This is a newly decorated, nice, two bedroom, one and one-quarter bathroom condo in a quiet area of glendale, arizona, just outside of phoenix. This unit is a few, very short minutes to all the sports venues. It is nicely furnished with a fully functional kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops, new small appliances, new dishes, pots and pans. The unit sleeps 6. The bedrooms have queen size beds and the living room has a pull out couch. The bedrooms feature sleep number beds so you won't have to worry about mattress comfort. Just select your firmness and sleep soundly. The master bedroom also has a flat screed television and walk-in closet. There are two balconies; one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom. Both face the phoenix greenbelt, which make this unit very quiet and desirable. It is cable equipped with high speed internet. There are 2 flat screen televisions and a blue ray dvd player. You can walk to the park, shopping, urgent care, a major hospital, and grocery shopping. You can also walk to starbucks, einstein bagels, and many other shopping venues. This is a nice, upper middle class condo. It is not a dive nor is it the ritz carlton. It would compare to an embassy suites in quality, but with all the amenities of home. It is very clean with very comfortable furniture. Maid service is available.
Your hosts, Gary and Frances Smith live in Southern California. They have been married for 22 years and have raised 4 daughters. While shopping for college housing for their daughter, who is attending dental school in Glendale, they fell in love with the condo complex and the location.

We really enjoyed our 2 month stay. Condo accommodations were perfect, clean and well-maintained. It's true, it is the best condo location in the complex. Everything from spring training games, restaurants, and hockey games were a very short distance from the complex. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking the mountain trails which are also very close.
Gary was very prompt in response and helped us out with any questions or issues that came up. We are looking forward to staying there again.
We rented this condo in August 2015 while attending the ROAR Nationals in Phoenix. The condo was great, close to the track (and anything else you might need or want), and very clean and quiet. Gary was very accommodating and easy to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay and our son won two national titles to boot. We would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for everything, Gary.
Hello, Our 1st family trip to AZ was centered around moving our son into Midwestern university. We picked Gary's condo because it was located near 59th avenue which is a direct route to Midwestern. The location is perfect. Quick and easy access to all roads in all directions. It was HOT. 115 degrees and the condo was always cool , comfortable and in a very quiet neighbor hood. The condo's space and amenities are second to none. Pots and pans,washer dryer, towels, beds. Everything we needed to feel like home. We will always try to stay here when we visit our Son. Thanks
My husband, son and I really enjoyed this condo. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with almost brand new everything! My son plays baseball when we are there and the washer and dryer were just what we needed and they even had a giant box of Tide! We had plenty of room for the three of us! We had a few questions before and while we were there and Gary was quick to respond which made for a nice visit.
The location of this unit was perfect. Close to Midwestern University, grocery store, hiking trails, and anything else you might need. The unit was clean and well stocked. The pool was amazing. They even had mattress to put on the sleeper sofa!!
I stayed 10 days here and it was better than advertised. Very well stocked and incredibly clean. Gary was very fast in returning emails and answering the few queries I had. Great location close to everything. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything. Very happy!
This condo faces the Arizona Canal Greenbelt. The Greenbelt is a giant park. The condo gives the feel of being in the country, but you can walk to the park, shopping, urgent care, a major hospital, and grocery shopping. You can also walk to Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, and many other shopping venues.
