Snowblaze Unit #208 is a spacious 985 square feet condo completely renovated in 2014, containing 2 bedrooms and 2 renovated bathrooms, sleeping 7+ guests! Unit 208 features stainless steel appliances with full size refrigerator, flat top stove/convention oven, dishwasher, microwave, granite counters, 47" HD LED TV in living room with Blue Ray DVD, Wii, Sony Playstation, two 32" HD Smart TV's in both bedrooms's with DVD's, in-unit large capacity washer/dryer, new & very comfortable beds, high-speed wireless internet, stone shower, 20" Travertine floors, wood-burning fireplace in living room, new carpet/paint, HD cable TV, and a great deck with BBQ grill, dart board, and some views of Park City ski slopes. New bedding topped with Pottery Barn duvet covers includes a NBA King bed in the master bedroom suite, two full bunk beds and twin bed in guest bedroom, and pillow-top air bed for the living room. This premium second floor unit has a great private deck with gas BBQ grill and ski slope views.

Stayed in this condo for spring break - March 2017. Location is great, as it is right across the street from PCMR. Property manager is also great - very responsive to all of the issues that we had during our stay. However, that is the end of the positives.
Don't be fooled by the photos - they are definitely filtered to make the unit look more light and fresh than it is. The unit feels dingy and dark in reality. This unit has a renovated kitchen and an OK living room, but the bedrooms are awful. The master bedroom has NO WINDOWS (look at the pictures) and exposed pipes and holes in the ceiling. The bed is way too big for the room, and there are no night stands or bedside lamps. Because there is no ventilation, the master is stuffy and uncomfortable. Also notice there are no pictures of the master bathroom - the tub/shower combo is very old, and is strangely installed about a foot off the floor, so it's a huge step to get in and out of it. The 2nd bedroom has nice full-sized bunk beds, but they take up almost the whole room. Look closely at the photos - there is a burn hole in the carpet in that bedroom. All of the carpet is darker brown and much more dirty/dingy looking than in the pictures.
The pool/jacuzzi area looks like a prison yard - it is not inviting at all.
Overall, you can do better for your money in Park City.
