Perfect central location

Flori welcomed us warmly and gave us plenty of information about our surroundings. The flat was ideal for our needs as we wanted to explore the island by public transport. Taxis nearby are cheap and abundant and a short ride away is the main bus station. The accommodation was light, spacious and spotlessly clean with everything needed for self catering. Extremely loud

Extremely loud due to the street (cars, truck, motorcycles) and no AC so windows have to be open all time. Me and my kids did not sleep the entire time. Beds hard and kept braking under the matrasses. Only Spanish TV channels and horrible Wifi.

Washer moldy and old, bathroom has a tinny shower that you can barely turn around in.

Our vacation was very unpleasant due to living conditions there. Did not sleep a single day. Location is close to shopping and beaches.

Owner's Response: Zdenka when somebody rents the apartment for four people , it is not correct to stay another people without the permission of the owner and to try to hide it . I could have been sanctioned for it in the police . I am sorry you are not used to live in the city so I can understand you do not bear some normal noises of the city. Anyway I tried you were confortable in my apartment I provided all you needed for your baby ( baby cot , baby chair , cream for baby to the sun , beach toys, umbrella, fan.....and more ) and your family, it was very difficult to satisfy you !!! .

Lovely flat and owner!

We stayed here for one week with my son. The flat is big enough for 4 people, really clean and close to the beach.

Flori the owner is really helpfull and she gave a present to my son for his birthday.

Nice family appt, excellent location

We spent nearly two weeks in the appartement in a very festive and relaxing time of the year. We came in four adults and one child and the appartement was large enough to accomodate us, however we prefered to spend most of the time outside. The location is great for discovering the city, walking down to the beach and having fun with our daughter - lovely playgrounds just a few steps away. The owner is a very helpful and responsive lady who made all to make our stay smooth and relaxing. The appt was clean and cosy - and there was nothing that we missed for daily life and also facilities for small children (cot & high chair) are available. The only little concern we had was the traffic (especially motorbikes) noise that was heard inside due to the light construction of the building. It's not a very busy street but bedrooms are exposed to the street so it's recommended to have earplugs for a better sleep in the evening. Nevertheless, we highly enjoyed our stay and would really recommend it. Las Palmas is a great place to visit around this time of the year.
