The kitchen and living room where we spent most of our time was really nice. The kitchen was really up to date as far as appliances went. There were plenty of functional pots and pans and enough dishes for 6 of us to have thanksgiving dinner. The bathrooms were also really nice, especially the showers. I also really liked the layout of the house, there was one bedroom on the second floor with the living room and kitchen, one on the ground floor inside and one on the ground floor outside and one about 100 feet away above the garage. So everyone had some privacy and I didn't feel like we were on top of each other.
The beds were rock hard. As much as I enjoyed my stay I was happy to get home to a proper bed. Also the golf carts weren't all that awesome. They made it from one end of the island to the other without issues but, at least one of them didn't give me a lot of confidence it was going to make it. The kitchen was somewhat lacking in cooking utensils. It wouldn't likely have been an issue if I hadn't been trying to do thanksgiving dinner but I was feeling the lack of things like stirring spoons. All the pots and pans were non-stick and all they had was metal utensils so everything was really scratched up. Lastly the wifi router was broken when I arrived but the rental company got someone out to fix it the next day so it wasn't too big of an issue.
As far as the location goes, it's a close walk to the beach which was nice but it was a decent drive in an under powered golf cart to get to anything on the island.
All in all the good far outweighs the bad and I would definitely stay there again.
