Direct oceanfront living!! A 30 foot Oceanfront balcony on the 6th floor, 2 bedroom condominium with 2 full bathrooms and fully furnished kitchen, living and dining room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful view overlooking the wide, no-drive beaches of Daytona Beach Shores. Just a step outside of that door you will find the living area, a perfect place to kick back and relax, read a book, or watch a movie. One couch is a new pull-out sleeper queen bed. The 30' balcony can be accessed through both the master bedroom and the living area. Between the living area and the kitchen lies a dining area capable of seating 6 plus 3 at the breakfast bar. Standing in the kitchen, you have a view of the entire condo and the rolling tide of the Atlantic. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and silverware that you could need to make all of your favorite meals. There is a washer and dryer set (brand new dryer!) inside the unit. The second bedroom includes a murphy style queen bed that can be placed into the closet in the day time to maximize space and create a second den or open area, if it is needed as an office or just more space. Wifi Internet and BrightHouse cable are included. Three brand new flat screen HD televisions recently installed! Condo has pool sauna and hottub

Look at our photos! This is a direct oceanfront unit - not ''on the side', not 'limited view' - direct oceanfront! You can see for miles to the Ponce Inlet lighthouse and beyond. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to see the best of Daytona Beach away from the busy tourist area, but within walking distance to the SunGlow Fishing Pier and restaurant.

44 weeks were used last year so reserve now as we fill up fast! We have been incorporated for 20 years and have 24 hour maintenance. Our calendar and published rates are always correct - ask about last minute discounts - and discounts for paying in advance.

Great view, great location, great floor, great part of the beach = great vacation!!!

This condo is very well located. Is is however better if you have access to a car.



The owner description of this condo is an understatement. It is HUGE. The main Bedroom and living room are very big, and very well furnished. We were very surprise to see all the drawer in the kitchen, and in each drawer there is useful stuff. There is no need to buy anything for the kitchen. It’s there.



The condo is on a quiet beach, with a beautiful view of the ocean. South view. You can see far away Poncet Light, and if you are lucky a Rocket blasting off JFK space center (We were lucky…)



The master bedroom is very big, and the bed is nice. Private bathroom for this room.



The smaller room is a little smaller, but with the bed up it doesn’t matter.



There are flats 3 tv, and the smaller one is at least 36 inches.



The beach is very clean, since there are no cars, even on the 4th of july, there was plenty of free space to walk on the beach…



Next time I will be in Daytona Beach, I know where to look.

Full or surprises

We had stayed at the same condo last year and for the most part, enjoyed our stay. This year, the afternoon we arrived, upon using the guest room commode, the tank wasn't refilling properly and upon taking the lid off to examine, the tank started leaking.When we looked more closely, someone previously had caulked a crack [that when we lifted off the lid, cracked further, leading us to believe the tank lid was holding the caulked crack/ together./ /until,/We called the owner, who did come over right away and decided to replace the whole unit but we were expected to pay the $300 repair, since we were the ones who called him, alerting hum to the problem. He did acknowledge the caulking, and there was no way we were there to caulk the problem, also it was dry. This put a bad taste in our mouths at the start of the stay. One week in, Hurricane Irma chased us to Montgomery, Alabama [closest place with available motel rooms] for 1 week. We did go back as we had the condo from 9/1/17 until 10/1/17 and we found out that our CSA travel insurance would not pay for the loss of stay during the Hurricane....meant we were out for that week plus paying extra motel expenses. The living room tv would never work properly, forces us to watch tv in one of the two bedrooms, a real inconvenience. The owner did tell us to stay until 10/4/17 [3 extra days] to make up for the lost week of the Hurricane. We really were not pleased from the beginning, with bearing the repair for the commode which we did not cause, the tv situation in the living room and the extra trip which was in no way was fault of owner for the hurricane. All in all, once the living room floor is fixed [warped by water coming in under sliding doors during hurricane, it is really a lovely condo, just too many problems to suit us this time.

Great except for the construction/repair

Except for the construction that is in progress because on Hurricane Matthew, we had a very enjoyable vacation. The pool area and the balcony were not usable. When all the construction is complete later in the Spring of 2017 the facility will be great. The staff and the residents are all very friendly and sociable. We would return

The balcony and the pool are now reopened, and the main floor lobby has been fully remodeled. They are finishing "Project Oasis" outside, which includes a new deck at the pool, hardscape, plants, furniture, etc. We'd love to have you back in the future!

Great location and view of the ocean was an added bonus.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Daytona beach. The only complaint is not having access to the balcony due to the ongoing construction, but very grateful we had that information before we arrived! The condo was spacious, neat and clean. The chairs and umbrella for the beach were great to have too! Having the pool as an option would have been nice but again we knew about the renovations. During our stay the availability of parking was good even with the construction vehicles and having daily access to the garage parking was very nice as well. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well stocked for our needs. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Owner's Response: Hurricane Matthew did a lot of damage to the lobby and pool area in late October 2016 (while my unit had no damage ) the management thought it created a good opportunity to paint the entire building. I am sorry the balcony was closed and we did discount rate substantially. The good news is that the project has expanded and if you return for another visit we will have a remodeled lobby, fresh new paint on 100% of the exterior, a new "project oasis" at the pool with new deck, hardscape, plants, furniture, remodeled exercise room, etc....please watch our calendar and revisit!!

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was everything it was reported to be, spacious, very well appointed, beautifully furnished and the view could not be beat. We were close to all of the attractions we enjoy and the only drawback was that hurricane Michael chased us away with one week left of our reservation. We checked with the owner and the condo's hurricane shutters protected it fully, what a blessing...,..still happy we went on in lieu of all the damage in the surrounding area We will definitely book with them again in the future.

Outstanding Location, Great Condo, Very Responsive Owner

Just returned after spending June and July at this fantastic condo. Where to start:

- Seychelles Condo Building - super clean and well maintained. Very secure in all areas of building (garage, lobby, pool area). Pool area was always clean.

- Condo Unit - excellent condition of furniture; three wide screen tv's,; loved that second bedroom has "Murphy Bed" so can use as a den; kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. View from condo is incredible.

- Beach - almost a private beach as there were very few people on the beach. Water was perfect temp.

Condo Owner - can't say enough about Patrick. Responded to any question within minutes after message sent. Addressed any issue, which were minor in nature, immediately.

Overall, we could not have been happier and would highly recommend to any and all who want a fantastic and restful vacation spot.
