This custom home has an open floor plan, three bedrooms plus a den (which can be used as a 4th bedroom), two and half baths, a four-car garage (one air conditioned utility space plus two vehicle spaces available) and sits on a triple lot in a quiet neighborhood. The great room has 12' ceilings and opens up through huge, sliding glass doors to the screened patio/pool/spa area. The fourth bedroom/den has a HDTV with stereo and surround sound home theater system. The Great Room feature a state of the art home theater with a 60' HDTV (there is also a HDTV in the master bedroom and one HDTV is available for other areas using one of the wireless receivers). Centurylink fiber optic cable TV, local/long distance phone service and broadband Internet with WIFI are all provided free of charge. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and as well as a large soaking tub. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the two secondary bedrooms have queen sized beds and there is a standard sized hide-a-bed in the den (great for kids).
The pool and spa are electically heated (newer Aquacal superquiet heater and variable speed noise reducing water pump), lighted and the spa has dual motion jets.
There is also a long lighted dock with and large 20' x 20' platform (great for fishing) with with plenty of mooring and rubber bumpers on the pilings.

We recently spent Christmas at this wonderful property. It is an absolutely amazing, beautiful, clean, well maintained and perfectly stocked vacation home. Martin was very helpful with any questions we had about the arrival prior to our stay and Dan (property manager) checked in with us to be sure that all was Good once we arrived. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would encourage anyone looking at this property to book it. You will not be disappointed. I would also like to add our Sec deposit was promptly returned within a couple days of our departure. Now a few pointers on the area. For great food, right around the corner you will find Lady Lobster, Make a call ahead..or you may need to wait a while...but it's so worth the wait. Down the Parkway..Ford's Garage, amazing burgers. Beaches: with dogs you will need to go to Sanibel $4 An hour parking, lots of shells. Lover's Key was my favorite but can't take dogs on beach, we also stopped in at the Wild life refuge in Sanibel....something you must see. We used Conway Charters for an awesome fishing trip, Captain John made sure we all caught a fish...even me. Publix is right around the corner as well as a CVS and Walgreens. Everything at your fingertips if you choose to leave the comfort of this home and it's wonderful amentities. Rest assured this is a gem
We had a very relaxing two week holiday at this property. This is the third time we rent in the area and Martin's place was just perfect. The house has everything you need to spend a great vacation, and more. The pool is not only a pool: it's bigger than the average. The water views are vey open because of the intersecting canals. The living area has the added luxury of the hiding sliding doors, so in the evenings the whole house becomes one with the open lanai. The layout of the house is one of the best I've seen. It's very open and it feels really comfortable, even for 6 people. We would love to come back next year. Thanks Martin for letting us rent your lovely home.
My family stayed at this property 6/19 - 6/28 , 9 nights. Let me start out by saying this place is way better than the pictures! The house has everything you need, it is spacious, and the pool / spa area is fantastic, that's where we spent most of our time. Our kids enjoyed the pool so much. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly. Everything is close, stores, Walgreens, restaurants. The beaches are about 20 to 30 minute drive depending on which area. I recommend Bowmans beach at Sanibel island. Be sure you have one dollar bills handy in your car for the tolls. 2 bucks to come back to cape Coral and 6 to get to sanibel. I put in alot of time researching property's in this area, and you won't get a better price, for how nice this house is. Very affordable. We did truly love Cape Coral it's a very nice area. If you want to experience Florida living short term, and experience great beaches, I recommend this property for your vacation!!!
Our stay in this home was Great! We rented it for five weeks and extended our stay by two more weeks. The location couldn't be any better. It is convenient to banks and grocery stores as well as restaurants. Gulf Access was about 20 minutes to the Lock. We brought our boat and were able to dock it easily behind the house. The fenced area for the dog was nice in that the late night "outing" was secure and also convenient for dog washing. We met several of the neighbors and they were all very nice. The extras space for parking our boat trailer in the drive was very convenient also. Amazing view of sunrise! The owner was extremely responsive and truly wanted our stay to be the best! Thanks for a lovely place!
This house was OUTSATANDING!!! Great for a Family. The fishing off the pier was excellent. The golf courses in the area have four that is close by, I am talking 15 min. Rum Runners is less than 10 min away OUTSTANDING FOOD, the best we have had in a long time. We cooked out 8 out of the 10 nights, the view from the pool area OUTSTANDING while you are eating, the best part is the neighbor next door owns a Limo service and we used them to pick my son and his wife from the airport up. Fenced in yard for the dogs EXCELLENT. There are no words to describe how excellent this house is, taken it from Marine, we are renting again next year.
We stayed at this property for a week in late December, 2013. The home is very clean, new furnishings with very comfy beds, the home is spacious with an excellent kitchen, excellent pool, and a big dock where we tied up our 19' boat, and this house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The fenced in area to the side of the house was a great place to leave our big Labrador Retriever when we were out, but pets are allowed in the house. Note: the house smells like brand new and we couldn't tell that any pets had ever been inside the house. Property manager lives nearby and is really nice and helpful with any information you could possibly need for your stay. There's a retail area less than a mile away with a Publix, Papa's Johns, Subway, and other food options, and a gas station on the opposite corner. There is a marina right around the corner with extremely nice folks who helped us figure out best fishing options for the area. Fishing was really great both in canals and out. There's a large movie theatre only about ten minutes from the house. Also, we took a side trip to nearby Sanibel and Captiva which were both lovely. But back to the house - we felt like we really got a good deal for a very reasonable price. Our vacation at this property was perfect in every way and I highly recommend it!
