With the most consistent (320-plus days of sunshine) weather in all the Hawaiian islands on the incomparable Kohala Coast, the Mauna Lani Resort is incredibly beautiful and well known as a Hawaiian cultural and historical center. The Mauna Lanai’s two world-class golf courses, top resorts, spas, and incredible beaches await you.
We are adjacent to the complex's huge swimming pool (including a one-foot-deep wading pool for young children), lava rock waterfall, hot tub, and fitness center. In addition we offer access to Mauna Lani Resort's private Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is on a protected bay with white sand and coconut palms. Great place to relax for an afternoon enjoying a good book, snorkeling or dining at the Beach Club Restaurant and bar. Don’t miss the peaceful walk along beautifully restored Hawaiian fish ponds.
We are walking distance from The Shops at Mauna Lani with Tommy Bahamas Restaurant, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Juice 101, The Blue Room Restaurant, Kimobean Hawaiian Coffee, Foodland Farms grocery store and many more!
This spacious 1290 sq. ft. unit greets you with a soaring 20-foot ceiling in its comfortable great room, fully furnished with a 50-inch flat screen TV. The stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked plus there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The private shady lanai has a Viking built-in barbecue and bar sink.
Upstairs master suite has a king bed, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Having the bedrooms on separate floors allows maximum privacy. Upstairs master has an enormous bathroom; 2 sinks, jetted tub, and separate walk in shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV”s and are situated away from main living area. Main floor has a full bath too. For those of you with little ones, we have all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. There is a pack n play, high chair, baby walker, baby monitor and a fold up wagon to load up for the beach.
Keep your vehicle out of the sun in our attached garage while you explore the Mauna Lani resort on his and hers cruiser bikes. We also have pool toys, beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for your enjoyment.
The Villa is only minutes to six award winning golf courses and the best beaches in Hawaii. It is a five minute drive to the Waikoloa Beach Resort; The Kings Shop's which includes upscale shopping and restaurants, and Queens Marketplace - a family friendly shopping, dining and entertainment complex.
We are a retired couple from Alberta, Canada who first fell in love with the Big Island in 2001, when we were here on a John Deere reward trip. Now, we share the paradise with our (lucky!) grandchildren and their parents.

After exploring other Hawaiian islands, we kept coming back here to the Kohala Coast. We are now happy to be the proud owners of a little piece of this paradise! We had a list of requirements when looking for a property and the Fairways at Mauna Lani checked off all the list. No neighbors above or below, our own grill, garage, newer build and a beautiful pool were just a few.
Mahalo for you hospitality , for the wonderful accommodations and warm welcome! The house is absolutely gorgeous, the grounds around are beautiful ! We enjoyed our stay very much and had amazing experiences we will cherish for years to come! Our family loved the pool, the private beach and the amenities. The place had everything we could need. It was spacious and very well furnished. The kitchen had many great features and utensils. We enjoyed our stay, and the place really was a little piece of paradise. Definitely would stay there again. Thanks for a great time.
Perfect location of a lovely condo. Comfortable, easy to entertain in and easy to maintain! All the amenities were icing on the cake!
We just completed a 16 day stay at his wonderful condo. We were as comfortable as we could be. My expectations were high based on the photos and reviews. The reality, however, exceeded even high expectations. Bev and Bob must have thought of everything, as we wanted for nothing.
If you choose to stay here, upon arrival, go to the condo before you go to the store. The kitchen is very well appointed but not just with equipment, dishes, etc. So many other things are there too, condiments, salad dressings, and food wraps. The bathrooms have shampoo, soap--all that stuff. Don't buy before you look.
The toy closet in the garage is loaded with beach paraphernalia, even quality snorkel equipment. The mask I took with me was giving trouble--the pink US Divers mask worked perfectly for me.
Be sure to visit the private beach club as it is very nice. There are plenty of beach loungers for your use and some shaded areas. It is also good for small children, with very easy water entry. While harder to get in and out of the water, the Black Sand Beach, also part of the Mauna Lani resort, has better snorkeling. The pool is beautiful, as is the entire property.

A very nice, well kept condo. Very spacious and comfortable.! Perfect for anyone wanting to be very close to a golf course in Hawaii.
This is a great condo with all the amenities. We especially enjoyed using the provided bicycles to go to the market and to the beach. Everything was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the goodies. There were even two rice cookers which was handy because one night we couldn't decide between brown and white. Thank you!
