2 Bedroom 1 Bath Room Ocean View!

2 BEDROOM 1 BATHROOM condo directly on the beach. Sleeps 6. My condo is on the first floor. No long elevator waits to deal with OR stairs to hassle with on your 'vacation'. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. No smoking, no pets, no age limits (it doesn't matter how old you are).

Very close to Pier Park it's a short 5 minute walk... great entertainment, dining, and shopping. Restaurants close by are Hook'd Pier Bar and Grill as well as Sharkys (both walking distance and beachfront). Closest walmart is 15495 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.

The name of my complex is The Ambassador the address is 15617 Front Beach Road Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Towels and linens are provided by me and are NOT to be exchanged through the complex. I provide several wash cloths and towels. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the top floor if you go through a lot of wash cloths and towels. There is wifi in the lobby. My cleaning lady leaves 1-2 rolls of toilet paper and paper towels after that it is the responsibility of renters to get more toilet paper and paper towels. There is no hair dryer in the unit.

Hey my name is Logan Hatfield, I'm 28 years old. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2013 and worked at Fidelity Investments as a Financial Rep before starting my lawn and landscape business. I currently live in Cincinnati, OH where I've lived my entire life and vacation every year in Florida. I got tired of staying somewhere new every year which is why I bought this condo and have decided to rent it out when I'm not there.

I chose this property because it's oceanfront... there's nothing like walking right out the door and being on the beach. When I bought the condo it was a fixer upper and I've been making repairs to enhance everyone's vacation experience at my condo and will continue making repairs as feedback comes in from renters on what could make their vacation better at my condo.

What makes this condo unique

Love being able to drink on the beach while having all the luxuries of a home just steps away and not have to deal with public restrooms. Essentially, the location of the condo is amazing. You can't beat being so close to the beach. There are several bars and restaurants that are within walking distance as well as Pier Park.

The perfect vacation

Loved this condo! It was clean, comfortable and a perfect location right on the beach literally!! We enjoyed the outside grills and the patio area. It was literally only a couple of steps to the beach. Shuckums across from the condo and Pier park right in walking distance makes it a prime location. We loved it and will go back every chance we get!!!

the adjoining condo is being renovated so it is noisy.

The WiFi is bad, reminds me of Cuba, some days it works others not.

Owner's Response: Bob, I appreciate the review. I agree with you 100% that the wifi is bad in the unit and that is because wifi is ONLY available in the lobby which is 15 steps from my front door. The wifi works wonders in the lobby.. where it's available. It states wifi is available in the lobby multiple times in my listing. Regarding your comments on the unit next door having work done.... Yes, even people in Panama City Beach, Fl make improvements to their properties. I'm not sure I understand the relevance of that comment in the review. Was the work being done at 3 AM??

This was our first trip to Panam City Beach and we had a great time!! We will go back!!

The beach was easily accessible from the room. We did have to pay for cushions and umbrellas for the chairs. When we go again we will buy our own chairs and umbrellas to use. The property was clean and we had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but perfect for us. I would rather spend money on excursions etc.. We went to Island Time Sailing to swim with dolphins and snorkel then another day a sunset sail. Both were awesome!! We defiantly will go again some day and will again rent the same property!!

Clean and definately as described in add

We loved that it was beach front and we did not have to cross the street with our little girl. Everything was in walking distance which was also a plus. The condo itself was perfect for us.

Dirty and Moldy

I would never stay there again. We all woke up the first morning sick. As soon as we left the unit to go anywhere, I could breathe and felt better.When we looked around we noticed dust coming out of the bathroom vent, mold and dust in the ac unit, floors were disgusting. I had to have a rag by the bed to clean my feet before I went to bed. No toilet paper or paper towels were left, no hair dryer, which I didn't pack because there was supposed to be one in the unit. I called the owner advising him of this and he sent out his cleaning people. The tile needed a deep cleaning, the grout was black. The cleaning people didn't include that in their price for cleaning I was told. And they cleaned the filter but couldn't get the dust out of the ac unit. He needed to have an ac company take care of that.

Also, you don't just walk out to the beach from the unit. There's lots of steps on the side of the building to get to the beach. Going into the unit there is no steps. Very misleading, especially if anyone has issues with steps.

Owner's Response: I’ve had no complaints from other renters before or after your stay regarding breathing issues or getting sick. I did however give you the benefit of the doubt by having my cleaning lady come out to bring you EXTRA toilet paper and paper towels and clean (again). There is always toilet paper and paper towels in the unit to get you started. Which it clearly states on my vrbo listing “My cleaning lady leaves 1-2 rolls of toilet paper and paper towels after that it is the responsibility of renters to get more toilet paper and paper towels.”. Yes, the grout is dark and I do plan on getting the entire unit retiled in the near future. There is no where on my listing that it says there is a hair dryer included. If you would’ve informed me it was a vacation wrecker for you I would’ve reimbursed you $10 for buying a hair dryer. To address your comments on the steps there is a video on my listing that literally shows me walking down a couple steps to get to the beach. I’m sorry that you felt you were misled. If you would’ve paid a little more attention to the information on my listing before your arrival I feel you would’ve had the correct expectations.
