This third floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps up to 6 people and is in excellent condition. Including an updated, fully equipped kitchen with Corian counter tops, dining area, living room with La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa, and screened Lanai. New furnishings throughout with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom also includes a 21 inch flat screen television with DVD player. Central air conditioning is provided for your comfort as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom and on the Lanai. The living room has a 40 inch flat screen television with DVD player and also includes premium cable channels with on demand. A movie and book library, secure WiFi, and under building parking is also included for your comfort and convenience. Seaside is located mid-island with a grocery store, marina, bistro and trolley stop directly across the street. Watch the dolphins play and enjoy the sunset from your screened Lanai or just relax by the gulf front heated pool. Stroll the white sandy beach to local beach front restaurants and Tiki bars or just sit in the surf, all you need is your beach towel. Come to Seaside, Unit #303, and enjoy your home away from home.

As usual, Seaside 303 was everything we could ever ask for. Beautiful views, great grounds, warm pool, and friendly people.

Relaxing...comforts of home.

Loved our stay in this unit....owner very accomodating when Hurricane Matthew hit the East Coast and we needed to leave the Disney Resprt part of our trip. I loved the homey feel and appreciated the couch and especially the recliner. I purposely avoided other units that were the typical rattan Florida style. Very relaxing and I now have 2 other beach and SWFL lovers in my family. We will be back! Every time we would venture off the beach, I couldn't wait to pull back in and see the water. It was my rule that we needed to be back before sunset!! My husband was obsessed with watching the dolphins.

Pleasantly surprised

I have to say this was one of the more memorable vacations we have had. The property was as nice as advertised. The location was nice with the grocery store across the road. The guests were welcoming to our family. I can't say one bad thing. I absolutely will return.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful condo

Everything from the moment we walked in the door to see the ocean beyond the lanai was almost perfect. The condo is so inviting, decorated with a beach theme, yet feeling very homey. It was clean, well-maintained, other than a few light bulbs either missing or burned out, and perfect for our vacation. The pictures on the listing are accurate, except there is a new glass-topped dining table and new dining chairs that are beautiful. The lanai is spacious and has a clothes drying rack, 4 beach chairs, a cooler and we left a small buck and shovel so you can dig for and collect shells on your morning walk.

The condominium complex is kept impeccably clean. Every day the lounge chairs are straightened out, the elevator vacuumed and their walls wiped down, the lobby of the elevator area is washed, and common areas swept free of sand.

The owner is extremely responsive and helpful in all aspects. I have never hesitated in contacting her with a question.

Maybe the best part of this rental is that it is directly across the street from Publix and they allow you to take your grocery cart back to the condo so you can unload your purchases right at your door. Don't forget to take the cart back though!

Also grateful that this is a no smoking condo complex, except for one small designated smoking area off the parking lot. And if someone doesn't abide by that, don't hesitate to let the office know.

Having a parking space under the building close to both the elevator and the stairway was a big plus.

We look forward to returning again next year.

Beautiful Beach

The beach and view was beautiful. Upon arriving, we were given keys to the elevator, that would not fit the lock. When we informed the local office they said they could not help as this was a private owned condo. In order to get our suitcases to our condo, we had to rely on other guests to let us in the elevator until the office finally gave us us the code to the elevator. If you have a problem the office will not help you. You must contact Lahania rentals no matter how big or or small the issue. Lahania offices are closed on Sunday! Since this is a beach condo, tiled floors would be more suitable than the carpet that is in the unit. Before renting the unit, we were told that they had beach chairs and umbrellas. This's is true, however, the chairs are on the beach and the umbrellas by the pool. None in the condo. We were disappointed as we wanted to take them to a beach on Sanibel. Average place to stay.
