Why Gus & Eileen Constantouris chose Marco Island

We purchased this property because we wanted a waterfront, beachfront tropical area in the United States that we can relax and enjoy and visit the entire year. Southwest Florida and Marco Island is the perfect family vacation week.

What makes this condo unique

We love the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous white, sandy beach from the 16th floor 40 foot balcony. The condo is spacious and the rooms have bright, warm sun entering throughout the day. There are sliding doors to the balcony from every room. When sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine you view the spectacular beach and ocean while feeling the warm ocean breeze on your face. You will be able to completely relax from this 16th floor condo.

Springbreak relaxation fun in the sun

  • 5 of 5

This was our first visit to Marco Island as well as using an online rental site. Both amazing experiences. Management company was great to work with and condo exceeding expectations. Location was awesome, beachfront view each morning with my cup of coffee. Simply relaxing with the sounds of the ocean. The condo unit was updated and very clean and beautiful. Would definitely recommend this unit to my friends and family. This made our 2017 springbreak fun and full of memories. 6 stars!!!!!!

Comfortable and Elegant

  • 5 of 5

Thank you Eileen and Gus for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The renovated kitchen was one of the highlights of the condo, but the full length balcony with access from each bedroom and living room was stunning. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and relaxing. Morning sun with coffee or afternoon with a glass of wine was just the perfect ending to a fun filled day.

The unit was the perfect size for my the four of us and my son and daughter could spread out and have their private space or we could all head down to the pool to enjoy a sunny day, pool side.

The condo has everything you need and you will love your stay. We are looking for a return next year!

The Perfect Vacation

  • 5 of 5

How to build the perfect vacation...Simple, spend a week(or if you are among the lucky ones who can take more time off) at this condo. From start(booking) to finish (flying out), this was my ideal vacation. My intentions were to spend a week alone where I could relax, read, swim and meet new people. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

The South Seas facility is situated directly on the beach and the unit has the most incredible views. If you are traveling with other people, grab the master bedroom and sleep with the blinds open-if you take my advice you will wake up to the most magnificent view.(I won't describe it as I don't want to spoil the surprise). If you can pull yourself out of bed( I slept like the dead)and take your eyes off the view, you will notice how lovely and tastefully decorated your unit is and how well provided you are-just like being home. When I wasn't sleeping, I spent all of my time on the balcony reading and admiring that view again. Since I do not cook when I am home, I had no intentions of doi9ng so on vacation(even though the unit is fully equipped to do so). Since South Seas is located just a few minutes drive from everything (restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, etc.) or a short walk, every need was easily met on this small, beautiful island. I even went to the YMCA ( 5 minute drive )and had my morning swim, which is how I started my day. After that, Dunkin Donuts for my coffee, followed by a stroll through Publix, and then home for a read on the balcony. As I can never get enough physical activity, I followed my reading session with a long walk on the beach (2.5 miles from South Seas to the Cape of Marco). After my walk I was then ready to RELAX on the beach. The unit provided me with every possible beach amenity, so I made my way down to the water with beach chair, umbrella, water, and beach bag. And there I stayed until dinner time. The island offers a great selection of restaurants and the best oysters I ever ate. Some of my favorite restaurants were CJ's, Marco Brewery, Mango's, Da Vinci's, and Ciao Bella. I will definitely plan (hopefully next year) to return to Marco Island and this beautiful condo.

had a great time. Perfect location with a wonderful view.

  • 5 of 5

we had a wonderful time. This was our first time in Marco Island Florida. The location of the tower in the view from the balcony was great. A perfect private soft white sandy beach. The Gulf of Mexico was warm and fantastic for swimming. The condo was comfortable. Everything worked. Good air conditioning. The wonderful king size bed was surprisingly comfortable. In the second bedroom was big enough for the teenager we brought with us. the two bathrooms is great when you are sharing the condo with another person. It is true that the beach cart was missing because a prior renter must have taken it. But they are going to replace the beach cart. I suggested adding one or two more beach chairs to the closet. Other than that you have everything you need. Twets lots of beach towels, lots of bath towels excetera. Marco Island is just so beautiful and the pool is clean and comfortable. This is a great vacation to relax. However we also rented a boat at pure Naples marina. That's what we ever rented. People can also rent jet skis and bicycles and scooters and have a lot of fun. I would recommend this condo in this location to anyone. And I believe the price was a tiny bit lower than a couple of the others in the same building. I would love to go back someday soon. it is true that the air conditioning did not seem to circulate enough into the master bedroom. My husband actually adjusted the vents so that more air conditioning went into the back bedroom and less into the living room and that really solved the problem. The shower pressure in the jetted tub was great. The couch and chairs could be updated that is true and modernized to something a bit more soft and comfy but it was fine we did not mind. I didn't have the problem with the refrigerator my food stay too ok.

Guarded entry. Covered parking. Condo had what a family needs for their stay. Kitchen needs updating. Living room furniture comfortable but the carpet was absolutely filthy. Huge dark stains on it. Rest of condo clean with nice furnishings. Spacious dining area. There are some beach supplies and coolers provided but having a wagon or beach cart would have made it easier to get our stuff to the beach. The only thing that worked on the fridge was the light when the door opened. We came on Sunday and went grocery shopping for our 2 week stay. On Monday morning we noticed that the milk was warm. When we went downstairs to register, we informed the attendant there. He told us that we have to notify the owner ourselves and to let him know if "there was a street light out". We had to throw some food away and purchased our own coolers and ice for the rest. Oh well (sigh). We did get to eat at some good restaurants though :) But what a spectacular view of the beach from the balcony-breathtaking to say the least. Shells galore, so bring a bag. Pool was heated and the attendant kept the kids in line. Kayaked in the spit. Loved the water pressure in the shower and the jetted tub. Plenty of closet space with hangers. Laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. It was easy to load money onto the card from the machine in the lobby by the elevators. We visited EVERY shop on Especially liked Rose Marine gift shop. Rented a pontoon from them which was nice. Also did the airboat ride at Wootens, which was well worth it. Bring a small fan to circulate the air in the master bedroom as for some reason the AC really didn't cool that side of the condo. The process to book this condo and pick up instructions was easy and everything explained in detail. Internet was hit or miss. It was a very nice vacation and would definitely come again to this unit.
