We've been coming to Sun Valley since 1994 and we love the Wood River Valley because of the amazing recreational opportunities it offers. We've visited a lot of resort towns and although Sun Valley is the oldest resort town in the United States, it's also the best, since it was designed from the beginning to be a resort town. The 30+ miles of paved bike paths around the valley are outstanding. With world class fishing, downhill/cross country skiing, biking, hiking, art galleries, restaurants, and the best public access to recreation opportunities make Sun Valley the best.

In short, we love it here!

Elkhorn Village is surprising enjoyable, quite, and central access to everything. Our property is well maintained and clean; its not your typical rental because we live in it on occasion so it's well stocked for your stay. The Elkhorn amenities are a huge bonus with 2 relaxing pools (in Summer), a large hot tub for that post ski soak, discounted golf, and outstanding tennis courts. We hope you enjoy the place as much as we do.

We take great pride in our place, feel very fortunate to own a beautiful home in Sun Valley and strive to provide a quality stay for our guests. We stay here about 10 weeks a year so the place is outfitted better than most of the other rentals.

Beautiful Sun Valley home! Great location

The home is beautiful with nice floorplan and very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for those who cook. We used the kitchen for almost all of our dinners and every day for breakfast. Very nice appliances. Beautiful outdoor patio great place to grill dinner and eat outside. The Village pool spa and tennis courts are just across the street so you can walk to use them. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to great bike paths too. Beautiful large master suite and bath and very comfortable beds in all bedrooms. In summary a wonderful vacation rental winter or summer.

Most AMAZING!!

This was probably the most amazing condo we have ever stayed in. The most equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities I've ever experienced. Furnished beautifully and in excellent taste. Every detail was attended to, including the flameless candles coming on at dusk! What a beautiful home and view. The owners were more than attentive, checking in via text prior to arrival. Highly recommend this home

Clean, coxy, comfortable, contemporary

Great find for us in Sun Valley! We went for Summer Hiking, and enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night! Everything is well thought of, first class, clean, high end, and we really felt at home. Never seen such a well stocked kitchen, great for us because we book homes in order to prepare our own meals. As business owners, wifi and other amenities helped us get a "little" work done from here. This community has it all, and at the end of the day, sitting in the lovely back yard enjoying a glass of wine while watching the magpies and other birds frolic in the waterfall and streams made it hard to go! We would highly recommend this place!

Elegant Property in a Beautiful Location - Treat Yourself to the Best!

Our family spent a relaxing 4-days in Sun Valley with this beautiful home as our 'base camp'. Everything about the home is beautifully done - including high-end furnishings, Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and top of the line linens and towels throughout. We were greeted with a welcome note and bottle of wine upon our arrival that we enjoyed with the steaks that we grilled on the luxurious patio during our first night there. Our family enjoyed tennis at the courts which are just a few steps away - and my kids hiked to the top of Dollar Mountain which is located right behind the property. The property is managed locally by Mickie who contacted us prior to our arrival in order to welcome us and provide any needed assistance with restaurant recommendations or activity logistics. Very gracious and helpful! The Sun Valley Lodge is just a 4 minute drive from this home - and it includes cute shops and a great ice cream store called A La Mode. For dining, you can drive to Ketchum in 6-7 minutes and enjoy food and drinks that range from burgers to steaks and seafood. Grumpy's is a local "icon" burger bar with tons of character. You should give it a try. We had not visited Sun Valley before, but we will travel there again, and we would absolutely look forward to staying at this home again. In winter, there is a ski lift just steps from the back door that will take you up the hill to Dollar Mountain. So easy! Treat yourself and your family to a 5-star experience on your trip to Sun Valley.

Beautiful home with wonderful owners and an excellent location

This is the second time we have stayed at this exceptional townhouse. Everything is super clean and of very high quality. The convenient location is just one minute to the Sun Valley Village and five minutes to Ketchum. But what we love the most is that the owners are incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. They have an excellent local building manager to answer any questions and make activity recommendations. It's the luxury of staying in a large space with the amenities of a hotel.
