Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
we had 21 people for our birthday party and the homes were just great for us
When we first came in the floors were dirty, the furniture had layers of dust on it. The jetted tub did not work. Kept calling the property to come fix it before we left. Still haven't heard back after 4 days. The kitchen kettle was not working properly, there are cob webs in the kitchen and almost every room. In all I probably won't come back or recommend this property.
Some of the blinds in the cottage were in very bad shape and should be replaced and installed properly, but overall a large space for hosting and sharing with a big family.
The beach was nice and the casino was super close by
This property is great for groups with so many bedrooms and entertainment. We used it for a company off site and we hope to come back when the weather is nice and make use of the outdoor space with picnic tables and a fire pit. Great location for a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommended!
We had an ok stay, but overall, the house needs repairs. Blinds were broken in bedrooms, the lights didn't work on the outside walkways, the heater control was low on batteries and couldn't be altered, the coffee grinder was missing a part so we had no coffee, the temperature control on the oven doesn't work properly so baking dinners was touch and go, there were 5 wine glasses but the house is meant to sleep 10+ . Not good.
Most scarily, the house alarm was on when we entered the cottage which resulted in the alarm company being notified and the police coming! No one from the house management company answered when we called for help as soon as it went off, and the alarm company said they had called off the police and yet the police still came. I almost had a gun pulled on me by a policeman as I re-entered the house!!!! We then wasted 30 mins proving to the police that we had the right to be there. Not fun. The management company finally called me back....3 hours later!
Overall, these factors and other little things made for a stressful stay for us as hosts. we won't be back and probably won't recommend staying there.
