Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes familys summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This home was not only affordable but a very comfortable, cozy setting !
The house was a great location for our pool tournament at Chinook Winds Casino. There's a grocery store within walking distance. Loved the deer that came in the yard, we were able to see a young buck even. Kitchen was well stocked and we were very happy with our experience at Eagle's Nest.
Best of all the offerings at The Eagle's Nest was Mama deer munching on 2 peaches we'd set to ripening on the patio grill. Her fawn made a shy appearance too! The birds gave us a early morning greeting, which brightened our day. The location was perfect for us to see Lincoln City's attractions: beach, dining , farmers market and historical society museum.
The eagles nest is a nice place just a little outdated but for the location and price is pretty practical. When we got there we were greeted by a mama deer and her 2 babies just lounging in the back yard which was very nice. Short but steep walk to the beach and one block from the store, again great location and would stay there again for sure.
Very outdated. Could have used the lawn mowed so the kids could play out back. Not enough pots and pans for 7 people. Had to make due. White carpet under table is NOT kid friendly. Windows outside so filthy we could hardly see the ocean.
