Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s familys summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!
Wow! This rental is truly a hidden gem! The house has a lot of space... the backyard is huge and has a fire pit and rope swing...beach access is great... ping pong, billiards, basketball, foosball, hot tub, darts (not to mention all the board games and puzzles) are a fun way to spend time together. We can't wait to come back and spend more time in this hidden gem in Yachats!
The house is lovely and spacious and the views are stunning! We hope to return.
This was a beautiful and well-maintained house. Our group of 7 adults and 3 small children definitely enjoyed it. I would note that there are really only 3 separate bedrooms. The fourth room is a sort of "bonus space" with a sofa bed and twin trundle. The river access is lovely and adds a fun element (always the possibility of falling in!) though I can imagine if the river is high, it isn't possible to get to the beach. We waded through at the sandy part and the water was up to our thighs. I didn't see on the ad about the ping pong, foosball and basketball game in the garage so that was a happy surprise (that now I've just ruined...)
Ona and Drift In both great restaurants.
We enjoyed watching the surf an tidal changes and with the amenities in the local area we enjoyed a feast with fresh local crab an fish. We caught 38 legal crab and any more that we had to return to the sea. Having to cook them outside was a pain but we had great weather.
This house has everything one could ask for - great location, amenities, spectacular view, privacy, fire pit, hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, game room, pool table. The list goes on. Would love to stay again!
