This magnificent 250m2 country home La Viña has room for 13+1. Casa La Viña is a beautifully restored house, privately situated in the middle of an agricultural and forested area in the Montmajor´s municipality with a small stream nearby and with the Pyrenees in the background. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, the sunsets and a dip in the swimming pool. The house has seven rooms distributed in three floors and the entire 250m2 has been decorated with style: You will find 7 bedrooms in La Viña: Three marriage rooms, two double rooms, two individual rooms and one single room.On the ground floor there is a hall, a double room, a bathroom, a beautiful dining room, with access to the large garden and the terrace and a living room with plasma screen. On the terrace there is an outdoor-kitchen. At the first floor there is the open kitchen connected with another dining room with chimney and another living room with fireplace.

In this part of Catalonia is also plenty of great beaches - at the Costa Brava Coast.
The region Berguedá where the house is situated, where the Llobregat river makes its way from the Pyrenees down towards Barcelona. The landscape is hilly and the altitude is 500-600 metres above sea-level. Although very popular as weekend retreat for people from Barcelona, the region has not a lot of tourism. When you are on vacation here, you simply blend in and participate in the local life in the villages and towns in the area.
In the village Montmajor 6 km. away, you will find a bakery a small grocery shop a bar and a restaurant. The two small towns Gironella and Puig Reig are situated on the bank of the Llobregat river. Here, you find several restaurants, shops and smaller supermarkets. They are both very lively towns, but be aware of the siesta. The regional capitol is Berga, which is a big town with 20.000 inhabitants. Here, you find a charming town centre with walking street and Rambla, shops, restaurants and cafés, and in the outskirts, there are some big supermarkets.

The price includes: Taxes and VAT, electricity, heating, water, bed-linen, towels (for each guest is one for the bath and one for the hands - please bring towels for the pool and beach (there is a washing machine in the house) and cleaning at departure.
Deposit: When booking the property, a deposit equal to 40% must be paid within 8 days to secure the booking. By cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded. By cancellation less than 2 months before arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
Remaining payment: The remaining amount is to be paid to the property-owner when you arrive.
