Great response time from the Owner and Property Manager for any of my questions. Made my stay very satisfactory and enjoyable.
Great space and location
The space was fantastic for the location and price. Our extended family of 15 was extremely comfortable in the house. We were very happy to come back everyday to a well air conditioned home that was close to all the sites, with tons of food options close by. We had a few issues that come up along the way, and The property manager responded very timely, getting everything fixed and replaced within 24 hours. That was definitely a
Our Big family DC stay
Our Eleven family members including 3 toddlers and a baby enjoyed our stay in the house. Our visit was for the Arlington funeral of our mother and the opportunity to have the whole family in one house together. The bedrooms and four bathrooms aligned very well with our needs. The location within walking distance of Smithsonian Museums, neighborhood stores and restaurants was ideal. We really used the kitchen and laundry especially helpful with little children. The manager Jim was always prompt to answer our questions and help us. This was our first experience with VRBO and I'd recommend this property for any large group.
Exactly what we needed for our group!
Traveling with a school group can always pose challenges, especially with accommodations. This well appointed House addressed our needs beautifully.
Great location and LOTS of space.
This is as advertised. If you are looking for a Four Seasons experience, look elsewhere. If you want a terrific location in an ever shrinking old and authentic (but a bit rough around the edges) neighborhood in DC with a ton of space (not just the 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, but also an extraordinarily large living/dining/kitchen area), this is the place for you. I was here for my daughter’s graduation from Georgetown Law School (nearby), and she used this place for pre and post event gatherings of her friends. We had around 16 people at the peek of one such gathering, and this place handled it comfortably. As long as you understand it is not a 5 star hotel, and you are looking for space and location, it is terrific. Jim, the manager, is very responsive and easy to deal with—a bonus.
Great location and plenty of room for our group of ten adults. Jim the property manager was very responsive and generous to our needs. We were able to walk to pretty much all of the museums and sights to see with restaurants and grocery and liquor stores right around the corner. We had a great time!
