Vacation house built with luxury materials, totally furnished

The house has an independent kitchen, a large living-dining room, bathrooms, four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All the bedrooms are totally fitted with furniture, lamps, linen, and there is a TV and a comfortable sofa in two of them. The maximum availability is nine persons, if the entire house is rented.

Bed clothes, linen and kitchen towels are included. Upon request, there are some bikes and sport equipment available. Pets are not allowed.

Fantastic holiday house!!

The house is very spacious and very comfortable, we had a family of 5 and it was a huge hit with us all!! Maria the owner met us on our arrival and although we arrived late on the evening, she was very happy to show us around the property and answered any questions we had. A nice touch I thought was that there was plenty of essentials for you to use when first arrive ie shampoo/ soap/ washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets etc. The outside space is huge and the tennis court/ basketball net and football goals were a huge success, enjoyed by all the family. The views from the property are lovely, a very peaceful and tranquil area, a car is definitely recommended!! You can assess the walk to a

very small beach from the house but it is a steep decline and you can only go down at certain times when tide is out, but well worth a visit. There is a local supermarket and other amenities close by but need to travel approx 15 minutes to a larger supermarket. I would recommend this property to family and friends and we would love to go back to this beautiful house and part of Spain! Thank you Maria and family

Fantastic holiday villa for a family !

This villa was amazing. So spacious inside and out clean and clutter free. Beautiful views of the sea and greenery all around...mountains the other side all easily seen from the bedroom views. Large tennis court and basketball hoop and small five a side pitch with goals. Lots of outdoor toys for children such as tennis and badminton rackets, scooters, biycles, skateboards, kites and loads more. There was an Outdoor barbecue. Beautiful walk to the cliffside where you will see a secluded beach. It's abit steep getting to it and the trek is not for everyone but well worth the visit. A car is a MUST if you stay here. Especially if you want to travel to Gijon 30mins, Oviedo 35mins, ribadsella 1hr 20mins colunga 1hr 10mins. The Airport is 20 mins away. Local petrol station with shop in novellano is 24 hour 7days a week with a cafe open till midnight and only 5mins away. Soto de luina village 5mins away has supermarket bank and pharmacy and a beautiful beach but is by a camping site but both of these villages can be walked to but are roughly 1mile away. Motorway links were really close. There are plenty of hiking trails including a bear trail. Absolutely loved staying here and the family who own the property were SO helpful and more welcoming than anyone could wish for. The Villa had everything we needed from the moment we were there. Didn't haven't to worry about the small things like toilet roll, clothes washing powder, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc as they were already there. All in all a wonderful place tranquil and scenic for those looking to get away from everyday life not for those who are looking for the touristy beach holiday. We could not recommend this place enough. P.s we did not speak a word of Spanish and many locals spoke no English but Google translate app is a wonderful thing!!

Tranquilidad absoluta cerca de Cudillero

La casa está fenomenal de espacios, conservación, limpieza y equipamiento.

La propietaria nos esperó a nuestra llegada y nos lo enseñó todo. Muy agradable y atenta.

La cocina muy completa con lavavajillas y lavadora y detergente para ambos. Balletas y espartos nuevos. Mucha vajilla, cafetera tradicional y de cazillo.

Mesas y sillas de terraza disponibles.

Raquetas de tenis, bicicletas, skates y juegos de interior.

Habitaciones amplias con buenos ventanales. Muchas toallas disponibles y los juegos de cama y colchas de verano e invierno.

Tuvimos que utilizar un poco la calefacción y genial porque el tiempo no acompañó.

Si le tengo que poner un pero.... Un baño más para tanta gente vendría bien. Tiene dos, pero la capacidad de la casa puede llegar hasta 12 personas.

Un lugar que no te puedes perder... El Café en Oviñana a 10 minutos en coche, comida exquisita y trato impecabley la sidrería Reguerín.

Lugar ideal para disfrutar de la casa.

The beach of San Pedro de la Ribera is only 5.5 km away form the house. This beach has been ratted with the 'Q' of Quality, a national and international tourist and environmental award. There is also access to other attractive cliff beaches 500 metres from the house.

The main localities close to the house are: (in order of proximity): Oviñana (2,5 km), Soto de Luiña (5 km), Playa de San Pedro (6 km), Cudillero (10 km), Luarca (20 km), San Vicente de la Arena, Avilés (35 km), Asturias Airport (17 km), Gijón and Oviedo (a 65 km)...All this journey are made along the highway, except a small section of 10 km.
