Master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed. Flat screens in Great Room and both bedrooms. Sonos wireless speaker in living room fills house with any music service you are a member of (iTunes, Pandora, tunein radio, etc). Apple TV connected to living room and master bedroom. Guest bedroom has en suite connected bathroom. Pantry includes Neptune Maytag washer/dryer (detergent/bounce supplied by owner). Keurig coffee maker. ELEVATOR access (10 ft from front door). Two covered parking spaces. Secure free wifi. Three balconies (two small "Juliet" balconies off each bedroom and one larger one off great room). Complex includes HEATED pool and small workout room. LA Fitness is less than a 1/2 mile away, 24 Hour Fitness is 1.5 miles away. The location is phenomenal. Just yelp 85016 and you will get a list of the best restaurants in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I'm a runner and hiker. Runners have just a mile to run before you hit the canal (compact dirt trail that goes along canal for miles). Hikers, you only have about 2 miles for plenty of hiking on Squaw Peak, North Mountain, and Camelback Mountain. Easy access to the 51 and I-10. Old Town Scottsdale is just a 10 minute drive. Perfect location! Arizona Biltmore area has some of the best restaurants in Phoenix/Scottsdale, great grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joes just 1/2 mile), 15 minute drive to the airport, Biltmore fashion square just 1 mile away.

Owner is a foodie, here is a list of local must eats!

The Henry, The Parlor, Postinos (nosh/wine), La Grande Orange (great breakfast location), Culinary Dropout/The Yard, The Vig, Federal Pizza, North, St Francis, True Food Kitchen, Chelsea's Kitchen, Lou Malnati's, and pretty much any chain restaurant you can imagine are all within 5 miles of this location.

Phoenix Childrens Hospital and John C Lincoln Hospitals are within a 10 minute drive.

About Quinn

My wife and I are both travelers. I flew for Air Force and now a major airline, my wife works in the auto industry where she is on the road a lot. As road warriors, we have tried to make our condo as "homey" as we can. I bought this place before we met & then married in 2014 and loved the location so much, I didn't want to get rid of it.

Why Quinn chose Phoenix

I have lived all over the Phoenix metroplex (after living here for 13 years). I've lived on the West side, North Central Phoenix, North Scottsdale and finally here in the Biltmore Area. I chose this area for the close proximity to the airport, great hiking, restaurants, and brick and mortar stores. My days off are spent hiking/running followed by a stop at my favorite neighborhood breakfast place La Grande Orange.

What makes this condo unique

I bought my condo thinking I would be single for a long time (after never marrying). Murphy's law kicked in and I met my now wife soon after I purchased this condo. I left this condo and location and moved to the northern Phoenix metroplex area. When setting this place up to be a VRBO/Homeaway, there are certain things I look for when on the road. We focused on quality mattresses, bedding, & warmer feel to the decor.

Location, location, location. Restaurants, hiking, and a great gym. This condo is only 15 minutes from the airport and within 5 miles of pretty much anything you can think of.

Beautiful Condo!

I rented Quinn and Ramona's condo for 10 weeks while completing a summer clinical internship. I could not have asked for a better experience. Their condo is clean, nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable, and centrally located. It is equipped with everything that I could have needed during my time here in Phoenix. I enjoyed the technology implemented within the condo: speaker system connected to phone app, efficient air-conditioning and washer and dryer units, and three flat screen TV's. Quinn was always available for any questions I had while accommodating to this new city. In addition, Quinn allowed me to avoid associated service fees by working directly with him. The condo is located very close to The Biltmore Fashion Park with many great restaurants and shops. I recommend Blanco Tacos for delicious tacos and drinks and Nordstrom Last Chance located just down the street for amazing discounts on shoes. In addition, the condo is close to Camelback Mountain, with great hikes and impressive views. I definitely recommend this beautiful condo for anyone looking to travel to Arizona. When I return, I am hoping to be able to rent this unit again.

Simply perfect!

This condo is absolutely perfect! Quinn provided excellent and clear instructions for arrival. The property itself is immaculately decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is close to several grocery stores, loads of restaurants and fast food, as well as excellent shopping. I was over the moon to discover that we were only a couple of blocks from Nordstrom's Last Chance clearance store. I hope this property is available the next time we make a trip to Phoenix to visit family!

Simply the best experience in Phoenix

An extremely overall positive experience. The condominium is in a perfect location within the prestigious Biltmore area and in walking distance of numerous amenities--groceries, movies, restaurants, fitness and trails. Booking was easy and the description very accurate. Clean, well-maintained, and with a great landlord. Would highly recommend this rental and looking forward to our next visit!

Great Rental!!

I was staying in Phoenix for business and this rental worked perfectly. It's in a great location and convenient for working downtown. A mall and movie theater are within walking distance and there are several great restaurants. I really like how close Whole Foods and Trader Joe's were. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. One of the things about VBRO/Homeaway rentals is you typically have to buy some spices and oil if you plan to cook. These were supplied and so I didn't have to buy a whole bottle of oil or spices to make a few meals. They have Apple TV and Sonos which I really enjoyed using. Not a single negative comment, you will be happy with this rental.

Great condo and location!

This condo is beautifully decorated yet totally comfortable! It is spacious yet cozy. Totally clean! We absolutely loved the roomy kitchen and the several balconies, especially the one off the dining room which had a westerly exposure - perfect for happy hour! It has a great hot-tub built into the warm salt water pool. The condo has outdoor grills though we found them to look a bit sketchy and unwelcoming. There are exercise facilities on site but cramped and dated (This is not to detract from Quinn's condo because there is an amazing fitness centre within a block :LA Fitness). The condo is well appointed with kitchenware, linens, etc.. Also, it is very favourably located close to major thoroughfares and attractions yet is on a quiet street. Restaurants, Wholefoods, TraderJoes, and other food emporiums are within one or two blocks. Camelback mountain is within view of the condo and other hiking destinations are close by. Many awesome golf courses are minutes away. We will definitely consider returning to Quinn's next time in Phoenix! Loved our stay so much - felt like home. If I had one suggestion to Quinn, it would be to add a blender to the kitchen - I missed not being able to make my morning smoothies. And perhaps a salad spinner. Small details considering how well equipped Quinn's condo otherwise is. Thanks again Quinn.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the 5 Star review and enjoying our condo. As road warriors ourselves, our goal is to make this a home away from home that creates a comfortable environment. Because of your review, we have added the blender and salad spinner (I can't believe I neglected to include a blender in the kitchen). As an avid runner and hiker, I never used the gym when I lived here. It is small but allows for a stationary bike/treadmill workout. As you mentioned, LA Fitness is 1/2 mile away and 24 hour fitness is 2 miles away. For those visitors wanting an over the top type gym, checkout The Village at Camelback (especially tennis enthusiasts). The BBQ area (adjacent to pool/spa) is probably a casualty of general public use where people are not cleaning the grill after use. Again, another area I've never used. I will include BBQ tools as an option to future guests that may improve this experience if they are so inclined. Nice Condo, Centrally Located

We spent the month of March in Quinn's condo and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds and a very well equipped kitchen. It's central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the Phoenix metro area. Walking distance to groceries and small restaurants was also a plus. Quinn couldn't have been a nicer, more accommodating host and we appreciated his hiking and restaurant suggestions.
