Our lovely townhome is located in the Fairways development at Mauna Lani Resort. The small Fairways complex surrounds a large pool, Jacuzzi and common area. The outer perimeter borders golf course and open space. The gated complex is private, peaceful, secure and easily accessed.

This spacious and well-appointed two bedroom townhome is the most popular and largest of the two bedroom floor plans available in the development, and is perfect for one or two couples as well as a family. The unit sits in a tranquil, private location within the Fairways and is a short walk from the pool and common area amenities.

Our townhome makes a wonderful vacation home and provides a prime access point for enjoying the private Owner’s Beach Club, the endless amenities of the Mauna Lani Resort, area beaches, and exploring the entire Big Island. Enjoy two championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants, recreational and fitness activities for all ages and interests.

Our on-site concierge will provide detailed directions to the townhome, which will be prepped and ready for your arrival. You can rest assured we will take care of the details so you may enjoy your stay.

About Owner

We live in Idaho and Washington but have a very special long-time relationship with the Big Island and the Kohala Coast, having enjoyed the Mauna Lani area as our home away from home and activity destination for our families. The tropical climate is the perfect complement to our permanent homes; who could ask for anything more.

Great condo, great location!

This was our 2nd time renting this condo so obviously we love it. The condo has everything we need from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. We like the Manua Lani area. It’s quiet, and close enough to Kona if you want to go there. It’s not necessary as there are plenty of great restaurants in the area to choose from. Monstera for sushi, the Blue Room for a nice French touch, and of course Napua right at the beach club, wonderful! The Beach Club is such a plus for this rental!! Best beach, with loungers and lifeguards. Sadly this time the wind was so bad every day, except the last day, we couldn’t be at the beach, but plus side, we used the club pool. We will definitely check the property out 1st for our next visit.

Beautiful condo on the Big Island

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was impeccably furnished and spacious! The location can’t be beat if your looking for a centrally located place to stay. Close to some wonderful beaches and restaurants. A short and scenic drive to Waimea. A big thank you to the propert manager Lissette. She walked us through anything we needed.

One of our best weeks ever on the Big Island!

We had a wonderful week at the Mauni Lani Fairways Townhome #1203. Beautifully decorated and very well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved all the books in the living room in case you've forgotten a good beach book! Access to the Beach Club is a big, big plus and the townhome is full of toys, i.e. snorkel gear, chairs, noodles, boogie boards, and bikes. Centrally located in the Mauna Lani Resort - we would definitely come back to this lovely spot.

Lissette and Stacey who manage the property are especially terrific - helping with any needs or recommendations and taking the time to call after the first couple of days to make sure everything is going well. They are the best!

Amazing property in a beautiful location!

The location was perfect with access to beautiful beaches. Our family spent a week and a half here and it was perfect. Everything you need is available and it was great to come home after a long day exploring the island to have the comforts of home and be able to relax, cook dinner and play games around the table. Very spacious place, we enjoyed every minute!
