Recently renovated and with beautiful decor and wall art, this property is conveniently close to all the action: designer stores, top-notch restaurants, incredible hotels, casinos, nightlife, bars, spas, beauty salons, and more are just steps away from your front door.
The spacious apartment is fully stocked and functional with Wi-Fi Internet, TV with Netflix, and a fully stocked, large kitchen (forks, knives, plates, cups, pots and pans, etc.) You'll also have access to kayaks and bikes!!
The location is the perfect blend of island beach getaway and city convenience. Ashford Avenue is home to upscale businesses like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, and Salvatore Ferragamo, and to local hangout spots like The Place, Small Bar, Di Zucchero, and Stop and Go. You're one quick block away from a Walgreens and one quick block away from the calming sound of waves brushing up against the sand. You can't beat it.
There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms -one tiny but fully functional, a large kitchen, a dining room area, a very comfortable living room area with two full size sofa-beds and a/c in all bedrooms and family area. The rental includes parking space for 2 vehicles.
Our Magic Team is always on call to make sure everything goes smoothly and your vacation is perfect. Just text or call, and they'll be there for you.
Also, ask about our concierge service! Our concierge can help make reservations, get private chefs, book boat charters, and buy groceries, just to name a few things. These additional services will be billed separately.

Property Damage Protection Policy $99.00 (covers up to $5,000.00 in damages - non-refundable)
A 4.5% fee is included to help provide a safer and more secure booking experience, coupled with 24/7 customer support throughout your trip.
Please note that the cleaning fee does not include washing dishes, pots, and pans, emptying the refrigerator or throwing excess amounts of trash away. If you do not take care of this during your stay an additional $100.00 plus tax will be charged.

It has all you want to have in when you're on vacation. Great location, near the airport, nearby the Beach, access to Kayaks and equipment rentals, Convenience Stores, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Top Notch Designer Stores. Included parking for your rental, easy access to your property, rich Day and Night-Life, Restaurants, Pubs, Bars and Cultural nearby locations for sightseeing such as Old San Juan just a few minutes away.
Walking distance to beaches and major tourist attractions, stores, hotels, restaurants, casinos, etc.
Looks can be deceiving. Don't let the flashy blue chairs fool you - they've been replaced with classroom-style black - not that you can tell below the 15-watt bulb hanging above them. Kitchen lighting was pretty low too. Though the apt was clean and the balcony quite spacious, inside furnishing was drab and basic. A 4-cup coffeemaker for 10? Are larger ones not available in San Juan? Property manager was indeed responsive - particularly with guiding us through the rather confusing key-pad door lock system - some advance instruction would have been useful. Utility trucks may wake you up early - esp in the 2 smaller bedrooms. And that is quite a miniscule bathroom! - gives new meaning to the phrase "riding side-saddle"! AC in the bedrooms worked well (after replacing the remote in the master BR), but it's hard to imagine sitting in the non-AC living room from May-Oct. We were here in Feb and it was plenty hot and stuffy. Certainly a great value for the rental fee, and the location can't be beat - close to parks, restaurants, Old Town. To be honest you're not there to stay indoors, but some moderate improvements and repairs would make things more enjoyable.

Our primary interest was location and we were extremely satisfied... 1 block from the beach, restaurants, shopping, casinos etc.. On a very safe and quiet block. The unit is large and our group of 5 adults were very comfortable. All of the pictures are exactly what we found. The building manager Isaac was very helpful, he contacted us prior to our arrival and stopped by several times during the week to check on us. The keyless entry worked out great during our stay. The large balcony was also a great plus... We enjoyed many mornings and evenings sitting out enjoying the great breeze and weather. Nothing super fancy about the unit itself as it was very clean and comfortable but fairly basic. Again, our main interest was location and for that you can't beat this unit for the price. Having a parking spot available for our rental car was a plus. We also borrowed the available kayaks for an afternoon and took them over to the lagoon and beach area and had a blast. A couple of things to be aware of, the second bathroom is extremely small and while we used it, it was a tight fit. The unit is on the top floor and there is no elevator, the stairs were easy to manage but that may not work for everyone. Also, while each bedroom has an AC unit that works great, the main living room and kitchen area are not air conditioned. We opened the screened windows and managed a comfortable temp when we were inside vs hanging out on the very nice deck or out on the town. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would definitely recommend this unit / building and would return again on a future trip to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
We were very satisfied with our stay. You were very accommodating. Because we had a late flight home we were able to stay a couple hours longer instead of having yo wait at the airport.
Isaac was the nicest person ever. He helped with our luggage and gave suggestions on places to visit and where to dine.
The condo suited our needs amd was close to many shops and eateries. Not to mention we could just walk a block to the beach.
The condo could use some minor updates, like a full set of cookware and mixing bowls (but we were able to improvise). I would add an extra sofa just so that everyone could have a comfortable place to sit when watching movies.
We would visit again.
The place was very nice. It was cleaned well and in great condition. It accommodates a big group comfortably and the property manager was always available to answer any questions we had. The bedrooms were very spacious along with the living room and kitchen. One of the bathrooms was a little bit too small and there wasn't any cable or wifi which was not okay. However, the area this property is located in is great. Many restaurants, bars, and most importantly the beautiful beach.
Overall I give this property a great review. We made it our home away from home. I felt secure and comfortable which is something you can't put a price on.

Condado is the trendiest area to live in and visit. Oceanfront dining is a must, as well as enjoying the nightlife in the many pubs and bars.
