Our lovely townhome is located in the Fairways development at Mauna Lani Resort. The small Fairways complex surrounds a large pool, Jacuzzi and common area. The outer perimeter borders golf course and open space. The gated complex is private, peaceful, secure and easily accessed.

This spacious and well-appointed two bedroom townhome is the most popular and largest of the two bedroom floor plans available in the development, and is perfect for one or two couples as well as a family. The unit sits in a tranquil, private location within the Fairways and is a short walk from the pool and common area amenities.

Our townhome makes a wonderful vacation home and provides a prime access point for enjoying the private Owner’s Beach Club, the endless amenities of the Mauna Lani Resort, area beaches, and exploring the entire Big Island. Enjoy two championship golf courses, shopping, restaurants, recreational and fitness activities for all ages and interests.

Our on-site concierge will provide detailed directions to the townhome, which will be prepped and ready for your arrival. You can rest assured we will take care of the details so you may enjoy your stay.

About Owner

We live in Seattle, WA and Sun Valley, ID. Sisters Kathy and Darlene unite our family. We have a very special and long-time relationship with the Big Island and the Kohala Coast, having enjoyed the Mauna Lani area as our home away from home and activity destination for our families. The tropical climate is the perfect complement to our permanent homes; who could ask for anything more.

We chose the Fairway Town Home for its excellent quality, amenities and prime location within the Mauna Lani resort area. Over the years we have had several properties here, gotten married here, brought our families here and enjoyed the area to the fullest. We wish you the same wonderful experience.

Fantastic vacation on Big Island at this stunning, comfortable and well appointed home!!

After visiting all other Hawaiian Islands in the past few years, Big Island was finally in the cards for us in 2016. Not sure why we waited SO long!! It has been another one terrific vacation!!!!! The Mauna Lani townhouse we chose far exceeded our expectations - the gated community/the set-up/the location of the bedrooms (on far ends from each other)/the well-stocked kitchen/the decor and so much more - kudos to the owners for making it such an unforgettable experience and keeping it in such a perfect "shape". The management company is top notch as well - very personable service and approach:-)) We also appreciated all the activities suggestions and will never forget the Manta Ray night swim, the sleeping turtles on the Black Sandy Beach, the flowing lava in Volcanoes Nat'l Park and gazing at the stars at Mauna Kea...Thank you and we definitely will return!!

A very nice place for a stay at Big Island

We visited Big Island for two weeks after one week in Honolulu in the period July 29'th to August 19'th 2016.

The condo was very well equipped and every thing a family needs for a good and pleasant stay at Big Island was at our disposal.

The beds were just wonderful and we slept as good as ever. The kitchen was also of high standard and very well equipped.

The gated community was always in top condition and the maintenance and follow up from the owner was very good.

The location is perfect for exploring the Big Island. The nature is very exciting with 11 of the total of 13 climate zones the exist at our planet within less than 2 hours driving.

The total experience was great and we are already looking forward to out next visit to this fantastic place.

This townhome is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your stay. We (family of 4 with two younger kids) have stayed at places in the past that did not meet our expectations, but this beautiful rental exceeded them - we immediately felt at home! It is located in a lovely, quiet area with access to a nice pool and beach club and is close to other great beaches as well. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating and the local property manager was wonderful too. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Very clean, decorated and well maintain unit. The location was perfect with a nice pool and a gourgous private beach.

Exceptional Experience

We had the pleasure of staying at this town home recently and it was 100% the best experience I have had on the big island in terms of accommodations. It is perfectly located at Mauni Lani and it was as comfortable and welcoming as any please we have ever stayed. The home is well equipped, super clean and had everything we needed to prepare great meals, recreate and hang out. The access to all sorts of beach activities as well as local attractions is perfect and we will absolutely try to stay here again when we have the chance.
