Naples Cabin Rental Photos and Description

One Bedroom cabin with lovely covered porch and great views.

Deep in the woods on 38 private acres, only one mile from Bristol Mountain. Be as secluded as you want or as connected as you want with Wi-Fi, HD cable TV and excellent cell phone coverage. The only other property on our 38 acres, is our A-Frame, also available on VRBO (#442204). The two cabins are 200 - 300 yards apart, and not in sight of each other.

During the winter months, you really need a four wheel drive vehicle if it is snowy or icy The driveway gets plowed, but that doesn't always eliminate slippery spots if it stays below freezing. The driveway is very long with hills. If you come in a two wheel drive vehicle and it is snowy or icy, your chances of getting all the way up are 50/50.

A very special cabin in the woods!

  • 5 of 5

We were delighted to see the inside of the cabin. It was clean and modern as well as wonderfully private. We brought our granddaughter with us and there was plenty of room.

Our trip included my 50th High School Reunion up in Fairport, a visit to Corning to see friends and tour the Glass Museum, a sailing trip on Cayuga. the Canadian side of Niagra Falls, and going to Naples. The cabin's location was perfect for all our wandering around the state.

Our granddaughter had never been up North so this trip not only gave me a chance to introduce her to where I grew up but it also gave her many new experiences.

We happened to be there during the heat wave so the air conditioner was really appreciated.

The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed whether eating in or bringing back leftovers.

The owners of this cabin were very gracious and helpful. They have set up a lovely private place to stay, a real haven to return to after our hectic days.

Only Wished I'd Stayed Longer

  • 5 of 5

I grew up in the Naples area and was returning for my high school reunion. Rather than spend a lot of money on a B&B I decided to look for a cabin/home where I could relax after travelling and visiting with friends. This cabin was perfect and I only wished I had longer to stay there (had to get back to real life). I love the coziness of the home without the loss of modern amenities. In the evening I was able to sit out on the porch and just enjoy the quiet of the woods around me - as well as sip on a lovely bottle of wine that was left for us by the owners. It is away from it all but near enough to the action if you need a night out. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful cabin! It was private, clean, organized and had everything you could possibly need!

  • 5 of 5

We were looking for a private getaway and this was the perfect setting in the woods with absolutely nothing to hear except the sounds of nature. When we did want to venture out, there were plenty o f things to do. Even in 90 plus degree weather it was remarkably comfortable sleeping-there is a window air conditioner in the main room and ceiling fans in every room. We enjoyed seeing a nest of baby barn swallows, who on our last day were big enough to fly away-they were adorable! Thank you, Mary Jane and Jeff for a most relaxing stay in your cozy cabin!

Fun, relaxing and private vacation in the Finger Lakes Region!

  • 5 of 5

We were looking for a quiet, relaxing and private getaway vacation and boy did we ever luck out! The cabin was so comfortable, quiet and best of all secluded. Hubby and I had everything we needed (and more) to be comfortable and just enjoy each others company. The cabin is tastefully decorated and as neat as a pin. The property itself was very well taken care of and it was so much fun to sit out on the deck to enjoy the peaceful view. Listening and watching the birds, chipmunks & squirrel's kept our little doggie Patsy entertained as well. There are walking trails on the property, which are beautiful and serene. There is also a wonderful sweet smell of the earth that is very intoxicating....almost like honeysuckle. What we miss most about staying there is waking up to the sound of birds singing, instead of our obnoxious alarm clock! ugh! Lastly, I can't say enough about the wonderful communication we had with the owners, Jeff & (his better half!!) MJ. We felt completely at home and welcomed.....true southern hospitality with a new york twist! We are looking forward to coming back again and again! Maybe next time, we'll try out their A-frame. :)

PS....must do: Get a grape pie from Monica's Pies...Pick up a slice of pizza from Luigi's in Naples....Visit Wegman's Supermarket in Canandaigua....Ice Cream at Lynnie Lou's in Naples.....hiking at Letchworth's State Park!

Perfect little getaway

  • 5 of 5

We so enjoyed the peace and solitude of this cabin. The cabin itself was well stocked and clean. Truly a home away from home. The driveway was indeed a great place to hike as was the Drambuie trail. We got to see so many chipmunks, a couple of deer including a big buck and even a little garter snake said hi to us. This was the perfect place to stick our toes in the grass and get back to nature. Jeff was quick to respond and easy to talk to, and the bottle of wine and personal note that was left for us was a wonderful touch! We truly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again. Thanks Jeff and MJ, for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Owner's Response: As Owners, who set the "bar" very high for guest satisfaction, nothing makes us feel better than guests that had a great vacation and are also willing to tell the world about it. Thank you very much for staying and we will look forward to you coming back again. We want our Cabin to be your Cabin!

Isolated, quiet, peaceful, great view = Awesome!!!

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect place to getaway from life for a few days. Completely isolated on a hill, surrounded by trees. Enjoyed many of the local adventures and chatting with the locals. The view from the cabin was exactly what we were looking for and the lack of commercial noise was perfect. The walking and hiking around the area was an added bonus.

The cabin was extremely well kept and tidy. There were plenty of items provided already in the cabin: eating utensils, dishes, reading material, grilling equipment, maps, etc..

Jeff (one of the owners) was very pleasant and accommodating throughout the entire booking/staying experience and provided plenty of information about the property and area.

I would absolutely stay here again!
