The place has a modern-contemporary design, all new contemporary furniture and appliances.
The living room has a 42' Flat Screen TV, large comfortable sofa, plus side chair make up this beautiful living space. The unit has cable tv and wireless internet. The kitchen (updated fall 2011) has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinets, recessed lighting. Great open floor plan, wood flooring through-out living area, floating shelves in both living room and master bedroom. New tile entry, updated bath. And a very nice private patio.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for the chef in you. Well stocked and well appointed any gourmet meal is possible.
The focal point of the Smoke Tree Racquet Club complex is one of the largest commercial pools and deck areas in Palm Springs, surrounded by a grassy green-belt and majestic palms.
Smoke Tree Racquet Club residents can wander on winding sidewalks, relax beneath one of the poolside umbrella stations, or take a dip in the pool for a low-key afternoon. Four full size tennis courts, a club house, onsite laundry facilities, manicured landscaping, walking proximity to groceries, restaurants, and a post office make Smoke Tree Racquet Club a most desirable place to live and play in the desert cities of the Coachella Valley!
Residents use the community clubhouse to mingle, relax, browse book and video libraries.

Why Francis and Dominik chose Twin Palms
When we bought the property (1) for the ideal location within Palm Springs and (2) for the great layout and design inside. The place is in walking distance to grocery shopping and coffee houses. And we liked the modern but elegant design of the interior. It was our style.

Excellent value for money in a nice complex
Well appointed condo at the quieter end of the complex. Very convenient to walk to local stores, bars and restaurants. The complex is well looked after, with a beautiful pool which is never busy. The owners, Dominik and Francis, were a delight to deal with and answered any questions very quickly. Ace, their onsite representative, is just lovely.
All in all, a very comfortable stay.
Very nice updated condo
My wife and I stayed in this unit from 30 Dec., 2016 to 1April, 2017. We very much enjoyed our stay and the very accommodating owners. Prior to our arrival we had noticed that the unit had no landline for a phone and did not have a blender, we requested those from the owners and we were very pleased to see the working landline phone installed and the blender which was waiting for us, on the door step. After a few days, we realized that the TV cable box provided the lowest number of stations, we asked if we could get an upgrade and offered to pay for it but the owners agreed to provide the upgrade, at no cost to us!
The unit is close to all of the resort amenities, pool, washer/dryer and community club. The unit is clean and the upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom are excellent. For a one bedroom, the unit is quite spacious and comfortable. The resort is well maintained and the unit is ideal for a couple who is looking for a nice quiet resort. We highly recommend this resort and this particular condo.

Enjoyable Desert Getaway
Desirable South End location of Palm Springs. And an excellent value for the vacation dollar. The Owners, Francis and Dominik were both highly responsive to our initial questions, so we better understood what to expect before our arrival. Ideal for a couple, with a very comfortable king bed. Contemporary furniture design. Short walk to a major grocery chain store Ralph's, along with an array of conveniences from the local post office, dry cleaners, to a selection of restaurants. Lower unit in the complex, with direct entry access from the covered parking area. A more private patio deck off the living room, with comfortable outdoor seating. Great gas grill to BBQ. The open kitchen design is well stocked with utensils and cookware for meal preparations too. The community pool area has ample lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. An active and enthusiastic group of diverse residents, engaging in friendly conversations, tennis, along with several dedicated Pickleball courts. If you don't have a car, Thursday thru Sunday, ride the Palm Springs Buzz, a "complimentary" trolley that takes you into the downtown village and back, with stops in between. Truly a delightful stay!
Great complex-great facilities and nice helpful people in a great location
Nice complex, we enjoyed our stay in the Smoke Tree Unit, spacious apartment with great pool, tennis courts and very convenient having Ralf's Grocery across the road for all our needs although we did have our car, sadly the unit could use a dinning table and a few essentials in the kitchen like serving spoons, garlic press, salad spinner, otherwise very comfortable.
