This amazing 2-bedroom apartment is located beachfront, with spectacular ocean front views of Isla Verde beach and direct beach access 24/7. Check the calendar for availability.
One bedroom has a queen bed and ocean views, the other bedroom has full size bunk beds, twin size bunk beds, and city views. There's one shared bathroom with a shower, and separate sink area that has just been renovated in May 2015.
The apartment has a full kitchen renovated as well in May 2015. The living room has a couch, chairs, and a round dining table looking out to the beautiful beach. The doors are vintage with a little wear and tear. The shower has no divider threshold, discarded towers are used as dividers. TV with Wi-Fi for streaming and Netflix are included. A/C in all areas of the apartment.
Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde, a major tourism area, enjoy direct beach access from the condo or take a refreshing swim in the private pool only available to registered guests of the complex. Access to the building is restricted; only registered guests and residents can enter. It's a very secure property!
You'll be steps away from the main avenue, with major hotels and casinos (Wyndham ESJ, Ritz Carlton, Hotel San Juan, Intercontinental, Marriott, Embassy Suites), restaurants, fast-food chains, supermarkets, convenience stores, ATM machines, and more. Just 5 minutes to Condado or the airport, 5 minutes to Piñones, 10 minutes to Old San Juan, about 20 minutes to the El Yunque rain forest, 45 minutes to the Fajardo Bioluminescent Bay!

This property has a unique location: everything is walking distance and it's right on one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico.
It has all you want to have in when you're on vacation. Great location, near the airport, nearby the Beach, access to Kayaks and equipment rentals, Convenience Stores, rich Day and Night-Life, Restaurants, Pubs, Bars, Lounges and Discotheque, plus Cultural nearby locations for sightseeing such as Old San Juan just a few miles away. Included parking for your rental and security in the building with easy access to your property for registered guests.
From the moment you wake up, the sound of the waves and the Ocean views will give you the relaxation and therapeutic vibe of a unique Caribbean vacation.
I love home away and I always have used it to book my rentals for vacations, however, this is by FAR the worst rental I have ever stayed at! First of all, the owner and the agent were not responsive at all to our phone calls, emails, and text messages. When we arrived, we could not locate the keys to the gate and had reached out to the agents several times (called over 25 times) and not one single call back or answer. The 2nd incident we had was that our shower flooded the entire BATHROOM, BEDROOMS AND HALLWAY!!!!! The shower had NO levels of separation from the toilet and the actual shower, therefore, once someone takes a shower, it will flood the entire floor moving the water to the bedrooms and hallways. Again, we reached out to the agents via EMAIL, PHONE CALLS, and TEXT MESSAGES and still no respond. They acted like we didn't even exist. This is the first time I am leaving such a horrible review and I am not one to typically complain but my stay at Puerto Rico was ruined because of these agents. I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone who is staying at ISLA VERDE to this rental property at all. Unprofessional, horrible, and rude!
This property was ideal for us. I was traveling with my two teenage sons, and we had plenty of room in this unit. The view was absolutely amazing, and I miss waking up and having coffee to the sound of the ocean waves.
Location-wise, it couldn't be better. Right on the beach -- and the most beautiful beach, at that. The beach is cleaned every morning, and there is an umbrella-and-chair service right outside the condo's door. There were three restaurants on the ground floor of the condo that open to the beach, all of them providing delicious, fresh Puerto Rican menus. Really, the location couldn't be better!
The unit itself was clean and functional. The beds were very comfortable, and living/dining furniture very adequate. The kitchen and bath are dated, but functional, and we didn't spend much time in them.
The building is very quiet and clean. We ran into some other residents on the elevator, and most were retirees from the US and Europe who live in the building for multiple months per year. They all seemed to know each other, adding a sense of community to the building. There is a security guard on duty 24/7, and nothing about the building felt unsafe or unfriendly.
I would definitely return to this unit, and would recommend it to anyone heading to PR.
The location couldn't get any better. Right at the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the condo is out of this world. The apartment needs to be updated. The furniture is dated and so is the bathroom. The building is very secured but they need to do a better job at keeping up with the pool cleaning.
The apartment was great for 7 people. We were really happy with the location because we could easily get to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment was well kept and the beds were comfortable. We were all really glad to chose to stay in this apartment.
The location and view were great. The condo is old and run down. The furniture is worn out in the living room. The TV didn't work at all and the wifi was unreliable. It certainly isn't worth what we paid. It would be perfect if they would update everything. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
The location of the property was very good. Right on the beach, beautiful breezes and view all the time! Three bar/restaurants in the lower level are convenient. Close to grocery stores, other restaurants and shops. The website needs to be updated. It says bikes if you let them know ahead of time-no bikes. It says hair dryer-no hair dryer but Alina was kind enough to bring me one of her own. I have 3 at home that I could have brought if they hadn't said they have it. I don't see how this apt would sleep 10 without bringing in more beds.....8 yes, 10 no. Dishes are very sparse-only 4 plates but it sleeps 8? I realize those things are easily stolen but there should at least be as many plates as accomodations for guests. Its very near the airport and you can hear planes sometimes but it didn't disturb our sleep. It has a tv but doesn't get any stations-Netflix only but that's ok, it's such a beautiful place that you don't want to be watching tv anyway and it gave us the opportunity to play games and be with our family. Had to go out and buy a deck of cards-no games provided by the condo. The bathroom desperately needs some attention-I was a little concerned that 1 bath for 5 people would be a problem but it wasn't for the most part. 8 people and one bath-could be a problem. I would stay here again since it was very secure,the beach access was great, proximity of restaurants, etc was good and outweighed the inconveniences. Our kids are all adults, I wouldn't recommend it for families with toddlers or small children. A bath reno is badly needed!!
Isla Verde is one of the most visited beach areas in the Island. Everything is accessible and you don't need a car to go around. There is public transportation available in nearby spots and is very secure 24 hours around. This is a main tourist area, so taxis are readily available. Also, we have a specific taxi company we recommend to all our guests. Parking is included, and we always suggest renting a car even if for a couple of days so you can get out of the city and explore the rest of the Island, where the real Puerto Rico charm awaits.
