Our lovely townhome is located in the Fairways development at Mauna Lani Resort. The small Fairways complex surrounds a large pool, Jacuzzi and common area. The outer perimeter borders golf course and open space. The gated complex is private, peaceful, secure and easily accessed.
This spacious and well-appointed two bedroom townhome is the most popular and largest of the two bedroom floor plans available in the development, and is perfect for one or two couples as well as a family. The unit sits in a tranquil, private location within the Fairways and is a short walk from the pool and common area amenities.
Our townhome makes a wonderful vacation home and provides a prime access point for enjoying the private Owner’s Beach Club, the endless amenities of the Mauna Lani Resort, area beaches, and exploring the entire Big Island. Enjoy two championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants, recreational and fitness activities for all ages and interests.
Our on-site concierge will provide detailed directions to the townhome, which will be prepped and ready for your arrival. You can rest assured we will take care of the details so you may enjoy your stay.

We live in Idaho and Washington but have a very special long-time relationship with the Big Island and the Kohala Coast, having enjoyed the Mauna Lani area as our home away from home and activity destination for our families. The tropical climate is the perfect complement to our permanent homes; who could ask for anything more.

Great location! The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items. The kitchen had everything we needed. Relaxing place to vacation.

Overpriced! Air condition didn’t work!
A mouse died at sticky pad in the garage.
Sometimes things are simply out of our control. We are truly sorry our AC pump failed the last day of your stay. We have just installed a new $11,000 system.
And we have sticky pads to catch mice that run in when the garage and doors are left open; sadly, we are unable to control the mice population on the island but we try to do the best we can for our guests. Mahalo.
Great place, excellent ammentities
The condo was great for the two of us, obviously it could accommodate more. Having a full kitchen, patios, outdoor grill, bikes and beach gear was also a big plus! Would stay again!

Great Stay at Mauna Lani
This is a beautiful, well appointed and well stocked vacation condo. We’ve spent the last nine years on Maui at Kapalua and decided to spend a couple of weeks on the Big Island. The photos don’t to justice to how beautiful and relaxing the condo is or the location. There are numerous great restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Great beaches and great golf close by. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Lovely, quiet and spacious
Well appointed, supplied and designed condo with plenty of room and well cared for. This condo area is very quiet. 2 things we did not care for was trying to find parking if you come home late, and the A/C only goes to 72 and is central. If one window is open it will not work..We are from the Northwest and 72 is Very warm for us..Front bedroom is warmer as well with sun. Other than that this condo is a perfect spot, with outdoor areas, bikes, bbq area. Market close by as well with hotels just 1/3 mile away with perfect dining options. The master bath does take a LONG time to fill, but the shower is very nice.

January is the busiest time at the condo complexes and some days, especially when people have functions, etc., it may be necessary to park around the corner. However, this does not happen very often.
Since this is an open airflow condominium, the AC is by design a central system based on servicing the interior air volume; open doors and windows will compromise that operation, and the temperature controls are set per our overall demand and feedback. A larger building, with separate practical air control zones, would likely employ a different system.
The master bath jacuzzi is a large tub that naturally takes some time to fill. There is also a nice, large, jacuzzi in the nearby pool area which is always full and operable.

Relaxing and peaceful
We loved our stay here at this peaceful townhouse. The view is like your own secret garden without people walking by. There is a resident red bird that visited each day. The house is equipped with everything you need and the grocery store is closeby that is reasonably priced. Don't overlook the private beach for good snorkeling.
We are happy you liked the condo and even found some extra features! The Owner's Beach is definitely a superb asset.

The townhome's location within the Mauna Lani Resort area has access to amenities, services and activities too many to mention. The Owner can answer additional questions relative to your specific interests. There are great restaurants and a variety of good shopping and services nearby and within a few miles radius.

Final cleaning fee = $245.00; two week cleaning = $175.00 (long stays). Include $59.00 (non-refundable) Property Damage Protection. Rates may change without notice until booking is confirmed. Tenants will review and acknowledge the complete Rental Agreement as part of the booking process before making any commitments. Replacement fees for misplaced items include: Beach Club Access Card = $100.00, Fairways Pool Key = $250.00. These are actual replacement costs charged by issuing entities.
