Location location location................being one of the most desirable and newest beach front developments in Albufeira, with its rare stunning sea views, it’s a quiet condo, but still extremely close to the hustle and bustle of Albufeira, only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. Some apts. boast a PRIME positions, on the 3rd level, overlooking the sea, capturing the amazing views across Albufeira's Old Town. Doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within, and the amazing views beyond! The spacious balcony is perfect for alfresco dining. In the evenings you will experience the most spectacular sun sets. The apartments are furnished for contemporary living, and finished to an incredibly high specification.

The marble tiled bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath, bidet, toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Kitchen

The integrated kitchen is well equipped with high spec. Miele appliances. Surfaces are covered with marble, porcelain and granite that completes the luxurious feel. The Apartment (privately owned) is in one of the few 'PRIME POSITIONS' on the third level, overlooking the pool and sea, capturing the amazing view across Albufeira's Old Town. . Wall to floor doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within............... and the amazing views beyond. Apartment 1 has the green furnishings and it is on the third level, In the middle block , overlooking that fabulous sea.

This apartment is VERY PRIVATE as it is in the centre bock it is not overlooked at all by any other apartment, all you can see from inside the lounge and bedroom is that spectacular sea view

" We have all had a great time here, great apartment, pool and view. The kids really enjoyed the pool and spent most of the 2 weeks under water. The best for us was the luxury of this apartment and all that it provided along with the Old Town's back streets.

The Marina was disappointing at night with no taxis! Hope to be back again next year"

Superb modern apartments

Highly recommend these apartments.Had a fabulous stay in apartment d23. It was well equipped and very modern. Everything you need Quiet location close to beach. A twenty minute walk along beach to the old town and 10 minute walk to the strip. I would definitely stay here again. Great communication from maria, everything easily arranged and hassle free. THANKYOU

PERFECT!!

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying here during July 2016.

We both agreed it was our best holiday ever.

From the offset the response from Maria was prompt and first class.

This was matched by Kevin once we arrived who was extremely helpful. The level of customer service we experienced was as good as I've come across anywhere.

The apartment was just as stated. Top class appliances and a location that would be hard to beat. On site is a beautiful and extremely clean pool area which has a backdrop of stunning coastal views. The strip is only five minutes away. Or if you fancy Oldtown, it's a twenty minute walk, mostly downhill. Alternatively you can get there by walking along the beautiful beaches which can be accessed by a 2-3 minute walk from the rear of the property. If you find yourself stuck in a taxi queue in Oldtown at night, go to the top of the outdoor elevators and you can get a tuk tuk back to the apartment in no time.

There is no shortage of great restaurants and bars nearby. Chili Pepper next door has a great and varied menu and is open everyday except Mondays. There is also a mini market just a couple of minutes away to stock up on groceries and supplies.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anybody. In fact I plan on returning myself in the future and am already looking forward to this.

Modern Stylish and Picture Perfect Holiday Apt 27

Cannot praise the agent Maria Douglas her professional, friendly, helpful manner stood us in good stead for our arrival, Maria had everything arranged for us including the welcome from Kevin to show us around. We stayed in apartment 27 and were not disappointed what a beautiful apartment, spotless clean, fresh modern decor and to top it all a gorgeous see view, we had a fantastic holiday, pool area was lovely apartments are a 5 minute walk to the beach and central to Albuferia Strip and Old Town. Will definately return already planning ahead got next year.

Apartment 23. Secure. Homely. Well equipped

Right from the start Maria was very responsive to enquiries and right throughout the booking process. When we got to the apartment after a run in with the local police (if you hire a car do not enter a petrol station the wrong way! It will cost you tremendously!) Kevin was very understanding of the delay and was very helpful with regard to local amenities and even offered to show us where the large supermarket was personally (5min drive away)

The apartment location is in a great spot. There is a small beach just a couple of minutes walk, the strip which is great on a night is also only a couple of minutes walk away (we were here for the Euro finals and it was buzzing! Such an electric atmosphere)

We hired a car but there was a train/bus thing which took you all around old and new town. Vilamoura is only a short drive away and has some great restaurants around the Marina.

The apartment is fully stocked with everything that you would need including a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. There's a dishwasher, large fridge, air conditioning and a washing machine.

It's a corner apartment looking directly out on to the pool and you get a view of old town too. You get the sun from late afternoon right the way to sunset which is exactly how I like it.

I couldn't recommend this apartment more. For a family of 4 staying for ten days and looking for a base with a pool to take advantage of Albefeira and the surrounding areas, this was nothing short of perfect for us. If we are to return to Portugal again we will be sure to stay here

Beautiful, Secure Apt. with Stunning dosSea Views.

My wife & I needed a relaxing break in the sun and on looking at Maria's apartments in Quinta de Barracuda, we decided to book Apt. 21 as it was on the 3rd floor of the centre block with stunning sea views. The apt. is beautifully appointed with everything you could need and feels very secure in the gated grounds with a small safe for your valuables. We don't much like public transport so we booked a hire car for our stay from Avis which is a 5-10 min. walk from the apt. The old town of Albufeira is walkable from the apt. but we found it quite hard work, especially at night, so the car was invaluable as there is plenty of parking in Albufeira at reasonable rates. The large beach with the walk to the old town is a couple of mins. walk through the gate at the bottom of the grounds; if you like smaller beaches we found a beach called Praia dos Aveiros which is a 5 min. walk away; this is a smaller beautiful beach with an excellent cafe/restaurant and we loved it. The grounds of the complex are really well kept and the private swimming pool & lounger area are top class. We loved our stay and came back relaxed & sun kissed, and will most probably be returning in the future. Many Thanks to Maria and her team.

Beautiful property with stunning sea views.

This lovely property is located in quiet complex away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip which is a five minute walk away and the Old Town of Albufeira which is only a twenty minute walk away via the beautiful beach or by taxi five minutes ( 5 euros each way) but is also situated close to all amenities, there are supermarkets, lovely bars and highly recommended restaurant's a few minutes walk. We found it to be the perfect location and the views from the apartment are the best we have experienced in all the fifteen years we have been going, STUNNING.

I would highly recommend the apartment to friends and family ,infact whilst out there we recommended the apartment to a few couples that we met!

I would like to thank Maria, who right from the start provided excellent customer service, nothing was a problem for her and I did ask a few questions before booking and was contacted back promptly with answers. I also booked a taxi via Maria which was also a professional company no complaints there at all.

The complex team are fantastic, Kevin who made sure we had a welcome pack on arrival and came to meet and greet us was very helpful and went out of his way to help. Last but not least the apartment and the grounds are immaculate.

We will definitely be back very soon, wonderful holiday, probably the best we have had in Albufeira.

What’s so special?................With location being one of the keys to a great holiday, it is worth noting that the location here is truly remarkable, it boasts spectacular sea-views of Albufeira bay and the Old Town.

It's only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. A leisurely 15 minutes stroll along the beach takes you into the Old Town of Albufeira with it’s quaint cobbled streets and amazing cuisine.

The famous buzzing ‘Strip’ is only a 5 minute walk!

Golf: The Algarve was awarded 'Established Golf Destination Of The Year 2006' by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.

There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away, the closest being a 5 minute drive away.

These are Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes).

Some of the other world class golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away

In addition to the many courses in the central and western Algarve, there are also numerous high-class courses in the eastern Algarve and nearby Costa de la Luz in Spain. Amongst these are signature courses from two of the world's greatest names in golf; Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus, and Quinta Do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros. Both of these courses can be reached from the apartment in around an hour.
