With the view and all of the amenities of your place. We have no comments or "constructive suggestions" of any kind! Keep it just as is.
We are enjoying the first break as family that we've had for a long time, my husband and i are planning walks and poking around town-our teenage girls just plan to "chill".
Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.
Had a great time enjoying your property. Nice amenities and an awesome view of the water. Walking on the shore during low tide was an experience in itself and we had a lot of fun on the kayaks as well. We had 5 people and the house had plenty of room. Thanks for the great stay.
Quiet peaceful spot. Overall we had everything we needed. The house is in great shape and very clean. Tricky "downstairs" area. The interior access to downstairs is unique and can only be described as a "fire pole" staircase. The downstairs room was musty smelling, damp, and the de-humidifier didn't seem to be working ...but it is the Pacific NW. Second bath is a shower stall and is located downstairs not near the second bedroom. Make sure this shower stall head is facing down. I got blasted in the face the first morning LOL! also, one futon matteress could stand to be replaced but it wasn't needed. I did enjoy the view from this downstairs TV/rec/sleeping room every morning!
Great experience. Thank you Vicki
My wife and two daughters had a wonderful long 4 day weekend. The spiral staircase was fun but took some getting used to. Well appointed with lots of pots and pans, spotlessly clean. Even the couch had been vacuumed. Great having the canoe's to use - no whales but a couple of curious seals. Downstairs a little musty smelling at first but aired out just fine, and all the outside lights were burned out. A nice treat to have the WiFi but didn't use it much. Nice collection of games and puzzles. Only wear and tear were the stairs to the beach. A few were in need of repair and for some maybe a waiting law suit :). Lots to still see on the island and hope to return for longer (and to go to Granny's Attic again)
the deck was definitely our favorite spot in the house. the view and the cool breeze off the water was very relaxing. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to all. only downside was limited parking and getting to the beach entailed climbing down rocks.
It is almost impossible to describe how beautiful the view is from this lovely, cozy home. I had to keep reminding myself that it was real. In addition, the owners have thoughtfully provided everything that one might need for a quiet retreat in this landscape. Thank you!
