3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms With GORGEOUS Bay Views
About Roy Morton
My family and I were looking for a second home to purchase to be together outside of the busyness of life. We have owned property here for last 25 years. We then bought this property, which sits on Apalachicola Bay, next to Lafayette Park, in 2012 and have completely renovated the exterior and interior (see pictures). If you have additional questions you do not find in the description, please do not hesitate to ask me. I hope you enjoy this special place as much as we do!

Great house in a great location
Very nice house. The stairs were a challenge, but we're getting older. I had hoped we could stay downstairs, but that didn't work out. Electrical outlets were a problem. Many were loose and the plug would not stay in. Overall, it was a great house with a beautiful view and we enjoyed our stay.
The house is roomy and clean, the back porch has a couple ceiling fans so if it's warm outside, the breeze blows on the porch. The pool is a delightful way to cool off, too. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, flatware, foils and wraps, chopping boards, etc. Comfortable beds, wonderful sunsets and sunrises right on the river. All in all, a fantastic house for family and friends to get away..
Awesome house! Perfect for my siblings in town for my daughter’s wedding. I wanted to show my guests the town - walking distance, but they preferred to spend most, if not all spare time here. With the awesome views of the bay from the sprawling deck, great soaking pool & spacious accommodations, we had an awesome time reconnecting and celebrating a new generation’s milestone in this well-appointed home.
The house was perfect on the bay and good privacy. A very comfortable house and well stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. Way more than you usually find in a rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
Lovely home in a great location
Apalachicola is a wonderfully unspoiled small coastal town, and this house is in the loveliest part of it, in the historic district and adjacent to Lafayette Park. It is very well-equipped and maintained. Comfortable furniture, nice aesthetics and beautiful views (particularly of sunrises). The neighborhood is great for taking long walks or bike rides, and my wife would frequently walk downtown or to the grocery store. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We spent a month here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll be back.
This house is a "don't miss
This house was a great experience as it is roomy and on the Bay! The view is awesome
Even tho you can't get to the waters edge. The small pool was a Great addition after a long day of fishing and the kitchen spacious to entertain! There wasn't one thing we didn't like! Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a beautiful location in town. Four bicycles were available to ride and they were used ! We certainly would go here again. A great family weekend with a great location- what more could u ask for? We had a full moon and the view on the bay was unbelieveable!
