Ideally-suited in central downtown location, this executive suite is less than 1 full block from the marina. You have absolutely no need for a vehicle when you stay here! This suite has all the amenities of home with a little Cabo flavour! Like the whole world, Cabo since the hurricane of 2014 has some water shortage problems, but not in my/your unit. The condo is the jewel of downtown, close to everywhere. Beer, water and sodas in the fridge for you to relax upon arrival. Enjoy the pool, the closeness to all of the marina district and the short walk to Medano Beach. Everything is at your finger tips, yet quiet and comfortable plus gated and extremely safe. Taxi stand just off the property if you choose. Check the map to verify the incredible location. Grocery store and bank around the corner along with bars, night clubs and restaurants, Cabo's best tacos just around the corner. Gus's. Hope to see you and ENJOY !
The unit is the nicest suite for value in the whole marina area with a large separate bedroom (queen size bed) and single twin size bed, and small kitchenette area in the main living room/ dining area, with all the amenities, fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender. The unit has A/C and really is cheaper than a hotel room. Check the pictures. What a great deal ! What hotel in Cabo do you get for this price and this size and comfortability. (taxes included, 16%). The unit also features free wifi and free long distance telephoning to the US and Canada. What hotel/ resort has that for free. You pay for wifi and you definitely do not get a phone ,let alone a free one. ALSO YOUR RENTAL WILL INCLUDE A FREE NISSAN SENTRA FULLY INSURED CAR FOR A MINIMUMM 1 DAY FOR EACH 7 DAYS STAYED. GO TO LAPAZ, TODDO SANTOS OR JUST EXPLORE THE CABO AREA. BOOK A FREE CAR DAY UPON ARRIVAL. WOW !!!!

This particular property was selected because of its accessibility to the downtown location and flexibility for accommodation choices. It's the 'star jewel' of all downtown locations and as of August 4th, 2012 is my maiden voyage in vacation property rentals.LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and look at the suite. Loved the secure feeling attributed to the property and also its privacy. All units are finished as if I would want to stay in them.
We were comfortable and really enjoyed being close to the Marina and all the fun activities in Cabo San Lucas. Russell was very helpful and accommodating. We did not use the pool, but enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the beautiful weather there. Loved being within walking distance of so much fun :)
We booked 13 nights Jan 2017. When we arrived at the unit, we did not find the unit as we interpreted it from the pictures and our expectations. The owner met us and we did a walk around at which time we sited numerous concerns. He assured us that a cleaner was just in. The bathroom shower smelled musky, like sewer and did not look clean. While showering we noticed that the shower door was warped causing water to flow out onto the floor. Also the cold water knob fell off. The following morning we noticed water pooling in the bathroom floor grout. When we mentioned it to the owner, he said that he has a leak from a pipe under the floor. There were clean towels but the face cloths looked more like rags. The handle on the bar fridge was broken off and a leg was missing, making the fridge wobbly. He did provide some refreshments though. The kitchen was unsanitary primarily the stove top which had significant baked on grime. We could not cook there at all. The cold water knob in half bath fell off. The furniture required dusting. Bedding was fresh but very used. Positives: furniture and bed in acceptable condition. We decided not to stay there.
Stayed here with my two girlfriends and I must say I had the best experience and will return to stay here. The location was perfect and you don't need a taxi or car for anything. Close to restaurants, bars, clubs, market, beach etc.
The owner was amazing and very responsive. The locals in the building were the most friendly people I've ever met, made the experience even better. All in all, if you are looking for a chill place to stay and get the real Cabo experience, I recommend this place. If you want to sleep all day and watch tv then a resort may be suitable for you.

11 amazing days with my fiancée, nice clean place, the best host ever, thanks Russ, few steps and you are in restaurants and bars and Starbucks, and massage and few minutes and you are on the beautiful beach, we will be back at same place
We loved this place. The whole property was clean, comfortable and safe. The people that live there were very friendly. The owner was an awesome guy he was very helpful had good tips on where to go and what to do. Had some cervesas for us when we arrived and even took us to Walmart to get some grocerys. It really is in walking distance from everything but just far enough away so it's not noisy and you can sleep at night. But it's also MEXICO you got to expect there to be some noise at night! We are defiantly planning on staying here again! And as regards to the negative comments before this, we find all their complaints invalid! :)
This condo was listed in this as a “luxury” condo but the owner must have changed the listing title after my letter of complaint to him. However, it is not “luxuriously-furnished.” The condo we had was NOT as pictured. No mattress covers on the mattress which was very hard, no pretty bedspread as pictured. No nice furnishings as pictured. Instead of a couch there was a single bed in the living room with equally ugly bedspread and no mattress cover. Our shower was circa 1950’s and not as pictured. The condo was worse than a pre-renovated Motel 6 room. Pots were seemingly from a thrift store and missing their non-stick coating. We had to buy a knife that could cut. Drinking glasses were old plastic. Refrigerator was old. The sliding glass entrance door locked outside with a padlock. The complex was lit up at night outside and made it difficult to sleep because there were no darkening curtains and so the rooms were bright at night. Frequently, there was considerable noise at night from loud music and parties in the neighborhood. The kitchen trash can was a plastic bag tied to a drawer handle. It was very uncomfortable to spend any relaxing time in the condo. We had no hot water for most of our stay. For about two and a half days our hot water heater didn’t work and then was replaced, and at various other times during the week there was no water from the tap, except from an auxiliary container in which the water was tepid and unfit for a full shower. I had one good hot shower in a week, in which the hot water lasted only three minutes. The owner said the water turn off was typical for a Mexico city after the hurricane, but we were never apprised of that before we arrived or booked the condo. The owner would not refund any money for the inconvenient lack of hot water. The only plus was its proximity to the city, and the grounds were clean. We also had to wait an half an hour for the owner upon our arrival. He always had a lot of excuses for everything. I would only recommend this to people who just want a place to CRASH.
