Hi, I'm Yvette and together with my husband Mike, we own two homes in Llanelli which we rent out as holiday homes.
My working life has been peppered with all sorts of roles over the years, but I've always had a real interest in houses and interior design. Many people think I've done courses in it, but I've not, I just love making things look nice and enjoy doing creative things.
Mike & I have a teenage daughter, Kenzie who is going to Uni in September.
We have three dogs (yes 3!) who are part of the family, along with 5 cats.
Yvette Morrison purchased this apartment in 2007
We love the area our homes are in as there is so much to do here but it is also still very unspoilt and tranquil! It's a great place to come and relax, but for those (like Mike) that cannot sit still for very long, there is plenty to see and do.
The views from the balcony in Beachlands View are stunning and there are glorious sunsets too.
Beachlands House works really well for families with smaller children as there is the fully enclosed secure back garden where we have provided play equipment for the kids to help burn off some more energy!
Location, location, location as they say!
The views are stunning, the place is very tranquil, yet close enough to civilisation to make it perfectly located for all modern amenities.
What more could I add!

We had a very comfortable week at Beachlands View Apartment. Very nice, enough space for six persons, everything we needed in kitchen or bathroom - it was there. And a lot of needful things we didn't expect were there, too. We had the impression that somebody in the background thought of the interests of different aged people - children, teenagers, adults, parents,... Thank you!
We stayed in this lovely property the 3rd week of August. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us ( 2 adults and kids 17,15 and 11). It is clean and light and has everything one would need for a self catering holiday it is an excellent base to visit the sights and activities of South Wales such as Oakwood, Kidwelly Castle, Heatherton, Llanelli Wetland trust and more. We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon ourselves.
It is in any aspect a marvelous accomodaition.
