Private, Spacious, 2/2 Condo W/ Serene Views Of The Marina From Balcony
About Laura Rebollo
We are both from the Northeast (MA and NJ) and have lived in Florida for many years on the east coast near Fort Lauderdale.
Laura Rebollo purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Laura Rebollo chose Iona
We have always enjoyed coming to the west coast of Florida. We have traveled from Marco Island to Tampa and Sanibel/Fort Myers has always been our favorite destination. We finally had the opportunity to get our own sanctuary away from the hectic east coast.
What makes this Condo unique
The water views from our lanai are spectacular and peaceful. Being able to some of the nature and wildlife that has all but disappeared from most other overdeveloped areas is one the most special things about this area and the nearby islands. We see large turtles, fish, exotic birds and an otter family right from the lanai. It is a quiet area but close enough to find excitement or entertainment if you are looking for fun.
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Smoking permitted outside on lanai
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful place to get away, this is it! This condo is very clean and spacious. Nice view of the water channels and great for walks. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Close to many restaurants and beaches.
Condo at Iona Rd
Really enjoyed my three months. It is very quiet and serene and love the open concept of the condo. Close proximity to beaches, shopping etc. Great location! Thank you so much!!
Close to the beaches of Fort Myers, the fishing piers off the river and ocean, Edison & Ford museum, Malls and shopping, great restaurants and live entertainment, many public golfing locations nearby, surfing, swimming, art shows, water park within 10 minutes drive, library, nature walks and much more on the beautiful Florida west coast south of Tampa and close to national parks if you want to take an airboat ride through the Everglades or a boat trip to Key West for the day. Snorkeling, boating and boat launch ramps all close by. Convenient to the shopping center less than 2 miles away and other conveniences such as CVS and Walgreens pharmacy.
One great local entertainment spot we recommend is The Roadhouse, a Jazz club, located less than 5 minutes drive. They have some talented musical performances every night and consistantly great food. LaMotta's family style casual Italian also is very good food and great service located in the same plaza as the Roadhouse Cafe If you are looking for a local pub offering great food at a reasonable price, we also enjoy Poppy's Pizza off McGregor road, they deliver or go in to see the place and catch the sports game on thier big screen tv's. There is alwasy something going on in Downtown Fort Myers or Sanibel Island, check out the events calendar here:
Be sure to visit Centenial Park Centennial Park, a beautiful ten-acre community park located on the scenic banks of the Caloosahatchee River, conjures up memories of an old-fashioned park where families can stroll, picnic, and lazily enjoy the ambiance and charm of the south. On-site amenities include a large handicap-accessible playground area for children, fishing pier, boat docks and launching ramp, volleyball courts, two picnic pavilions, promenade path, and plenty of benches to sit and relax while watching a romantic sunset or the river view. In addition to numerous weddings and private parties, Centennial Park regularly plays host to various community events that you won’t want to miss!
