Disappointing

Our family stayed for spring break at the end of march 2017. When we arrived the a/c downstairs and the upstairs unit was not working. It was 80 degrees in the house. The outlet switches did not work upstairs, so charging electronics was impossible. The master bedroom bathroom door was broken and would not close. We had a family of 6 and there were only 2 keys available and one of the keys had to stay in the lockbox outside so maintenance could come by and fix the a/c and broken bathroom door. No hot water for showers, only luke warm at best. Most of the cabinet closet doors were off hinges and uneven. When we called nothing could be fix until the next day.

In the description of the place says beach access. There is no beach on this property. Only way to get to the beach is to drive. We did find a nice beach called Baby Beach where you could watch the sunset but it was not walking distance which was very disappointing. Fold out couch was very old and uncomfortable.

We did have a great time in Maui and we had fun doing all the excursions during the day but for what we paid per night for this place was not worth it. This place really needs some TLC and then some.

Very nice location. Kitchen well equipped. Clean bathrooms. Unit dated but fine for a week's stay. AC unit on upper level not working. Baby portacrib and high chair old and dirty. Easy to find. Pools clean and not too crowded. Club house very nice with great ocean and sunset view

Great location

Great 3 bedroom villa, enough room for 4 adults and 3 children. Pools are very close and not crowded which is great for kids. Only complaint is could be cleaner, and some cupboard doors were falling off. All in all though it was a wonderful stay!

Very neat and calm

We were a group of three and stayed there for 5 nights. The property had three bedrooms and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect for us. The navigation instructions and access were very detailed and well organized, we had no issues with finding our way. The neighborhood is very calm and pleasant, it is a restricted area and there is a large lawn in front of the property. There is a parking space and internet.

It is a bit far away from the city (about 15 minutes walk) and if you are not with a car (which was our case) it is a bit isolated and there are no groceries around - you have to walk to Lahaina city and back.

Kalea (the owner) was very friendly and very helpful for any issues we would possibly have, e. g. she organized a taxi ride for us from and to the airport and was offering assistance and cooperation for any other issues we would get or any activities we would like to plan.

Phenomenal location and 3 bed 3 bath worked well for our size group. 2nd stay.

This was our second time staying. The location is PERFECT for a nice walk or short bike ride into all the restaurants and shops. The community is safe and gorgeous right on the coast line. The only thing I had wanted for on the first stay was a larger table with umbrella outside, but without saying a word this stay they now have a large outdoor table with a large umbrella. The place is so easy to have a beach vacation, without worry, with ease and the have stocked it for the needs of kids at all ages. Our next visit it will be just me and my man for a romantic getaway.

Just Great!

Thank you for such a great family vacation!!! It was everything and more than we asked for. Everything you set out for the beach was awesome!! The beach is almost not there in Puamana, but not your fault. We spoke to some people that lived there and they said that there was unexpected high surf. We found many beaches within a 5 minute drive. Thank you for suggesting Baby beach!!! It was perfect for our babies!!
