There is a third toilet with hand sink and mirror immediately beside the second and third bedroom. All bathrooms are brand new, fully tiled in cream porcelain. Two hair-dryers are provided in this apartment. 1 bath towel, 1 hand-towel and 1 facecloth are provided per guest. All top quality 5* Hotel standard Egyptian Cotton.

  • The master bedroom has a Kingsized bed, with antique bedside tables, and table lamps, antique wardrobe, antique dresser, a large mirror and a chair. Complementing the parquet flooring are high ceilings and large French double glazed windows with shutters. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with full bath, shower and large sink in vanity unit. The second bedroom offers a double bed with period bedside tables, mirror, chair and wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds, gilt mirror, period wardrobe and writing desk with chair. All bedrooms have original polished oak parquet floors, high ceilings with chandelier and decorative cornice. Top quality Egyptian cotton linen is provided as well as thick comfy mattress toppers. All windows are double glazed and have shutters on the outside to ensure a good nights sleep. Alarm clocks are also provided in all rooms.

From the moment you enter this apartment through its large double mahogany doors, you will be impressed by the feeling of light and space. The large, wide entrance hallway leads to the living room, which is on the corner of the building and has windows on three sides of the room. This room has been carefully designed with comfort as the first priority without compromising at all on style.It is furnished with two large comfortable sofas with coordinating cushions, and a classic French coffee table. A sideboard hosts a large plama TV with cable TV (French channels and BBC World), i-Pod dock, and a DVD player. There is also Wi-Fi access. A chandelier, a large rug, table lamps, The brand new kitchen benefits from a built in dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge freezer, electric four-ring hob and extractor fan, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and stainless sink. All necessary utensils are provided to cook a family meal. The large dining table will seat six.

Lovely appartment, perfect location

The appartment is spacious, clean and was exactly as described. The appartment is close to all amenities, 5 mins from beach,10 mins from the train station and close to the city. The hosts representative was lovely and very accommodating. Would defiantly book again.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful apartment in August and it was superb. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable and had all necessary facilities that you would require during a short holiday. Location was excellent with walking distance to beach, Negressco, train station, and many restaurants. Mary and her local manager, Valerie, were very helpful and approachable when necessary. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this apartment for the families going on holiday to Nice.

The apartment is beautifully appointed, but construction and heat kill it.

I almost cannot believe we paid for our three nights in this apartment. Don't get me wrong-it is charming. But it is a floor up from the ground and tremendously, insufferably hot-which is only compounded by the fact that construction-really loud-began by 7:30 am and continued to evening. We could not sleep or hear each other talk, so the "charm" of the place was completely lost on us. Owners say that a/c internal unit (which would be needed due to building codes) would be too loud, but I lived in a similar building in Chicago and it was wonderful and no louder than the fans we pointed directly on our bodies. I would never do this again, sorry-and none of the online reviews reflect just what a hot and humid experience this is, so I think it is important to share honestly. The hosts were nice and courteous but should have told us about the construction noise, if nothing else. We would have never knowingly done this.

This apartment was beautiful and comfortable aside from the construction.

We stayed at this location June 18th -20th 2017. We loved the high ceilings, open space living room and kitchen. The host was fantastic in the walk thru. They were responcive but didn't inform us of the construction which began at 7am and finished about 5. The construction has been going on for 18months thus far. We felt rushed out of the house in the morning as the construction was so loud we couldn't sleep or chat. Aside from that, the location is great. We would stay here again but only if they could tell us if there was no construction going on. Great place!

Lovely flat - just as pictured.

Perfectly located flat to sight-see, go to the beach, wander thru old town, or use as a base to explore the Provence/Cote D'Azur regions. Our property manager met us promptly and gave us a thorough run down on the in's & out's of the property. It is a wonderful flat, very charming in every possible way. We were delighted with the basket of goodies & the bottle of wine chilling in the refrigerator - it was delightful. The only downside for us (and take it with a grain of salt, because a) out of the owners control and b) we live in an extremely rural area, so it is 180 degrees opposite from what we are used to) was the construction across the street. It looks to be nearing completion, so shouldn't be a problem for long, and again, not something the owner has any control over. And, like I stated, we live in an area that has very very little population density, so it is something we are definitely not used to. Others, who do live in cities, probably wouldn't give it a seconds notice. But, again, this is a lovely flat with everything one would need to enjoy Nice and it's surrounding attractions.

A beautiful, spacious apartment in the perfect location

We had a great trip to Nice and loved the apartment. It is perfectly located for bars and restaurants and days at the beach. The beds were really comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

The apartment is in the centre of 'The Golden Square', the Carre D'or. Steps away from the famous Negressco, on the Promenade des Anglais, one of the few privately owned palaces in the world that is also classified a National Historic Monument. The world famous palm tree lined Promenade des Anglais itself is perfect for taking a seat, admiring the view, bike hiring or relaxing with the local Nicoise. Carre D'or is also the designer district, home to all the big names as well as plenty of boutiques and artisan food shops. The apartment is a five minute walk from the pedestrianised zone, with its bustling pavement cafés and restaurants. The bus and train station are each a 10 minute walk. This apartment is perfect if you want to be within a fifteen minute radius of all that Nice has to offer and it really is the perfect base to explore the Riviera
