Why Dean and Michelle chose Havasu Heights
This property is the perfect home away from home. It is a newer house (built in 2006), with Santa Fe charm and attention to details throughout. We love getting away from our beach home living lifestyle to a home on a large lot which offers so many outdoor opportunities. It is quiet in Havasu Heights with a real community atmosphere. The stars, sunrises and sunsets are amazing with all the open land. It is a short distance to drop a boat into the water (about 10-15 miles to Topock or Windsor Beach) to boat on the river or the lake. When not boating, you can ride a motorcycle, ATV, or Razor right down the driveway to many popular trails.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Additional guests are not anticipated and a party or event beyond the guests listed in Agreement has not been approved by Homeowner and may result in deductions to the security deposit. 3. The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. The Homeowners are not responsible for dessert wildlife that may be encountered (snakes, scorpions, hawks, etc.). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Respect the community and neighbors. Keep noise to a reasonable level and reasonable times of the day! Off-road vehicles on desert land only, not on private property or on residential streets (except to come and go to the property). $100 damage deposit deduction may be taken for each complaint from neighbor or law enforcement. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses and clean them after use. 7. No pets allowed without including in the contract terms. 8. Parking is available in the driveway and on the property next to house. The garage has been locked off, shall not be accessed, and is not available for use with this Agreement. 9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Dishes are expected to be cleaned with the dishwasher. 10. Trash: Please use the trash bags provided in pantry and place all trash in the trashcan located in the front yard. Please do not throw trash directly into trash can. Place bags of trash into trash cans. 11. Check Out: Please check-out promptly by the 10:00 am check-out time so that evaluation of the property, cleaning, and preparation for future guests can get underway. This will also facilitate a quicker return of your security deposit. 12. Fireplace: Should you decide to have a fire in the fireplace, you are responsible to clean back to it’s original condition to avoid security deposit deductions. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. 13. BBQ: Should you decide to use the BBQ, you are responsible to clean it back to its original condition to avoid an additional $75 security deposit deduction. 14. Water, Electricity and Plumbing: Please try and conserve water and energy. Please turn off the air conditioner or heat at time of departure. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. Feminine products flushed down the plumbing system can substantial damage and disrupt your vacation stay. 15. Contact: Please feel free to contact us with any questions or issues that arise during your stay. We would like your stay to be fun and memorable. We would greatly appreciate if you would text 714/981-5542 when you check out of the property. This will facilitate our evaluation and the return of your security deposit as quickly as possible.

Dean & Michelle helped make things a lot easier for my family & I. Very understanding, welcoming and very helpful. Donny the neighbor was very helpful as well! (House wasn't pretty isolated from a lot of other neighbors.) Considering the fact that this was my family's first time away from home for a weekend, we didn't know what to expect. All we know is at the end of it all, we had a blast. Literally down the street from lake havasu camping ground! It was so hot out there, we pretty much stayed in the pool 24/7. The pool was amazing! But we couldn't clean it much because no cleaner (the pool gets clean weekly I believe). Plenty of room, plenty of parking. Beautiful home! Totally recommended!
Great Desert Getaway!
This place is a gem! Had all of the amenities needed to make you feel like home. Owners are outstanding to work with, make it an enjoyable transition from arrival to departure. A one of a kind Pool!
We loved the location, the roominess, the quietness, and the access to the trails on the BLM.
We want to be able to rent again next year.
Weren't impressed with the mouse turds in the cupboards and the furniture though. Better housekeeping would be much appreciated. We did not see any mice while we were there, but the evidence they had been was there.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and would like to return. You were great guests and we would love to have you back. We greatly apologize the cleanliness of the game cupboard and beneath loveseat cushions were not up to our standards. We do regularly check to make sure outdoor creatures don't get inside. We did so again following your visit - luckily, no evidence of any creatures.
We also had a thorough cleaning in addition to the regular cleaning between houses. We emphasized the need for housekeeping to clean furniture and less frequently used cupboards between each visit. We take pride in providing a clean home for an enjoyable vacation experience.
Walk out the front door to beautiful land available for hiking, biking, motorcycling and more. The property is located about 15 miles outside the heart of Lake Havasu City.
