The Blue Terrazz Unit C is our small monthly rental, a peaceful, relaxing apartment located directly on the beach. This unit is located on the main floor of the house on the south end of the house. Both the living room and master bedroom windows face the ocean.

Enjoy your evening glass of wine on the deck and sleep comfortably listening to the sound of the waves on the shore. The beach is directly off the deck staircase with sand ready for your toes. The deck is perfect for those spectacular sunrises and your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins slide soundlessly through the water.

Your vacation home has a living and dining area with comfortable, beach friendly furniture. Your laundry area comes with stacked full-sized washer and dryer with multiple selections. All linens are provided, including sheets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels. With a fully furnished kitchen, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay on the beach. Whether you cook or decide to visit our local restaurants, we supply everything (except your food), even the Keurig coffee pods for that first cup of the day.

This apartment sleeps four comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed; the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room holds a 42-inch television with DVD and a queen sleeper sofa. The round dining table comfortably seats six. The full bath has a tub and shower combination, pedestal sink and extra table to hold your personal items. The floors are ceramic tile that you will easily mistake for hardwood flooring, comfortable for your bare feet. High speed wireless internet is available along with Comcast television access. A Vonage telephone line is included for free calls throughout the United States.

An outdoor hot and cold shower is privately hidden underneath the deck, along with additional storage should you need. The yard holds a hammock and we provide a small selection of beach toys, several beach chairs and umbrellas. Unit C comes with a two-car end-to-end parking garage underneath the unit. One additional off-street parking spaces is allotted for this unit, for your bicycles or golf cart (or both!). The access to the front door of Unit C is to the right (south) side of the home as you are facing the ocean, allowing for privacy away from the other units.

The Town of Sullivan’s Island requires that Unit C must be rented for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days, but there is no maximum. Unit C can be rented for a month or a year, should you never wish to leave. Please note that the total guests visiting for the day cannot exceed six as this is one of our smaller units and the Town closely regulates all rental apartments and the number of occupants. All guests and automobiles must be registered with our property manager. The apartment is part of a three-unit home and is properly licensed with the Town of Sullivan’s Island.

A family friendly piece of heaven, Sullivan's Island does not allow alcohol or parties on the beach and no fireworks. We do not take pets of any kind, but if you must travel with your pet, he or she must be registered with the Town to walk on the beach (for a fee), and boarded off site. We will be happy to provide you a list of local boarding facilities should you need. With multiple units, we have quiet hours that begin at 10:00 p.m.

We purchased our home in the spring of 2013, and began renovations immediately. As of October 31, 2013 the entire house and landscaping were complete. We moved from another island to this one, and love the safe, family oriented island town.

We wanted to be as close to the beach as possible without actually living on a boat! It is wonderful to wake up each morning and see the waves crashing on the beach just outside my living room windows.

What makes this apartment unique

This property is one of the few beach houses on Sullivan's Island that is directly on the beach. We have a large beach in front of the home, and living here is quiet, calm and relaxing.

Relaxing Getaway with Gorgeous Views

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was a wonderful experience! We spent 2 very relaxing winter months at Blue Terrazz. The unit was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The appliances were actually nicer than what we have at home! There were plenty of thick fluffy towels. The unit is RIGHT on the beach and the views are outstanding-nothing beats watching the sunrise while having morning coffee except maybe falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. We watched kite boarders and dolphins nearly every day. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful (not that we really needed any help with anything) It's a short, easy trip to downtown Charleston and there are plenty of good places to eat on Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms and in Mount Pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again or recommending it to friends. My husband says the only missing were a pizza cutter and an ice cream scoop!

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view!

This two-bedroom, 1 bath apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. There are many views of the beach from the numerous windows. A wonderful place to contemplate life while watching the tides go in and out. The owner and property manager were both very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Winter on the Beach

I had the great pleasure to rent this unit for three months to avoid winter in the northeast. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The property sits right on the beach, with the water's edge less than a 100 yards away. The view is simply spectacular and nothing like I've ever rented in the past.

The unit was completely renovated a couple of years ago and is in perfect condition. Yet, it is also comfortable and informal. Very relaxing. Also, the address is convenient to the restaurants on the island and only 15-20 minutes from downtown Charleston.

Beach paradise

Great place! We stayed for four weeks, from late February to late March, and our granddaughter joined us for one week. The apartment is well laid out and well equipped, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Right on the beach, with kite surfers and dolphins regularly passing directly in front of us, and a great beach for walking. Lots of good restaurants on Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms and Mount Pleasant, as well as Charleston. Very convenient to everything (airport less than half an hour away, downtown Charleston about 20 minutes). We'll definitely go to the same place again.

Holiday stay cation

We arrived mid-December during the holiday time and had a great time. We were coming from Seattle so seeing the sandy white beach, sun and a new place was very exciting for us. The place was very quaint with our 2 little kids. We were definitely comfortable in it but with having 2 small kids it can start to feel a little small so we took advantage of being outside as much as possible. Having the parks nearby was great, most everything was close to us and easily accessible. We even rented a golf cart for a week and had such a great time going around Sullivans Island and Isla of Palms in it! Great food, library, parks, etc all on the island. So quick to get to Mt. Pleasant area for shopping and a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The landlord/owners were soo nice, helpful and very accommodating.
