This large, beautifully furnished townhouse is located across from the entrance to the Canyons Resort, 100 yards from the cabriolet. The nearby stops for the free transit will allow you to reach the Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort within minutes, plus historic Main Street, shopping areas, numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Convenient location, close to everything yet private.
The family-oriented layout of this 3300 square foot town home provides togetherness and privacy. It is divided into three levels. Main level includes slate floor entry, fully equipped kitchen, large family dining area with gas fireplace, living area with an inviting gas fireplace, entertainment center and floor to ceiling windows, one bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. Lower level opens to family room with plasma HDTV and surround sound system and a gas fireplace, three bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with twin beds and one with a double bed and twin bed) and full bathroom. Upper level is luxurious, large master suite, bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a loft area with sleeper sofa and sitting area.
The home contains large windows with lots of light, a deck with private hot tub and outstanding mountain and open meadow views. The enclosed garage provides parking for two vehicles, ski storage, boot warmers and mud room.

The 7 of us had a great week. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. I'd like to mention a few things which were minor inconveniences to serve as feedback. Mainly, the Wifi was down most of the week despite efforts to fix it. Also, none of the light bulbs were of sufficient wattage to read by. If I wanted to read in bed I needed to use my headlamp which I always travel with. The same was true with the living room which was otherwise very comfortable to lounge and watch TV in.
We also found the walk to the Canyons Cabriolet a bit more of a trek than we wanted to endure. We therefore drove which was OK since the parking was free. We are old (65-70), but all expert skiers and didn't want to expend our diminishing resources schlepping to the slope. That should be clarified in the property description. On the plus side, the kitchen and dining area was excellent (spacious and well equipped)as was the hot tub. 4.5 stars.
I would highly recommend this property if you want a beautifully home with all the amenities. Our multi-family group of 9 had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the Hot Tub outside after a long day of skiing. This location is very convenient and easy to get to downtown Park City .We'll definitely stay at this home again when we come back if it's available.
A beautiful and spacious home. We had 10 people in our group and never felt crowded. It was very well equipped and conveniently located near the cabriola that takes you directly to the lift. We would definitely stay here again.
Park City is a great location for skiing, and this townhouse was perfect for our winter vacation! Our multi-family group of 9 had plenty of room to spread out, and the accommodations were top notch, from the layout to the furnishings. The owners have given a lot of thought to what vacationers look for in a place, and provide all the small details that make things inviting for everyone.
With our large group, we really appreciated the huge, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and dining room area where we could all comfortably gather. When we had enough of each other, there are also two living room areas (main level and lower level) that allowed our adult and younger family members to socialize separately. :-) Outside, there's a large hot tub (with a heated walkway!) and a large deck overlooking an open field. Look for wildlife tracks in the snow.
We really liked the location, which is in a small, quiet neighborhood across the main road from The Canyons ski resort. It's a short walk to the cabriolet lift that takes you to the ski resort, and none of us had any issues making the walk with our ski gear. There is also the free shuttle service that takes you to the other Park City ski resorts, shopping, and downtown. Even though we had a rental car, we mostly used the bus to get around.
We have stayed at different places in Park City over the years, and this one is definitely our favorite. We'll be back!
We've stayed here multiple times and love it because it has large bedrooms, a gathering room on the main floor and a gathering room on the bottom floor so one group can watch movies while another socializes. The kitchen is great for multiple cooks and for planning the day's activities while making breakfast. The view from the hot tub is amazing and it's one thing I really miss after getting back home. The townhouse is close enough to walk to The Canyons or you can walk to the bus stop that's free, safe and clean and will take you to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, Main St and anywhere else around town. The garage has lots of storage for ski gear and keeps snow off your car.
If you're into adventure you can also book bobsled and skeleton rides at the nearby Olympic Park. Just book well in advance as it books up quickly.
Great accomodations for a group. This TH couldn't have been more comfortable, more well-equipped, or in a better location for jumping off to great skiing. There must be 10 resorts within an hour's drive -- although some of us think The Canyons, right across the street, is the best of them all. The garage was a great convenience, especially on snowy days, but the beautiful fireplaces, the hot tub-with-a-view, and the kitchen set this place apart. All were favorite gathering spots for us. The property manager was very responsive and helpful in sorting out the few minor issues we had. Highly recommend!
