Description

Northwest Tampa Bungalow Rental Photos and Description

3 bedroom, 2 bath home in quiet neighborhood yet close to everything!

Thank you for inquiring about our vacation home, 'The Coral Cottage'. This 1930 home has just finished a high end renovation with a Southern Coastal décor. It features a new kitchen with espresso cabinets and of course all of the utensils and cookery you could need to whip up a fabulous meal. NOTE: We have just finished a re-vamp of the cooking utensils and cookery and have made sure that a great meal can be made in the kitchen! The living room and dining room offer 12 foot ceilings and wood flooring with a driftwood look. NOTE: We have just put in a new comfortable sofa and added more seating to the living room. The master bedroom features a private en suite bath with white Carrera marble floors and large walk in shower. From your master bedroom you can step out onto a spacious deck over looking your lush and private yard. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a super comfy memory foam mattress, the 2nd bedroom has a pillow top queen bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. There is an inside laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Only about 5 to 10 minutes by car to downtown Tampa, Tampa General Hospital and St. Joe's Hospital, Raymond James Stadium, and more. Our beautiful Gulf Beaches are about 30 minutes away. Maximum sleeping capacity is 6 people. Riverside Heights got its start in the 1920's and enjoyed a post World War II building boom. It is tucked along the eastern border of the Hillsborough River where homes on the water sell for upwards of over a $1,000,000. We live here and we love it and we're sure you'll love it too! PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We also do not allow pets or smoking in the home at any time. We also adhere to a maximum of no more than 5 total guests. We live close by if you need anything at all! Thank you.

About Leslie Sibbitt

My husband and I own this property and 4 other properties in the neighborhood. We love this urban Tampa community and being so close to great restaurants and shopping. I am a Realtor with Keller Williams South Tampa and my husband is an artist/photographer.

Leslie Sibbitt purchased this bungalow in 1993

Why Leslie Sibbitt chose Tampa

My husband owned this property before we met and married. It sat empty for a long time and then we decided to renovate it.

What makes this bungalow unique

We love this home because of it's quiet charm, and the lush yard with it's thick canopy of trees, and the great neighborhood feel of this community, plus it's central location to everything Tampa has to offer from the 2.5 mile Riverwalk, just about a half mile from this home where you can walk and rent bikes for a relaxing scenic day and the Gulf beaches that are about 30 minutes away.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Leslie's place! Everything was very clean and modern. Felt safe in the neighborhood. She and her husband were very accomodating, even offering suggestions of places to go for food, groceries, etc. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint, cozy and quiet

  • 4 of 5

This quaint bungalow was our home for a week while we moved our son to Tampa. It fit our needs perfectly. It is very pretty inside, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet.

Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine - Imperial Session

This was a very nice and comfortable cottage with the necessary amenities. The stay was extremely comfortable and we were conveniently close to the convention center which was plus. We found the cats very amusing as they greeted us every morning. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and neighbors appeared friendly and receptive. I would highly recommend this stay to everyone.

Business and fun in Tampa

  • 5 of 5

The cottage in Tampa was beautiful and very modern. Best VRBO thus far! Roomy 3 bedroom. We were there to visit University of Tampa, it was 5 min away. Clearwater beaches and St. Petersburg beaches were really nice and only 25 miles away. Plenty of sites, art museums, and attractions. Very artsy community. The cottage was fully furnished with everything! Easy to locate and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, furniture was modern and tasteful. Will definitely return.

Lovely home!

  • 4 of 5

We stayed at this lovely home Jan 2015 for 5 nights. It is very clean & nicely decorated. Outdoor deck is perfect for eating breakfast or just relaxing.. We had a problem with the ice maker & the owner's husband came over right away with 2 bags of ice. He was very nice. Close to downtown. There are 3 cats that live outside of the house so beware if you don't like cats. They are friendly & cute though.. Will stay again if in Tampa

VERY NICE AND COMFY!!

Everything was nice and clean and very well outfitted. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative is that i could not get contact with the realtor. Would rent this cottage again and use homeaway for sure again.
