Beautiful NEW BEACHFRONT condominium overlooking the bay in the quaint unspoiled town of San Juan Del Sur which is located south of Managua airport and only 30 minutes from the border with Costa Rica. The condominium is 'right on the beach' and walking distance to restaurants, bars and all amenities. There is a private beachfront clubhouse where you have the facility of self catering with kitchen/bar area. There is a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and direct access to a lovely stretch of sandy beach.

THIS CONDO CONSISTS OF:: The condominium is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The top of the line kitchen includes a full cooker/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stainless steel hood. There is a laundry room in the unit with separate washer and dryer. Two bedrooms , one with a King Size bed and the other with a queen bed and a twin bed. All with comfortable new mattresses, two full bathrooms, living/dining room with breakfast bar and granite countertops. Spacious balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Large flat screen TV and cable TV with English speaking channels. FREE INTERNET access in the condo. This condominium is very comfortably furnished. Roof top terrace and bar area. Many tours like fishing, surfing, boating, biking, horseback riding, zip line, sightseeing of many nearby towns like the Colonial City of Granada. Any of these can be arranged in San Juan Del Sur upon your arrival.

I visited properties around San Juan Del Sur and Rivas for days before and came to the conclusion that for location, convenience, and views nothing compared to this location.

What makes this condo unique

The views are amazing .. be sure to spend time on the roof top terrace. The location is a very comfortable walk to town - either on the beach or over the suspension bridge. This is one of the things I like best about this place. It's quiet and secluded yet very close to all the action and restaurants in town.

Everything about this development is top notch. the workmanship and quality set this development apart from all the rest.

2nd Stay at this Unit, Always Great

We stayed here last year (and have had friends stay here in April 2016). As always, Dave is great to work with, security always knows what to do with us, the condo is in great shape and has a killer view. I have spent hours on the terrace staring at the bay, reading books, sipping cocktails. You can't beat it.

This is a short review--you can read my 2015 one. What more can I say, great time as usual.

We went to El Timon and Bambu for the first time--both were very good, with Bambu being our favorite for its quiet ambiance and great food. Go to the fish market at the entry to the port and get some fresh snapper (or ceviche if you're into that kind of thing, yuck). Our favorite beaches for surf or just play were Remanso and Hermosa. The food shack at Hermosa has wifi! Ask for Santo if you want surf lessons there, he's a sweet guy and took care of our 7 and 9 year olds.

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our trip and thought the condo was a perfect place. Beautiful view from the balcony and everything was as stated it would be. The pool was lovely and the staff was very friendly. Very glad we rented a car as we like to travel around. Our kids had a great time. We definitely would come back!!

Almost perfect!!!!

This condo is superb! Ultra clean, the most spectacular views of San Juan del Sur, and an absolutely phenomenal rooftop patio. The infinity pool is beautiful!!!

I did not rate a 5 based solely on one thing: we were visiting Nicaragua to be with my sister who lives in Chocolata. When we arrived at LaTalenguera, we were scrutinized and made to feel unwelcomed, as we had my sister with us. She is just a short distance away, and we had been at the beach and planned to meet Kristen at noon to check in. Even Kristen seemed very shocked and skeptical about arriving with my sister. We then had to proceed to get special permission to bring my sister, her husband and two children on the premises for a dinner at the condo.

This should be disclosed, so as not to cause such discomfort to well paying guests. This was by far the most expensive accommodation in Nicaragua (including our stay on a private island!).

Owner's Response: Dianne - I am sorry that you didn't feel everything wasn't perfect. I do expect. that you will always find your visit here perfect.. However during busy periods (Semana Santa and Christmas the staff is very careful about allowing unknown people into the condo complex (this is for your protection). You could have avoided the unpleasantness .. but letting us know about this ahead of time.. I want to make you aware that this is disclosed very plainly on the guest registration form that you must sign and return to me.. this is right before the signature line in CAPS!!! VISITORS: Please register all visitors with the Property Manager or Condo Administrator prior to their arrival. SIGNED BY

Was a Fantastic place very quiet. Awesome view of the ocean and the whole beach towards the south or

We had very relaxing stay. Very quiet cause on very north end of beach away from the vibrate village. Was like being on the farm some mornings with the roosters crowing to get you up and about. Has all the convieniences of home. Security always out and about and try to help you with information if able to communicate with them. Oscar, was very helpful also. Kirsten the lady who manages place also very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Very well equiped condo with an amazing view

Check in to check out was great including everything in between. Many times the pictures provided on VRBO do not accurately capture the condo or it's view but we didn't think the pictures did the condo justice - it was better than the pictures. If we had one complaint it would be that the walk to/from town was a bit longer than we anticipated especially with young children but you have the option of a taxi. The trade off is that it is very quiet where the condo is located.

PERFECT! PERFECT!...Did I mention PERFECT!

Words cannot describe the wonderful experience my husband and baby girl had in San Juan Del Sur at Talenguera Condos! This was a bitter/sweet visit for us, as we were packing our belongings, selling our land and returning to the states for good (or at least for now) BUT the accomodations made it that much easier. The view is spectacular and listening to the waves crashing all day and all night never got old. We had the pool area to ourselves 95% of the time and more importantly, half the pool was only a few inches deep so our baby could splash and frolick as she pleased! We almost did not want to go to town because we felt the condo was our little oasis. The owners outdid themselves on the comfort and decor factor...(Except for thinking there was a sectional couch as seen in photos). The bedding, towels, and furnishings were top notch! The management company and transportation services were very easily reachable via phone and did a fantastic job on their end. I highly recommmend this condo on your next visit to San Juan del Sur.

San Juan del Sur is a quaint seaside town with a horseshoe bay located South of Managua airport and only a 30 minute drive to the border with Costa Rica. The inhabitants, only a mere 16,000, are very friendly and hospitable. The sea front promenade has an array of Restaurants and bars where one can sample local fish and cuisine. There are many Surf stores in town and they will organize for you a trip to one of the nearby surf beaches and include surfing instruction if you so wish. At only an hour or so away you can also visit the colonial town of Granada with its ancient churches, beautiful lake, Volcano and marketplace where you will find an abundance of artifacts, pictures etc all made by local craftsmen.
