On the first floor, the Master Bedroom includes a Queen Size bed, bureau, and a tile bath with walk in tile shower. The Loft upstairs includes 1 king bed and 1 set of bunk beds. Sleeps 6.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time (or earlier).
In addition to the rent, the following charges apply:
$45.00 Accidental Damage Protection which covers up to $1500.00 in accidental damages (non-refundable.) Any damage that exceeds $1500.00 will be the responsibility of the leaseholder/guest.
$125.00 Cleaning Fee
6% Rutherford County Occupancy Tax
7% NC State Sales Tax
$50.00 minimum fee will be assessed for failure to properly remove/dispose of garbage from home (to avoid this fee, simply follow the Arrival/Departure Instruction sheet provided at check-in and posted at the home)
