Lovely & sunny renovated 2 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Malaga’s Old Quarter and sleeps up to 6 people in comfort. The main bedroom and the second bedroom have double beds and there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room and there is a complete bathroom in addition to a toilet.

The apartment is located a second floor of a historic building (no elevator) in a perfect position to explore the trendiest part of the city.

The apartment is a spacious 70 square meters in size and enjoys all modern conveniences. It has a mixture of modern and antiquities and and beautifully carved original entrance doors.

Feria de Málaga: The Feria de Málaga (Fair of Malaga) is a great cultural and artistic event celebrated in the city, which takes place in August 2010.

Referring to its history, the Feria of Málaga has its origins in the commemoration of the incorporation of Malaga to the Crown of Castilla by the Catholic Kings, Fernando and Isabel, who went to the city the 19th of August in 1487, which was retaken and they recovered the image of the Virgin of the Victory for the city. Since then, there have been parades in the bullring of Málaga (La Malagueta) by great masters of the bullfighting.

Before midnight, the people from Malaga and the rest of the fair visitors are all in the Playas de la Malagueta (Malagueta beaches) in order to listen to the “Pregón de la Feria” (town crier of the fair), from which the fair is inaugurated; continuing with fantastic fireworks, with many sounds and lights which last around 30 minutes.

Finally, to end this Great Southern Europe Fair, as it is.

We enjoyed the apartment very much.

The apartment is in a great location (noisy but a good trade-off for being right in the heart of the city), has two nice bedrooms and offered good customer service. When the stove didn't work on check-in, they sent someone over the next morning to fix it (it was replaced with a new stove). The only downside was a sewage smell that came up from the drain into an area just off the entry way. I don't think there is anything they can do about it and we only noticed it twice during our stay.

Great Apartment very central

We just sent 6 days in the apartment and had a very comfortable visit. A perfect location i a charming building where everything thing seems only a few meters walk from the front door.

Our only gripe was the amount of building going on around the apartment while we were there, this was everyday 0800 till 2000 with an angle grinder usually waking us up. Of course this is temporary but for those visiting in the next few weeks I'm pretty sure this is going to be the case still

Ideal location - Comfortable Setting

Two women traveling in a foreign country can have its challenges. We chose this apartment in Malaga for it's location in the old quarter of town. We could literally step out the front door, just a block from the cathedral, or take 10 minute stroll to the local train or bus station for daily jaunts to other notable cities in Costa del Sol (Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, etc). The beach was also nearby and you can find the tourist center just down the Marche which features a collection of fashionable shopping or people watching.

The furnishings were comfortable, bathroom was modern with the advantage of a small powder room separate from the main bath. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and was a brightly lite work area with all the appliances you would need for a short stay. The management staff was responsive via email (our cells were on airplane mode) if we need additional towels, etc. They even greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we had maps of the region and pointed out the local grocery stores or places of interest.

The only thing missing from the apartment was a lock box which I made note of upon our checkout. I would assume they will consider installing added safety for their renters. One note, this apartment is on the 2nd floor of a busy alley that has restaurants and animation until midnight. Just close the interior floor-to-ceiling wooden shutters (wonderful old world charm) before bedtime which will minimize the evening animation.

Bright and spacious.

My husband and myself stayed at Fresca 10 and could not believe how

central the apartment was located.It is well equipped and situated on the second floor of a historic building where the sun shines in all day.

We had a fab time and cannot wait to return to Fresca 10 as it ticked all

the boxes for us.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Casa pulita e moderna, ampia e luminosa, fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari. Perfetta per un soggiorno a malaga anche per la posizione centrale.

Unici aspetti negativi la mancanza di ascensore (si trova al secondo piano) e la lontananza di un supermercato grande vicino (il più vicino, il Corte Ingles, è a 15 min a piedi o 2 fermate di autobus).
