This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath luxury condo has the best balcony at Summerwind Resort. This spacious end unit has a 180 degree balcony that offers the best view of the pier, the sound and since you are on the 2nd floor, you can keep a close eye on the kids at the pool, all from the privacy of your own balcony! For just a few more dollars than a two Bedroom, you have Three Bedrooms And Three Bathrooms.

Navarre Beach is a family-friendly place with it's beautiful white sand. It has been voted one of the ten best beaches in North America and earned “Restored Beach of the Year” in 2010 by THE AMERICAN SHORE AND BEACH PRESERVATION ASSOCIATION.

Summerwind West is located on the Gulf of Mexico barrier island between the Navarre Beach State Park and the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

The amenities include 3 heated pools and 3 hot tubs, a fantastic workout facility, outdoor grills, and poolside picnic areas, all of which overlook the soft white sandy beach.

Summerwind's location is also close to jet ski, catamaran and board rental. Pro shop, gift shop and fishing facilities make it the ideal location in Navarre. Paved jogging and biking trails continue all the way to Pensacola with views of the gulf and the sound at each side. Miles of these paved trails take you to additional picnic areas and beaches along the way.

This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1400 square foot end unit features a 180 degree balcony view of the gulf and sound. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and quality cookware that make dining in a pleasure. Full-size washer and dryer in closet make doing laundry a breeze. Key pad entrance lock is a rare feature and eliminates the need for each person to take a key to the beach.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Floor to ceiling glass doors open to Gulf side balcony. The master bedroom bath offers a garden-style bathtub with separate shower and double sink vanity.

The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, ceiling fan, two closets, TV, private bathtub, shower and vanity with granite counter top. The third bedroom features twin beds, two closets, TV, ceiling fan, full bath/shower. The living room features a ceiling fan, an entertainment center with cable TV and DVD player. High speed internet, computer and desk are complimentary. Sofa pulls out to a generous sized comfortable bed.

Loved this condo!

Great condo. Well maintained and beautifully decorated. Very large kitchen with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The views of the ocean from the balcony are incredible. Craig was easily accessible when we had a minor problem with a smoke alarm and we were able to remedy the issue quickly. He also checked on us after we arrived to make sure all was well. Something that we loved about this condo is the key less entry! Didn't have to worry about a key or unlocking the door for our teenagers. We were all able to come and go as we pleased. Access to the stairwell is just steps away which we also loved. Would definitely recommend this condo! The beach and surrounding area are awesome. We were able to take advantage of all the area had to offer from great restaurants to the local zoo. Love Navarre!

Perfect!!

The condo was perfect for us. It was everything the website proclaimed it would be. We have two families that vacation together every year and we had a great time. The condo was very clean. Craig did a great job of communicating with us. The beach chairs and umbrellas were put to good use and we appreciate him sharing those with us. The condo is in the perfect spot on the beach. We loved looking out at the pier. Security was always around and they were very nice. We really appreciated that. We always felt safe. We did not have a bad meal at any of the restaurants. We were surprised by that. Thanks Craig for sharing your condo with us. It was a great vacation! We did not want to leave!!

Neat, clean and great views!

We have been to Navarre dozens of times and definitely not disappointed with this condo. Nine family members had enough room to be comfortable and we enjoyed the space. Craig was wonderful to work with and kept in touch before, during, and after our stay. We would use his kind services again. Can't wait to return!

Condo needs some work

Our family enjoyed the time away, but have stayed in a better place and a better resort for less money.

The condo needs updating. The carpet is old and worn, there were other problems such as a tack strip between the master bedroom and bathroom that poked my foot. The doors to the balcony were very difficult to open even for a grown man, so while putting weight into it, and getting leverage by putting one's foot close to the door, you could jerk the doors open. But, when four of our family members did this, the bottom of the door scraped the top of their foot pretty badly.

The power outlet stopped working in one of the bathrooms. A bathroom vent fan cover was laying on the bathroom tub when we got there. The water pressure in the master bathroom shower was terrible.

The Decour was sort of tacky, but that's just my opinion.

The condo was well equipped with towels and dishes. But, we had to get paper towels and toilet paper halfway through the week because not enough is stocked.

If we return to Navarre, we will not be staying here again.

Owner's Response: Dear Matt, Thank you so much for your feedback and so sorry your customer experience was less than ideal. If it were not for great feed back like this, I could not achieve the highest customer satisfaction. Thanks for letting me know about the tack strip near the bath entrance. We have fixed that and had the carpets cleaned. The carpet is actually quite new but this time of year bare feet track a tar like dust from the parking lot and make tubs, showers, tile and carpet dark. Regarding the balcony doors, you're right. They are very heavy and built to withstand 170MPH hurricane winds and since Hurricane Ivan blew water through the old doors, they have replaced them with the safest door (and heaviest) on the market. But after further investigation, I found the rollers needed to be replaced so all 3 of my condos are now equipped with rebuilt doors and new rollers. This has really improved how they function (thanks again). The bathroom vent cover was taken down to re-texture the ceiling and could not be put back in until it dried. I thought we talked about how the unit above flooded and ruined our ceiling. The vent cover is cleaned and re-attached. We have not been able to find the faulty outlet. I think one just needs to press the GFI button in the center of the receptical. Regarding the paper products, it is general practice and the industry standard to provide one roll of paper towels and one roll of bathroom tissue per bath. I think I was wrong to assume people know that, so going forward I am including an "other useful information" document in the guest welcome pack information that sheds light on this and other details. Although this was the worst review I have ever had, I learned the most from it and I appreciated your feed back. Thank you again. Sincerely, Craig Marcacci

Wonderful family sized condo on the water

You will be very pleased staying in this condo; it has everything you need; the balcony views are amazing; and the resort is family friendly. Craig is a wonderful host and responded to questions in an exception ally timely manner. The beach chairs, umbrellas and other flotation toys were a wonderful plus. The beach is clean and beautiful, pier right there for walking and fishing, and you have 3 pools for the choosing. We hope to return again; thanks again Craig and Summerwind Resort!

Relaxing vacation! Easy access to the pool and beach. Owner's communication was prompt and clear. The unit was clean and orderly. Beach chairs and toys were an added plus. One less thing to worry about packing.
