Bright & spacious south facing 2 Bedroom apartments is situated next to the golf club & a short drive to the beach. 2 double bedroom (1 double & 1 twin) full bathroom, air condition lounge/dinner, kitchen, Smart TV, WiFi & private parking. There is a covered & open terrace with BBQ & outstanding views over the golf course, there are nice gardens at the back of the property with a large communal pool. The apartment are Ideal for family's & golfers alike, it is situated right next to Son Parc Golf Club where you can enjoy a round of golf, hit a few balls on the driving range & practise greens or play tennis, walk just 100mt & have a drink in the Family friendly Club House with free WiFi, enjoy a few Tapas or snacks from the bar menu or dine in there nice A La Carte Restaurant, or just go to the Beach.

Son Parc Beach is one of the best beaches on the island & only 1km from the apartment.

Son Parc: Son Parc is a beautiful holiday complex situated on the Northern coast between Fornells and Arenal d'en Castell. it boasts the only Golf Course on menorca & one of the best family beaches. The local town is Es Mercadal Close by is the highest point on the island Monte Toro, originally the site of an Augustinian Monastery and now the best point to view the whole island.

The Sandy beach of Son Saura is just 1km from the Apartment. The beach was recommended by the BBC Holiday Magazine as suitable for families and small children. The beach slopes gently down into the sea making it very safe for children and non swimmers alike. There is a beach bar and ample parking. Water sports are available on the beach, with canoes, pedaloes, and windsurfing available for hire.

Menorca: Menorca is divided into two symmetric halves that give it a singular geological and landscape richness. The northern half, with its wild coast of scarce vegetation, is marked by centuries of beating by the sea and the strong north winds in winter, called tramuntana wind . This savagely beautiful north coast, with its flora, fauna and monumental, harbours numerous virgin islands and original beaches with sands of soft red tones. The south is formed by limestone rock, its flat and soft. Its small hills are only interrupted by abrupt canyons sculpted by the force of the water and which protect beautiful beaches of white sand. Some of these coves of crystalline water are only accessible by small rural routes or by the sea. The highest elevation of Menorca, the Monte Toro, with its 357 meters offers the best panoramic views across the island.

Clean, comfortable, quiet area with a nice pool.

Great time, loved Son Parc. Its suited for golf lovers, or just someone who wants a quiet and relaxing time. Had great days at the beach, and often used the pool to cool off. Would recommend to anyone.

Great views

This apartment has stunning, peaceful views across the golf course and if you wish to play golf or just go to the driving range you are literally right next door. There are also two tennis courts that you can hire on an hourly basis. The golf club also serves snacks/meals and drinks during the day and you can sit outside on comfy chairs admiring the views. The lovely soft sand beach is only a short distance away and is great for the kids as the water is very clear and shallow. The nearest supermarket is about a 10 minute leisurely walk. Although there are a few bars, restaurants and shops in the resort, with BJ's bar being most popular at night, it is a quiet resort, so if you are looking for something a bit more vibrant at night-time then car hire would be recommended as there are some great places to visit on the island, both during the day and at night. The pool at the apartment was great for our kids and allows inflatables, much to their delight! There are two sunbeds which we placed right outside the apartment and very often the kids had the pool to themselves. Alan, the owner of the apartment was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to use anything that was stored in the cupboard i.e. inflatables, bats and ball, tennis rackets, surf boards, water guns etc. The apartment itself was comfortable, but would perhaps benefit from being updated. It had most of what we needed however, we were a bit disappointed that a few things were missing that it stated in the description i.e. there is no dishwasher, which when travelling with children, we would prefer it. There was also no satellite TV, only spanish channels on a small portable, and no hairdryer. All in all, we had a great time, love Son Parc and hope to return again soon.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We had a lovely family holiday in Alan's apartment. Great host, looked after us and was always pleasant without being at all intrusive.

The view from the apartment is beautiful, over looking the golf course. Perfect location if you like to play golf, or just try the driving range. The pool is so peaceful, we regularly had the whole pool and garden to ourselves, and in August this is a rare thing! The balcony is huge, plenty of room to lunch/BBQ/relax.

You really do need to hire a car when you stay here. Its not isolated, and the mini supermarket/bars are within 10 mins walk. 2-3 mins drive to the lovely beach.

The apartment is spacious and the air con in the sitting/dining room works well. We loved our holiday and really didn't want to come home. The Caseys : )

Golf: Golf Son Parc is a championship quality course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike. The course is both challenging and picturesque. It is located just a few hundred metres from the award winning Son Parc beach on the north coast of Menorca . Around the course are wooded hills and a protected wet zone with a rich variety of bird life. In the distance are views of Monte Toro, Menorca 's highest point.

We are taking great care that we develop the course sympathetically with the environment by leaving natural features such as rocks and planting with native flora. We are also happy to say that all our irrigation requirements are met from rainwater and from treated water - we do not take a single drop of fresh water (either from the mains or from wells) for the course.

And we still have that very special feature of Golf Son Parc Menorca - a flock of peacocks who live just behind the third green. They are always happy to share their home with golf and we hope they add an extra touch of colour to your round.

The original 9 hole course was extended to 14 in 2003 and work on the last four holes to complete the 18 began in 2005. Major construction work was completed in Spring 2006 and, following a final period of growing and bringing the turf up to the required standard, the full 18 hole course was officially opened on 12th August 2006. All the extensions have been designed by Dave Thomas a the ex Ryder Cup player and designer of many top courses in the world.
