Oceanfront with Private Pool- one of the largest homes on Isle of Palms. New furnishings 2017!

If you've ever dreamed of the perfect vacation in the perfect house, "Sun Beam" is your dream come true!

The first floor offers an expansive open and light-filled living area, dining areas and spacious kitchen with 2 islands and additional 6 counter chairs. The kitchen is a gourmet's dream that includes granite counters, 2 GE Monogram stainless steel wall ovens, 2 Bosch dishwashers, Dacor 5-burner gas cook top, GE Monogram built-in stainless steel refrigerator, built-in microwave, ice maker and garbage compactor. The main living area features 2 comfortable sofas and chairs, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, large flat panel TV, surround sound and a spectacular view of the ocean. The dining areas feature a large table with 12 chairs and a "breakfast" table with 4 chairs.

Six guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of these bedrooms feature fantastic ocean views! One has a king bed while the other has a queen bed. They both boast an additional twin pull out sleeper each and a private bath with a tiled jetted tub/shower combo. Each has a TV, wood floors and private access to the first floor ocean side porch which includes plenty of seating with chairs and rockers. Two more guest bedrooms have a queen bed each, wood floors and private bathrooms with tiled tub/shower combos. The last two guest bedrooms on this floor have one king bed and one queen bed respectively. They both include a double size sleeper sofa, TV's, wood floors, private baths with tiled tub/shower combos and private access to the front facing covered porch.

Also on the first floor is a laundry room with full size GE Profile washer and dryer, utility sink and cabinets with Corian counter top and a powder room off the foyer.

The second floor adds the convenience and benefit of a second large, separate living area with plenty of sofa and chair seating, game table with 6 chairs, huge 60" flat panel TV, Blu Ray disc player, books, puzzles, stereo, twin sleeper chair, half bath, access to 2 balconies and kitchenette with granite counter, microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer! 2 Master Suites capture two of the three ocean view bedroom locations on this floor. Both feature king beds, spectacular ocean views, large flat panel TV's, wood floors, private access to the second floor ocean facing porch with new seating group and private bathrooms with corner Jacuzzi jetted tubs and large, tiled walk-in showers! There is also access to the 3rd floor sun deck with 360 degree ocean and island views from the second floor porch level. The third ocean view bedroom has a king bed, TV, more of the ocean views you come to expect in this house, private access to the second floor ocean facing porch and private bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. Rounding out the bedrooms is a guest bedroom with a king bed, twin sleeper, wood floors, access to a private balcony and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with full size stack-able washer and dryer situated in the spacious hallway.

Enjoy the ease of outdoor entertaining at poolside with the addition of 2 tables with chairs, and multiple loungers and chairs! A gas grill, ping pong table, outdoor showers and elevator are some of the other nice features of this home.

The house is very large and arrangement of bedrooms was very accommodating to multiple families. the upstairs living area was a great place for the kids to hang out, separate from the main living space. The house was clean, décor was pretty. Beach was great, kids had so much fun venturing out onto the sandbar. Some of the bathtubs were in need of some TLC, but overall everything was great. We ran out of propane one evening and the management company quickly responded with a new one. The pool was clean and serviced during our week. We rented mid August and it was VERY hot. Would be great to have a restroom on the pool level....overall we loved it and would come back!

August is the hottest month of the year here in the Lowcountry, good thing you were at the beach! I understand the need to have a bathroom close to the pool, building regulations on Isle fo Palms prohibits this for homes built after a certain year, so your newer homes won't have a ground floor bath. This was our 4th year on Isle of Palms in the fabulous oceanfront home "Sunbeam" and we now plan neverto go anywhere else! With 10 spaciois bedrooms, 10 full and 2 half baths, huge living spaces, 10+ televisions, super kitchen, big porches and heated pool, why would we go anywhere else! FIVE BIG STARS

  • You have the option of purchasing a non-refundable $55 security deposit protection plan that will cover you for up to $3000 of any accidental damage. The other option would be to send a check with your final payment for $3000 that would be refundable within 14 days of departure less any cost of accidental damages. A final choice will need to be made by your final payment due date.

    Rates are subject to change until confirmed. A deposit of 35% is due upon making reservation. The remaining 65% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Rates do NOT include: housekeeping fees, pool heating, guest requested pool cleanings, daily maid service, laundry, excessive cleaning, (i.e. trash, upholstery or rug shampooing), reservation fees, sales and accommodations taxes.
