Relax and enjoy the sunset! Welcome to our Seneca Lake cottage. We are steps from the water's edge where you can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming and water sports. Take a trip on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail, head out to the golf course, go for a bike ride, or visit a local eatery.
We're just 10 miles south of Geneva on the east shore of Seneca Lake, one of Upstate New York's larger Finger Lakes.

Sunsets are better at Seneca Lake.
We purchased this cottage to spend time with our New York family as we enjoy Seneca Lake. Over the past few months we have made many improvements including new stainless refrigerator, microwave, and range; new carpeting in 3 bedrooms and porch, and new beds, linens, and towels. We continue to improve our lake home each time we visit, and hope you enjoy each upgrade we make.
Lance Losurdo purchased this cottage in 2013
We love the cottage look of this property. It's convenient to Geneva, shopping, and wineries. Parking is easy and the lot is level and accessible on a publicly maintained road. Our neighbors live here year round, so it's a family environment.
We have a covered boat lift and we are three miles from Sampson State Park Marina.
Nice little lake front home with lovely views. Located in an area with many vineyards. The home was clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful and responded promptly to questions.
We all had an enjoyable time on the lake. All that we needed for the long weekend was available. The property was well maintained. We recommended a stay at this house.
We viewed some of the best sunsets we've ever seen, and we were fortunate enough with good weather to enjoy 7 out of 7 of them. It was a very warm week, so the addition of the 4 bedroom air conditioners was a big plus. The house was very clean and the amenities met all of our needs. Our trips to Watkins Glen, Taughannock Falls, and many wineries and breweries kept us plenty busy. Our children enjoyed a trip to Seneca Lake State Park to play at the splash pool and playgrounds. We spent a lot of our vacation just relaxing on the great dock and dipping into the lake to cool off. Our only disappointment was our inability to catch any fish. We could see so many, and tried many places along the lake, but the fish just weren't biting during our stay.
We were there for a girls trip. The cottage was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The only miniscule complaint would be more comfortable seating in the living room - just a sofa and rocking chair. Its location was perfect - on Seneca Lake, close to Geneva and the wine trail. Sitting by the lake watching the sun set drinking wine was our favorite part of the day. Would definitely recommend this place.
Well located on the shores of Seneca Lake -- we enjoyed sunbathing on the dock during the day and sitting by the outdoor fire pit in the evening! The screened porch was a lovely spot to watch the sun set.
Great view of Seneca Lake. The house is really comfortable and warmly welcoming. My family really enjoyed the house. The sound of the water was amazing especially during the night and the view of the sunset was breathtaking. Lance and Michelle were really helpful during the stay! they made sure everything was perfect! Thank you very much!
Conveniently located on the east side of Seneca Lake on the wine trail. Five minutes to Zugibe Winery, Three Brothers Winery and Brewery and 7 minutes to Ventosa Vineyards. Fifteen minutes to the heart of Geneva and Waterloo. Less than 20 minutes to the NY State Thruway. Several public golf courses within 15 to 20 minutes of the cottage.
