiful long beaches and lively night-life. On the other hand if you prefer the Spanish lifestyle, you can visit the sleepy mountain villages of Finestrat, Polop or Guadalest. The Theme Parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, and Mundomar are all close by.This apartment is situated in block 2, on the 2nd floor.

Excellent apartment. Not suitable if you can't manage a hill, as is advised.

Lovely location clost to Cala Finestrat. Apartment tastefully decorated, very clean and well equipped, with a lovely view in a quiet family-friendly location. Local bus to Benidorm centre only costs 1.30 Euros.

Great apartment

The property was very well maintained, with a beautiful swimming pool to go out to. In a lovely location, with all the facilities that you could need. The customer service from the owner was fantastic and I would defiantly recommend this property to friends and relatives. Big market only minutes away in the morning on Tuesday and Saturday when we stayed, with a smaller market every evening. La Cala is a lovely peaceful area and we enjoyed every minute there.

Lovely apartment

A lovely, clean and well equipped apartment. Sun loungers, shopping bags, footballs etc all to be found in the utility the kitchen. Large balcony with sofa, 2 Ikea Poang chairs, patio table and chairs, coffee table and a large clothes airer. A fab view over the pool and towards the sea.

Very secure as there is a security gate to get into the apartment complex, then another secure entrance into the actual block. Up the lift to apartment and a double locked steel door. There is a safe in the bedroom too, ask for the code.

Joan (owner) kept you informed at all times and gave lots of advice as to what to see and do. Brilliant customer service. The caretakers in resort were easy to contact and very helpful.

It is as stated an 8 minute walk down to the beach, my husband walked back up in 10minutes pushing our grandson in his buggy (he's fitter than me!) but ther is a little bus (23) that drops you off on Avenida Mestral, just across the road from the apartments. You get it at the mini roundabout opposite the beach the same side as the hotel being built and it cost 1-25 euros.

Los Naranges superb Spanish food and Molly Malones for good pub grub.

There is a market runs adjacent to the apartments on Avenida Tramuntera on Saturdays. The chicken seller at the beach end has very tasty, well cooked chicken and pork ribs very reasonable at 8 euros for a whole chicken.

All in all we had a smashing holiday at Las Azaleas.

Cala de Finestrat
Car: not necessary

The resort of Cala de Finestrat is located a mere 3 km south from the lively resort of Benidorm. It offers clients a more peaceful resort which is ideal for families but still within easy reach of Benidorm's many attractions. The resort has a small sandy beach which is ideal for families with young children. The town still retains it's Spanish atmosphere and offers some excellent sea food restaurants, along with outdoor bars and cafes La Cala is within walking distance to Poniente Beach. South of La Cala you will find the village and beach of Villajoyosa. The main coast road (n332) is only a quarter of a mile from the apartment and the A7 motorway is 2 miles. Along the coast to the north you will find the villages of Albir, Altea, Calpe, Moraira, Javea & Denia. The theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura (where you can swim with the sharks), Aqualandia and Mundomar are all a short drive or bus ride away.
